열화된 콘크리트 구조물 보수에 있어, 보수재를 사용하기 전에 열화부위는 완전히 제거되어야 한다. 워터제트 공법은 열화된 콘크리트를 제거하는 방법 중에 하나로 철근 및 건전한 콘크리트에 손상을 주지 않으면서 손상된 콘크리트를 제거할 수 있는 매우 효과적인 방법으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 워터제트의 사용은 표면요철형성 등으로 신구 콘크리트의 부착력을 향상시킨다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 적용되고 있는 워터제트 장비를 사용하여 콘크리트 슬래브 강도에 변화를 주어 파쇄깊이에 따른 강도추정식을 제안하고 하였으며 이를 통해 워터제트 관련 규정제안 및 보수보강 시 사용되고 워터제트 장비에 대한 기초적인 정보를 제공하고자 한다. To repair the deteriorated concrete structures, the deteriorated parts should be removed by using surface treatment methods and replaced by new construction materials. Hydrodemolition is one of the most effective methods for chipping off the deteriorated concrete and treating the remaining concrete. The water jet can remove the deteriorated concrete without damaging the reinforcement steel and surrounding aggregates. Using the water jet system improves surface texture, which ensures to improve adhesive strength between new and old concretes. In this study, three different concrete slab strengths and two water jet machine sets were investigated. Experimental results showed the relationship between concrete strength and water jet condition and this would enable to provide the information of the domestic water jet system and specification, which would contribute to automatization and efficiency of concrete repairing and rehabilitation works.

The purpose of this paper is to analysis of initial behavior of concrete pavement with initial measurement strain gauge for concrete pavement at field, and to investigate the field test results for field applicability testing. The early-age behaviors of concrete pavement slabs were measured using the strain gauges. From the slab depths and positions, the outputs from each gauges were recorded at initial curing period. The initial measurement of concrete pavement and check of crack at the joint were performed, the results could be summarized as follows: From the results of concrete strength, compressive strength and flexural strength were showed 271㎏f/㎠, 43㎏f/㎠ respectively. From the tests of early-age strain measurement, it was found that the strain varied at the maximum value of 150μ ε and early behavior of concrete slab was showed a tensile strain. However, for long-term was showed a compressive strain due to dry-shrinkage.
