The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among the self-leadership, self-esteem, learning flow and innovative behavior by college students of physical education major. Total 330 questionnaires were distributed, although except 29 questionnaires, 301 questionnaires were granted as final validity sample. For data analysis SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for demographic analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. The results are as follow. First, self-leadership would have positive effect on self-esteem. Second, self-esteem would have positive effect on learning flow. Third, self-esteem would have positive effect on innovative behavior.

청소년 태권도 시범단원들이 지각하는 코치의 서번트 리더십과 감정, 집단지성 간의 관계

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among coaches’ servant leadership, team members’ emotions, and collective intelligence Perceived by Taekwondo Demonstrators. Subject of study consists of youth who are active in a Taekwondo demonstration team painting in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Total 300 questionnaires were distributed, although except 27 questionnaires, 273 questionnaires were collected. For data analysis PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for demographic analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. The results are as follow. First, First, the servant leadership of the leader perceived by the Taekwondo Demonstrators would have positive effect on emotion. Second, the emotions of the Taekwondo Demonstrators influenced collective intelligence. In detail, emotions were found to have a positive effect on cognitive exploration, cognitive collaboration, and collective integration. Third, the servant leadership of the leader perceived by the Taekwondo Demonstrators would have positive effect on collective intelligence. In detail, servant leadership was found to have a positive effect on cognitive exploration, cognitive collaboration, and collective integration. Therefore, in this study, it was significant in that they identified the structural relations in which collective intelligence is expressed by setting their interactions as the coach’s servant leadership and emotions required during the process of expressing the collective intelligence formed by the Taekwondo Demonstrators.

성인발레 지도자의 인적서비스품질과 서비스가치, 만족 및 미래행동의도의 관계

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among the personal service quality, service value, satisfaction and future behavior intention in ballet studio. Subject of study consists of five ballet studio participants in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Total 350 questionnaires were distributed, although except 35 questionnaires, 315 questionnaires were granted as final validity sample. For analyzing data, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were used in PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows. First, personal service quality which consists of instructor’s tangibility, reliability and sympathy would have positive effect on service value. Second, service value would have positive effect on satisfaction. Third, satisfaction would have positive effect on future behavior intention.

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among the characteristics of female announcer, viewers satisfaction, viewers flow, and channel loyalty on TV baseball highlights. Subject of study consists of Jamsil baseball stadium visitors, and amateur baseball club members in Seoul and Gyeonggi province who have watched TV baseball highlights. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed, although except 19 questionnaires, 231 questionnaires were granted as final validity sample. For data analysis PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for demographic analysis, exploratory analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. The results are as follow. First, characteristics positively influenced viewers satisfaction. Second, viewers satisfaction positively influenced viewers flow. Third, viewers satisfaction positively influenced channel loyalty. Fourth, viewers flow positively influenced channel loyalty.

대학생이 지각하는 아웃도어 웨어의 광고보증인속성과 광고태도 및 구매의도 간의 관계

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between the attributes of a celebrity endorser of outdoor apparel and college students’ attitude toward the advertisement, or their purchase intention as perceived. Total 500 questionnaires were distributed, although except 16 questionnaires, 484 questionnaires were granted as final validity sample. For data analysis SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for demographic analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. The results are as follow. First, expertise would not have positive effect on attitude toward advertisement. Second, trustworthiness would have positive effect on attitude toward advertisement. Third, attractiveness would have positive effect on attitude toward advertisement. Fourth, expertise would not have positive effect on purchase intention. Fifth, trustworthiness would have positive effect on purchase intention. Sixth, attractiveness would have positive effect on purchase intention. Seventh, attitude toward advertisement would have positive effect on purchase intention.

태권도장 수련생이 인지하는 사범에 대한 사회적 거리가 온라인 수업이용에 미치는 영향: 기술수용모델

목적 본 연구는 기술수용모델을 통하여 온라인 교육을 이용하는 수련생의 개인적 특성 중 태권도 사범과의 사회적 거리감을 선행 변수로 온라인 수업에 대한 이용의도를 검증하였다. 이는 온라인 교육에 앞서 대면 교육의 중요성을 검증하고 태권도 온라인 교육의 다양한 방법 중 사회적 거리감의 중요성을 파악하여 태권도장에서 하는 온라인 교육의 방향성을 제시하는 것에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울ㆍ경기 지역의 온라인 수업을 수강한 태권도수련생을 선정하여 총 202명의 표본을 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 spss 18.0과 AMOS 23.0을 활용하여 기술통계와 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 태권도장 수련생이 인지하는 사범에 대한 사회적 거리가 기술수용모델에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 가설 4인 지각된 용이성과 이용의도 간의 관계에서는 기각되었다. 결론 결론적으로 본 연구는 아직까지 서비스로만 활용되는 태권도 온라인 수업에 대한 품질적 측면보다는 관계적 측면으로 바라보고 기술수용모델을 확장시킨 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 태권도 수업의 다양성을 위한 기초자료로서 그 의미가 있다. 또한 태권도 온라인 수업을 단순히 서비스로 제공하는 것이 아니라, 하나의 수업으로 인식하고 제작, 배포한다면 태권도장의 새로운 수련 환경이 만들어 질 것이다. Purpose This study verified the acceptance intention of online classes by using the social distance from the Taekwondo instructor as a leading variable among the personal characteristics of trainees who use online education through the technology acceptance model. The purpose of this study is to verify the importance of face-to-face education prior to online education and to suggest the direction of online education in Taekwondo by identifying the importance of social distance among various methods of online Taekwondo education. Method To achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 202 taekwondo trainees who took online classes in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were selected and used for the final analysis. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using spss 18.0 and AMOS 23.0. Results First, the relationship between the social distance and the Technology Accepted Model for the Taekwondo instructor perceived by the trainees was found to have a significant positive effect. Hypothesis 4, the result of testing the relationship between perceived ease of use and intention to use the technology acceptance model for online taekwondo class, was rejected. Conclusion This study is meaningful in that it expands the technology acceptance model by looking at the relational aspect rather than the quality aspect of the online Taekwondo class that is still used only as a service, and it is meaningful as a basic data for the diversity of Taekwondo classes in the future.

