로봇 산업은 향후 IT, BT에 버금가는 시장을 형성할 잠재력이 있다. 또한 로봇산업은 지능화와 시스템화 기술로서 타분야에 미치는 기술적 파급효과가 크다. 기계, 전자 등 부품·소재기술부터, S/W 기술, 문화콘텐츠까지를 망라하는 통합기술의 결정체라 할만 하다. 정보통신부는‘지능형 서비스 로봇’을“인간과 상호작용을 통해 인간의 명령 및 감정을 이해하고 반응하며, 정보통신기술을 바탕으로 인간에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 로봇”이라고 정의하고 있다. 이번 호는 우리 기업들이 도전하고 개척해야 하는 거대 시장인‘지능형 서비스 로봇’산업 선점을 위한 핵심 요소인 표준화 및 시장동향을 국내 표준화를 선도하는‘TTA 지능형 서비스 로봇 프로젝트그룹’의장으로부터 들어본다

지능형 서비스 로봇 분야에서는 확대된 기능과 지능화된 정보를 제공하고 로봇과 인간 사이에 상호작용에 의한 자율성을 제공함으로써 더 고급화된 양질의 서비스와 함께 응용분야와 시장이 크게 확대될 것으로 주목받게 되었다. 지능형 서비스 로봇에서는 지능을 구현할 소프트웨어의 알고리즘 개발이 장기적인 과제로 남아 있음에도 불구하고 지능형 서비스 로봇과 소프트 인프라웨어와의 컨버전스는 로봇의 발전을 급속히 앞당겨주며 새로운 시장창출에 크게 기여를 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행되어야 할 표준화가 시급하다. 또한 국제 소프트웨어 기술의 도입, 소프트웨어 설계수준의 제고와 인증 관련한 표준화 이슈를 다룬다. 본문에서는 이와 관련하여 로봇과 소프트 인프라웨어의 컨버전스를 이루기 위한 표준화 이슈를 기술한다.

Research Purpose: For persons with developmental disabilities, jobs are the main factors for self-reliance and social integration. In this study, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence the employment of persons with developmental disabilities. Research method: By using the handicapped employment panel survey(Secondary Wave Secondary Survey). the medical examination and logistic regression were performed. Findings: Firstly, through the chi-squared test, it is shown that men are more likely to be employed than women(p<.05), and the higher their education level is, the more they are likely to be employed (p<.001). In contrast, it is revealed that non-recipients of National Basic Living Security are more likely to be employed, and the lower total income is, the higher employment probability is (p<.001). Secondly in terms of the relationship of the ability to perform daily living activities and employment of persons with developmental Disabilities, it turns out that the higher communication ability, cognition ability, literacy ability and public transportation use ability are, the higher employment probability is (p<.001). Lastly, the logistic regression analysis result indicates that the odds ratio of predictor variables of persons with developmental disabilities increase: education background (2.06times, p<.001), communication (1.64times, p<.01), public transportation (3.09times, p<.001), non-recipient of National Basic Living Security (6.7times, p<.001). Conclusion and Implications: Early education (medical communication, public transportation means) is required from childhood, which is tailored to the abilities and characteristics of persons with developmental disabilities. In addition, the beneficiaries of basic livelihood security also suggest the importance of devising policy and practical measures to increase the probability of employment. Based on the above results, I suggested a discussion and suggestions to help persons with developmental disabilities. 연구목적: 발달장애인에게 있어 직업은 자립생활과 사회통합을 위한 주요한 요소가 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일상생활능력이 발달장애인의 취업에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 2차 조사를 활용하여 카이검증과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 카이검증을 통해 남자가 여자보다 취업자의 구성비가 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<.006). 또한 발달장애인의 취업자 구성비가 학력별로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.000). 반면에 국민기초생활보장 비수급, 가구 총 소득이 낮을수록 취업 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 둘째, 발달장애인의 일상생활능력 요인과 취업 관계에서 의사소통능력, 인지능력, 읽기·쓰기 문해력, 대중교통수단 이용능력이 높을수록 취업에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 마지막으로 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 발달장애인의 취업 여부에 영향을 미치는 예측 요인의 승산비는 학력 2.06배(p<.001), 의사소통 1.64배(p<.01), 대중교통수단이용능력 3.09배(p<.001), 국민기초생활보장 비수급자 6.7배(p<.001)로 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론 및 시사점: 발달장애인의 능력과 특성에 맞춘 유년기부터 조기교육(의사소통능력, 대중교통수단이용능력)이 요구된다. 또한 국민기초생활보장 수급자도 취업 확률을 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안 마련의 중요함을 시사하고 있다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 발달장애인의 취업에 도움을 주는 논의와 제언을 하였다.

A novel locomotion using the pneumatic impulsive actuator was proposed for robotic colonoscope. This locomotion showed good moving performance in the environment of rigid pipe, however, the displacement per one impact(step displacement) is greatly reduced due to the low stiffness and high damping characteristics of the colon. Therefore, the modeling technique based on spring and damping system is studied to predict the step displacement and some parametric studies are carried out to investigate main parameters that influence the step displacement of locomotion. Based on simulation result, a new locomotion to control the resistance force is suggested and fabricated. Through the experiment on the colon, the usefulness of modeling technique is confirmed and successful improvement of moving characteristics is achieved.

준 1차원 누설모델링 및 열전달 손실을 고려한 스크롤압축기의 성능해석

A numerical method of calculating the performance of a scroll compressor for refrigerant R-22 and R-134a is presented in this paper. A series of involute curves are employed for the scroll wrap design and the compression volume is investigated geometrically. The radial leakage flow rate through tip clearance is calculated by the two-dimensional compressible flow. On the basis of the results, quasi one-dimensional leakage modeling can be applied to the performance analysis of a scroll compressor, more effectively. Furthermore, the heat transfer effect between scroll wrap and working fluid in compression chamber is considered for the performance analysis. As the results of this study, the effects of the radial and tangential leakage flow rate and heat transfer on the scroll compressor performance are derived precisely. These results may provide the guideline for the design and development of a real scroll compressor.

장애인 고용을 위한 직업재활시설 종사자의 인식에 관한 연구

이 연구는 장애인에 대한 성공적인 직업재활시설의 교육과 정책적 지원을 위하여 소외되고 있는 장애인이 근로를 통한 자존감 회복과 삶의 질 향상을 목적으로 한다. 장애인 직업시설은 일반 작업환경에서는 특별히 준비된 작업환경이 아닌 조건에서는 일하기 어려운 것이 장애인이다. 직업훈련을 통하여 직업교육을 받거나 작업활동을 할 수 있도록 설치된 시설로써 직업재활시설 종사자의 인식이 장애인고용에 대한 영향이 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 장애인 교육을 담당하는 젊은 인적자원의 육성이 필요하다. 둘째, 종사자의 전문성이 보다 높게 제고 되어야 한다. 셋째, 장애인의 안정적인 생활이 요구된다. 넷째, 장애인교육시설에서의 종사자의 적극적이고 헌신적인 역할이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to restore self-esteem and improve quality of life through the work of the disabled who is being neglected the successful education and policy support of job rehabilitation facilities. A job facility for the disabled is a facility that allows disabled people to receive vocational training or live a working life in a specially prepared work environment, so the perception of workers at job rehabilitation facilities is very significant. First of all, it is necessary to foster young human resources in charge of education for the disabled. Second, the professionalism of workers should be raised higher. Third, a stable life is required for the disabled. Last, active and dedicated roles of workers are required in education facilities for the disabled.
