Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a sensitivity analysis of system reliability for recognizing effectiveness of changing of BD mode failures using reliability growth projection model based on NHPP. Methods: Crow extended reliability projection model (CERPM) is used to analyze the changing of two factors 1) the number of BD mode failures, 2) fix effectiveness factor (FEF) values. Results: The system reliability has increased in accordance with the number of BD mode failures and FEF values have increased. Conclusion: It is necessary to design failure modes and FEF values to supervise the reliability

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a comparison of reliability prediction models between MIL-HDBK-217F and Telcordia SR-332 and to analyze the reliability prediction results. Methods: The reliability of industrial tablet PC was predicted using MIL-HDBK-217F and Telcordia SR-332. To analyze the results, sensitivity analysis was conducted. Results: The reliability of MIL-HDBK-217F was predicted lower than the one of Telcordia SR-332. Considering the factors such as temperature, quality and environment, those provided reliability change of a particular part which highly contribute to the system failure. Conclusion: It is necessary to design the industrial tablet PC that consists of integrated circuits such as microprocessor and memory considering the operating temperature and quality factors.

Assembly line balancing problem (ALBP) is initially present in the assembly line or off the assembly line in the configuration occurs when relocating . Assembly tasks ALBP workshop is divided into decision-making for the balance of the entire line of questions. Last simple assembly line balancing problem (SALBP) can be solved efficiently and quickly focus on Heuristic research methodology have been conducted . On the other hand, reflecting the realistic conditions of SALBP research work have been introduced in the prior relationship between the relational constraints (Precedence restriction) Heuristic solution is only considered to be limited. In this paper, we propose to introduce a constraint that was allocated that can reflect all of five new assignment constraints and Graph Theory proposed to assign to the workshop on the basis of five tasks can be modeled by assigning constraints methodologies proposed. Defined by the modeling methodology proposed work to address the limitations of the SALBP and further generalized assembly line balancing (GALBP) can solve the problem.

Assembly line balancing problem (ALBP)는 초기의 조립라인은 구성하거나 존재하는 조립라인을 재배치할 경우에 발생한다. ALBP는 조립작업들을 작업장에 분할하여 전체 라인의 균형에 대한 의사결정문제를 다룬다. 최근에 simple assembly line balancing problem (SALBP)의 효율적이고 빠르게 해결할 수 있는 Heuristic 방법론에 대해서 초점을 두고 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 반면에 SALBP의 현실적인 조건을 반영한 연구들은 소개되어왔지만 작업 간의 관계는 선행관계제약(Precedence restriction)에 대해서만 고려한 Heuristic 해결법에 한정되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 소개되었던 할당 제약 조건들을 모두 반영할 수 있는 5가지의 새로운 할당 제약 조건들을 제안하고 Graph Theory에 기반하여 작업장에 할당할 작업들을 5가지의 할당 제약 조건들로 모델링할 수 있는 방법론을 제안한다. 제안한 모델링 방법론에 의해 정의된 작업들은 SALBP의 한계점을 해결할 수 있으며 더 나아가 generalized assembly line balancing (GALBP)의 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