태권도 사범의 노동환경 분석을 통한 개선방안 연구

본 연구는 태권도 사범의 고용환경을 이해하고 개선하기 위하여 그들의 고용 환경을 실증적으로 분석하고, 태권도 관장과 사범의 이해관계에 따른 노동환경에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 태권도 사범의 노동환경에 대해 이해하고 문제점을 도출하여 개선방안을 제시하기 위하여 문헌연구와 설문지법, 심층 면담법을 이용한 통합연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 태권도 사범의 고용환경은 관장의 경영마인드에 따라 다르게 나타났으며 근로계약서 작성이나 4대 보험 가입, 최저시급 미준수와 같이 근로기준법에 준하는 고용계약이 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 또한 노사관계에 만족하거나 도장업무환경에 만족하고 운영프로그램에 대해 배울 수 있어서 근무형태에 만족하는 경향과 과도한 업무와 소통부족 등으로 근무형태에 불만족하는 경향이 동시에 나타났다. 이직사유로는 도장 환경 및 프로그램에 대한 문제와 타 도장의 경영방식을 경험하기 위함으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 사범의 노동환경에 대해 태권도장의 관장과 사범의 입장에서 직업으로 바라본 사범에 대한 역할에 차이가 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 다양한 측면에서 태권도 관장들도 태권도 사범에 대한 대우가 달라져야 한다는데 공감하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 태권도 사범의 노동환경 개선 및 도장문화의 발전을 위하여 태권도 사범교육이 정상화되어야 하며, 보수교육과 함께 제도적으로 태권도 사범의 관리 및 권한부여를 통해 태권도 사범에 대한 권위를 높여야 한다. To understand and improve an employment environment of Taekwondo insturctors, the employment conditions instructors was analyzed empirically and cognition of labor environment by Taekwondo directors and instructors was investigated. In order to have a deeper understanding of their work and employment environment, the researchers analyzed the gym masters` and instructors` perception of working environment through literature review and in-depth interview. By conducting the integrated study, the research was aimed to suggest the policies and institutional improvement measures that needed to improve the working environment of Taekwondo instructor and the development of the painting culture. The researchers found out the following facts. Firstly, the employment environment of Taekwondo interests was different according to manager`s management mind, and employment contracts similar to Labor Standards Act were not made, for instance, when writing a labor contract, joining 4 insurance and the minimum wage standard are not included. Two kinds of tendency appeared simultaneously. They are satisfied with labor relationships, working conditions and learning about operation programs, however, they are unsatisfied with heavy workloads and lack of communication with their managers. The reason for the turnover was to experience the management of Taekwondo-gym and the problems of current gym`s program and environment. Secondly, the managers and the instructors have different perspectives on the role of Taekwondo instructors based on their stands. In addition, the Taekwondo gym managers agreed that the instructors must be treated differently with various aspects. Lastly, Kukkiwon should officialize the education of instructors also by managing and giving them authority systematically their stands must be increased.

자유연상단어 기법을 활용한 태권도 공연 인식 분석

이 연구는 자유연상단어 기법을 통해 태권도 공연에 대한 인식을 귀납적으로 도출하여 개념화하였다. 이에 태권도시범 공연 관객의 인식을 심도있게 파악하여, 태권도 시범공연의 차별화된 경영전략 및 마케팅 전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 무주 태권도원 상설시범공연 관객을 대상(n=162)으로 비확률 표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 질문하였다. 수집된 자료는 NVivo 12.0을 사용하여 코딩 및 범주화, 시각화하였으며, 연구의 타당성 및 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 삼각검증분석 및 연구자 간의 논의를 실시하여 확보하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 첫째, 자유연상단어 빈도분석 결과 총 88개의 단어가 수집되었고, 단어의 빈도는 총 486개로 나타났다. 둘째, 의미 단위 범주화 결과 총 6개의 node로 구성되었다. 마지막으로 주제단위 범주화 결과‘태권도 공연 관람결정인식(287, 59.05%)’과‘태권도 공연 기대인식(199, 40.95%)’2가지 주제 단위로 결과가 나타났다. 이 연구는 기존 선행연구와 다르게 관람전 관객들의 인식을 살펴보았으며, 태권도 공연에 대한 인식을 직접적인 언급을 통해 규명할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 인식을 조사하는 것은 관객의 소비행위를 파악하는 시작점으로서 지속적인 연구가 필요함을 시사한다. This study inductively derived and conceptualized the perception of Taekwondo demonstration performance through the free association word technique. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to in-depth understanding of the audiences perception of the Taekwondo demonstration performance. In this study, a questionnaire for audiences of demonstration performances in Muju Taekwondowon(n=162). The collected data were coded, categorized, and visualized using NVivo 12.0. As a result of this study, first, a total of 88 words(486) were collected as a result of free association word frequency analysis. Second, as a result of semantic unit categorization, it was composed of a total of 6 nodes. Finally, as a result of categorization by subject, the results were presented in units of themes as Taekwondo Demonstration Performance Selection Factor and Taekwondo Demonstration Performance Expectation Factor. Unlike previous studies, this study examined the perceptions of the audience before viewing. The perception of Taekwondo performance could be identified through direct reference. Investigating the perception through this suggests that continuous research is necessary as a starting point for understanding the consumption behavior of the audience.
