하절기 폭염은 도시환경의 질적 저하, 온열질환자 증가 등의 원인으로 도시열섬현상을 더욱 심화시키고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 현 상황에 대한 정확한 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 서울시를 대상으로 폭염이 심각하게 발생한 시기의 기상측정정보를 수집하여 토지이용 유형별로 특성을 분석하였다. 분석에 이용한 기상측정정보는 통신망으로 연결된 소형 자동기상 측정장비(AWS)로 소형화를 통해 기존의 일반적인 측정장비보다 측정지점의 간격이 현격히 줄어든 장점이 있다. 이를 바탕으로 토지이용 유형별 기온변화의 차이를 분석할 수 있었고, 시간대별 토지이용별 열섬강도 비교를 통해 열대야 현상 발생 패턴, 녹지의 온도저감 효과 등을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 기상정보 측정과 지도화, 시간대별 토지이용별 비교분석 방법론과 분석 결과는 향후 열섬 저감을 위한 도시계획수립 시 참고할 수 있는 근거자료로 활용할 수 있다. Heat waves during summer cause a qualitative degradation in urban environments and increases the number of patients who suffer from heat-related illnesses, and the urbanization deepens these problems. It is a prerequisite to analyze the current status accurately in order to assess the urban heat island phenomenon. Thus, this study aims to collect weather measurements information at the occurrence of a severe heat wave in Seoul, thereby allowing analysis of information, which will also consider the land use type. The weather measurement information used in the analysis had an advantage, as the gap between measured locations is considerably shorter than before due to the miniaturization of the automatic weather systems (AWS), which are connected through the communication network. Based on the above collected information, a temporal change in the data due to land use type was analyzed. As a result, the difference in temperature change in response to the land use type could be compared, as could the occurrence pattern of the tropical night phenomenon, and the effect on temperature reduction in green belt areas could be identified through the comparison of the intensity of heat island by time and land use. The methods and results derived in this study through the comparative analysis in terms of time and land use, weather information measurements, and mapping can be utilized as foundational data that can be referred to in urban planning to reduce the heat island phenomenon in the future.
빅데이터와 인공지능 기술 도입에 관한 도시계획 분야 직종 간 인식 분석

Given the impetus afforded to the digital transformation of society, it is becoming increasingly important to introduce big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technology in urban planning. Urban planning research has traditionally identified data compilation, resolution, and precision limitations as critical constraints. However, recent technological advancements have effectively addressed these challenges and initiated discussions about the proactive integration of big data and artificial intelligence. Although the necessity for technological adoption is acknowledged, there is a current lack of consideration of the prioritization of specific technologies in the medium to long term and inadequate understanding of how perspectives may diverge based on the demands of technology users. This paper aimed to fill this gap by investigating the sequential introduction of technologies in urban planning and examining how viewpoints vary among stakeholders according to their roles as technology users. In consultation with experts in urban planning, this study 1) analyzed the necessity, urgency, and feasibility of utilizing big data and AI technology in urban planning as perceived by civil servants, public institutions, and urban planning engineers and 2) derived implications for technological applications. The study highlights the importance of introducing technology in urban planning and different perceptions of priorities and factors associated with its introduction.
