This paper describes a new interactive inverter between a photovoltaic(PV) array and single-phase utility that avoid the bulky input (60Hz) transformer on the AC slde. The interface employs a pwm boost converter on the DC side followed by a pwm current-forced single-phase rectifier for injecting the power from the PV array into the mains. The current waveform at the AC side remains sinusoidal and exactly m phase at all time. The circuit also has the advantage of requiring fewer switching device than high-frequency link system. This paper describes modeling of PV array and new system topology. simulation results on the performance of the connection are also presented

As maximum power point tracking(MPPT) of photovoltaic(PV) power generation system changes with atmospheric condition(e.g. solar insolation, temperature and load condition), an important consideration m the design of efficient PV system IS to track the maximum power operating point(MPOP) correctly Therefore, this paper show the simulation result that always operated at MPT. The work was carried out by constant-voltage control, P&O, IncCond algorithm. This algorithm has successfully tracked the MPOP, even in case of rapidly change atmospheric conditions

This paper deals with stand-alone Photovoltaic system(SPVS) with charger/discharge controller. Main power source of SPVS are generally solar cel and battery. Therefore SPVS can be classified into variable types m accordance with connection type between battery and solar cell. SPVS with charger/discharge controller which can operate solar cell a maximum power point is suggested and designed with instantaneous controller. And system operating characteristics are verifieded by experiment with a laboratory prototype in this paper.
