BIM기반의 어셈블링 협업이 설계자 간의 의사교환과 사회심리학적 기제에 미치는 효과와 한계에 관한 연구

While previous studies argue that BIM-based assembling collaboration promotes the communication and process management among participants in architectural design projects, it is still unknown which communication and socio-psychological factors are more and less activated in use of BIM-based collaboration. To investigate this research aim, in authentic BIM-used architectural retrofitting projects, the participants (N=36) collaborated and assessed the communication factors on (1) perceiving design results, (2)understanding partners’design intention, (3) proposing and converging opinions, the interpersonal design process management factors on (1) managing design process, (2) managing collaboration schedule, and the complementedness factors on (1) understanding partners’ expertise, and comradeship. Statistical analyses reveal that the factor relevant to perceiving design results is better activated than the other factors (p<0.05), but all other factors are not much activated compared to perceiving design results. Deduced from the previous BIM studies and interviews, a reason roots in the shared forms and semantics of BIM. The shared semantics represent collaborators’ information and allow the participants to perceive design changes explicitly. Meanwhile, BIM-based assembling collaboration is limited to represent observable , experience-able processes of design, and thus, several key socio-psychological factors, such as proposing and converging opinions and managing design process, are less activated.
야간에 발생하는 성, 절도와 공간적 요소간의 상관관계 분석

본 연구의 목적은 야간에 발생하는 성, 절도 범죄의 유발요인을 분석하고, 각각의 범죄에 미치는 영향을 도출하는 것에 있다. 본 연구는 서울지방경찰청의 협조를 받아 실제 범죄발생 데이터를 가지고 연구를 진행하였으며 서울시 25개 자치구 중 안전도가 낮은 서울시 A구에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. 다중회귀분석을 진행한 결과, 도시의 범죄 유발요인은 성, 절도 범죄에 대하여 각각 다른 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혀냈다. 거리의 조명은 절도범죄에는 무의미함을 보였으며 성범죄에는 유의미한 예방효과를 보였다. 공원과 하천은 성범죄에 한하여 범죄를 유발하는 요소로 나타났다. 토지이용상의 주거지역은 성, 절도 범죄 모두 (-)부의 관계를 보였으나 절도범죄에 비하여 성범죄에 1.5배에서 3배정도 예방효과가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 범죄 예방요소에 따라 범죄발생 장소, 시간, 수법에 차이를 보이기 때문으로 보인다. 본 연구는 범죄 죄종에 따른 예측기법 분류의 필요성과 더불어 죄종에 따른 범죄 취약지를 도출해 내는 것에 이바지 하고자 한다. With the cooperation of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, this study used actual data on crime occurrences and carried out an analysis of “A” district in Seoul, which has the lowest safety level of the city’s 25 districts. The multiple regression analysis showed that urban spatial factors for crime have varying effects on sex-related offences and larceny, respectively. While streetlights do not play a significant role in larceny, they have a significant preventive effect on sex-related offences. Parks and streams in the city were shown to be crime-causing factors for sex-related offences only. While residential areas have negative effects on sex-related offences and larceny, the study found that they have a larger preventive effect on sex-related offences than larceny by 1.5 to 3 times. This can be attributed to differences in location, time, and methods of crime that vary depending on spatial factors. This study seeks to highlight the need for predictive technique classification and determine locations vulnerable to crime based on the type of crime

The bent-axis type piston pump which is driven by the piston rod works on the way that the piston rod drives the cylinder block, so the taper angle of the piston rod and the swivel angle between the cylinder block and the shaft are very important design factors. If the above factors cannot satisfy the conditions of optimum design, the friction loss between the cylinder bore and the piston increases, and the pump can even fail to work under conditions of severe friction and wear. Since the piston reciprocates in the cylinder bore with high velocity, and at the same time it rotates on its own axis and revolves on the center of the cylinder block, the decrease of the volume efficiency generated on account of the leakage between the cylinder bore and the piston. Therefore, to prevent this case, the piston ring is designed at the end of the piston, and the friction characteristics between the piston ring and the cylinder bore are in need of research due to its great influence on the performance of piston pump. Thus, in this paper, the elastic hydraulic oil's lubrication analyses of the film thickness, the pressure distribution, and the friction force, and so on, have been performed, and the lubrication characteristics between the piston ring and the cylinder bore are explored by the results of the numerical analysis, and it is contributed to realize the higher efficiency and the more advanced performance of the bent-axis type piston pump.

To improve the performance of the bent-axis type axial piston pump driven by the tapered piston, it is necessary to know the driving characteristics and mechanism of the tapered piston and the cylinder block. Since each piston not only rotates on its axis and reciprocates in the cylinder bore, but also revolves around the axis of the driving shaft, it is difficult to analyze the driving mechanism theoretically. The theoretical mechanism for the bent-axis type axial piston pump is studied by using the geometrical method. The driving range of the tapered piston is determined by theoretical equations. The results show that the cylinder block is driven by one tapered piston in a limited range and the core parameters such as driving factor of the piston and the ahead delay angle influenced performance of the bent-axis type axial piston pump
