        전략적 제휴시각에서의 「크로스 마케팅」에 대한 고찰

        Strategic alliance has been regarded as one of the viable options for companies aiming at attaining sustainable competitive advantage. As such,the field has gained considerable attention academically and practically since mid 1980 s. The purpose of this study is to illustrate one particular form of international strategic alliances, called cross marketing , which are implemented by one Korean company, Crown Confectionary Corporation, and its strategic partner in Asian country. Several management process frameworks regarding strategic alliances are currently available, and they commonly describe particular activities of distinctive stages by its nature. Most of them, however, can not be used in practical application due to its lack of concreteness. Based upon Yoshino and Rangan s framework, this study describes specific activities Crown and its international partner have put into actions. While the cross marketing is definitely one transformed form of counter-trades, its potential areas for future usage are very wide. Nevertheless, as pointed out by most of studies, inherent core competence can not be created through strategic alliance like this cross marketing arrangements, which should be beard upon by the partnering companies without leveling up their partnership activities involving various companywide cooperative activities.

        중국 상업은행의 자본구조 결정요인에 관한 실증연구 -상하이 주식시장 상장은행을 대상으로-

        Under the background of financial globalization, the international financial system is experiencing a historic change, one can adapt to the financial globalization trend of modern international banking system is emerging. It has provided not only an opportunity to the development of China`s commercial banks, but also has formed the enormous challenge. It is necessary for our country to improve the system of modern commercial banks as soon as possible in order to improve the competitiveness of commercial banks. Especially now, with the end of five years of cushioning period when China joined WTO, the more open financial market is, the more rapidly domestic commercial bank`s assets and liabilities scale expands, therefore, the risk that the commercial banks are confronted with is further intensified. To meet the challenge of foreign banks to our country banking form, domestic commercial banks choose to be public, for this reason, it is a great significance to research on capital structure of the listed commercial bank to maintain stable domestic financial order, improve its international competitiveness and perfect the commercial bank internal control. Based on the previous studies, this paper focuses empirically on the relation between bank scale, market growth, profitability, collateral value of assets, risk, cash flow and asset-liability ratios by making a survey of the commercial banks which is public in Shanghai stock exchange. It explores how those factors have actually worked on debt ratios and how to improve commercial bank internal control by finding the enlightenment. Conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: First, the growth ability with risk is positively related to debt ratio significantly at 5% significance level. Second, the profitability with the largest shares ownership is negatively related to debt ratio significantly at 5% significance level. Third, cash flow is positively related to debt ratio significantly at 10% significance level. Fourth, bank`s size, fixed assets ratio, negotiable shares ratio are positively related to debt ratio but they are not significant statistically. The result of this study provides information for investors and can be utilized to improvement of financial structure that is not only to maintain stable domestic financial order but improve its international competitiveness and perfect the commercial bank internal control.

        중국 자동차보험의 고객만족 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        As a service industry, Chinese automobile insurance industry companies recently started to understand that the customer satisfaction and repurchase intention can be a critical role affecting sales performance and profit. The purpose of this research is to examine influence factors for the customer satisfaction and repurchase intention in Chinese automobile insurance market. The results of this study are summarized as following: First, service quality in auto insurance industry consist of five determinants: sellers’ attitude, company image, accident treatment service quality, rewarding service quality, additional service quality. Second, final research model was established, the factors of service quality in the Chinese auto insurance industry are company image, rewarding service quality, additional service quality affected customer satisfaction. Third, the factors of service quality in the Chinese auto insurance industry are sellers’ attitude and rewarding service quality affected repurchase intention. This research result shows which factor is associated with customer satisfaction, repurchase intention. this thesis can be reliable reference for Korean insurance companies planning to branch out into Chinese market and enhance the competitiveness of domestic enterprises.

        중국 보험소비자 특성이 인터넷보험 선호도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        In today`s world, the internet and related advances in information technology significantly affect financial services in general and insurance markets and institutions in particular. Therefore the purpose of this research is to investigate the Chinese consumers` characteristics influence the preference and purchase intention of internet insurance. Survey questionnaire was administered in China and the responses, living in major cities including, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Xiamen were collected from May 17 to May 20, 2013. A total of 632 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. For the data analysis, various statistical techniques were used including, frequency analysis, T-test, ANOVA analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression and correlation analysis. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, internet insurance has to pay attention to age at 20-40, highly educated young unmarried women. Second, Chinese consumers`s lack of awareness of insurance and the law of internet insurance is not perfect. In order to make the internet insurance more popular government should strengthen the legal ethics.

        방한 중국 관광객의 한국관광 후 만족도에 관한 연구 -패키지 상품 이용고객을 중심으로-

        The Tourism Industry is becoming and will continue to be the leading industry in the 21st Century. China`s annual GDP growth has grown at an average of 8% over the past thirty years. This has resulted in not only an increase in the income and the leisure and entertainment time of Chinese people, but also an increase in the number of Chinese people wanting to travel abroad. Because of its close location to China, and due to the influence of Han-Liu, a large number of Chinese tourists visit Korea. This study will focus mainly on the experiences of Chinese people who have been on package holidays to Korea. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the satisfaction of Chinese package tourists on travel motivations, South Korea`s national image, tourism commodity attributes and the travel satisfaction by the survey after having visited Korea. The objectives of this study are as follows; Firstly, conducting a survey on general satisfaction of Chinese package tourists who have finished their tour courses; Secondly, analysing the motives behind Chinese people taking these trips, national images, tourist production attributes and their impact on the Chinese tourists satisfaction; Thirdly, providing some policy implications to the Korean tourist industry to develop new tour production to match the demands of Chinese package tourists, and then enhance the satisfaction of Chinese package tourists to the Korean tour industry.
