Laser Surface Texturing(LST) is typical high speed micro forming process using the pulsed laser to form micro dimple shapes on friction area with high lubrication characteristics like e.g. piston ring. In view of new low friction methods, special surface processes like Laser Texturing gain importance for the associated field. For a better understanding of the working mechanisms and the process for the coupling of line patterning and dimple texturing models, advanced combination rules as well as detailed experimental investigations is required. New results of research concerning correlations among dimple and line depths, and lubricant conditions are presented.

This study is from a social-integrated perspective to promote physical activities of children with developmental disabilities. Based on prior research in korea and abroad, the purpose of this study is to find effective ways to promote physical activities through the types of participation in physical activities of children with developmental disabilities and the contents of programs. In addition, from a social-integrated perspective, the direction of development of health training necessary to promote physical activities of children with developmental disabilities and efficiency in terms of effective physical activity programs and apply to the field stage. According to the research, the main contents of physical activity programs covered in the preceding research in Korea were functional training, followed by coordination training, game, ball sports and aqua sports. Compared with abroad research, most of the experimental designs on functional improvement, or physical improvement, were covered by the promotion of physical activity from a societal and integrated perspective and the organic physical activity program content from home and school, which was difference from previous studies abroad. It was meant to enhance physical activity of children with developmental disabilities by communicating with the general public and playing games as a body, rather than the concept of improving health of developmental disabilities. Such communication is a social-integrated concept that is believed to help children grow up in society and interact and communicate with people and live their life.
Lasertexturing을 이용한 Pattern의 폭과 깊이에 따른 마찰특성

Patterning samples based on various conditions were fabricated by Laser Surface Texturing. The surface pattern shape of samples was controlled using laser scanner machine combined with an pulsed fiber laser. For the tests, honeycomb patterned samples for the different depth and width of line condition was textured by laser surface texturing and then friction coefficient at various lubricant conditions measured into plate on plate friction tester. Experimental results depending on line width and depth of patterning, and lubrication condition of friction test, will be presented. This laser textured honeycomb pattern showed a good scuffing resistance behavior and comparatively high were resistance.

Although laser texturing technology is known for effective method to improve the tribological performance of friction surface for years, new applications are reported. Up to date, laser texturing approaches found in the literature are mainly discussed about the dimple shape cases or its friction effect problems. However, for industrial applications, the line pattern characteristic of laser texturing becomes another interest for the friction process. The impact of line pattern on lubricating surface conditions was investigated in this study. Tribological experiments were conducted with the STD61 steel patterned for a variety of depths, gaps, and shapes. Marking laser with a scanner were used for the laser texturing process.
