내구성 및 가변성을 갖는 장수명 공동주택의 가변요소 시스템 개발 : 실험주택 건립 및 적용성 평가를 중심으로

본 연구는 지속 가능한 주거환경을 구현하기 위한 실천전략의 하나로서 100년의 내구성과 가변성을 갖는 장수명 공동주택 표준모델에 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 다양한 가변요소 시스템 개발을 주된 목적으로 한다. 연구방법으로는 장수명 공동주택 표준모델을 적용한 '실험주택'을 대상으로 개발한 각종 가변요소 시스템과 기술들을 통합하고 단계별 현장 적용성 평가, 전문가 의견조사 및 설문조사 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 총 3단계로 구분하여 수행하였다. 1단계에서는 고정요소인 전체 구조체와 가변요소인 건식외벽, 창호 등을 시공함과 동시에, 전용면적 $84m^2$에 가변요소 시스템을 시공하면서 현장 적용성을 평가하였다. 2단계에서는 전용면적 $50m^2$ 3세대를 대상으로 국내 최초로 수직통합형 세대(전용$50m^2$+전용$40m^2$)와 수평확장형 세대(전용$50m^2$+전용$10m^2$)를 대상으로 다양한 가변요소시스템의 현장 적용성 평가를 실시하였다. 3단계에서는 본 연구에서 개발한 건식 온돌의 현장검증을 위한 각종 성능평가 실험과 기 사용한 주택부품의 해체, 이동 및 재시공을 통한 3R 구현 정도 파악 등 실용성 제고를 위한 다양한 검증 작업도 함께 실시하였다. This research aims to develop various infill-systems for practically applying to long-life housing with 100-year durability and flexibility as a strategy for realizing sustainable residential environment. Especially, the developed infill-systems & technologies were concentrated to the mock-up house applied with the standard model of long-life housing, and their in-situ applicability by a phase, experts' consultation, and questionnaire survey were also evaluated. This research was executed to divide by 3 phases. In the First phase infill-systems for a housing unit of $84m^2$ exclusive use area as well as a support of whole structure and infill-systems including dry wall, and windows were constructed, and their in-situ applicability were evaluated. In the Second phase vertical integration of upper and lower housing units of $50m^2$ and $40m^2$ exclusive use area was investigated the first in domestic for 3 housing units of $50m^2$ exclusive use area. In addition, various infill-systems including the horizontal expansion of $50m^2$ and $10m^2$ exclusive use areas were also constructed and evaluated on their in-situ applicability. In the third phase diverse performance tests and field investigation for in-situ verifying of dry Ondol, developed this research, were executed to improve their practicability. Inner dry walls were taken apart, moved and re-constructed for verifying their practicability to investigate 3R-Reduce, Reuse and Recycle-realization too.

There is a growing need to develope ‘Smart home for elderly’ by utilizing Information Technologies in preparation for agin-society. On the domestic side, development cases and studies of "Smart home for elderly" are still limited, so it is necessary to analysis through international cases. Due to Japan was before Korea in aging-society, many services and housing developments for elderly were proceeding beforehand. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze Japan"s Information Technologies utilized services and space design characteristics which is highly applicable in Korea. The results of this study will provide a comprehensive view, relevant space design technique, and deducting Information Technologies on development of future Smart home model for the elderly.
청 · 장년층 1인가구의 주거수요에 따른 주택 개발방향 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the housing needs to suggest housing development directions of middle-aged single-person households. To achieve this purpose, residential space usage, needs and consciousness of Housing was investigated. The subject of this study is 20~59 years-aged single-person households who dwells inside the capital area. The results of this study are as follows; ‘Single-Nomad" type enjoys single life but passive in relationships with neighbors. So for these people smart design which includes variable plan, intensive plan and storage space plan could be applicable. "Gold-Senior" type lives a stable life and possesses economic power that multi-family housing complex around the suburb could be planed. "Student" is a low income type who lives at a rental house that an affordable house, a modular house or a sharing house could be applied.
고령자를 위한 홈네트워크 현황 분석 및 활성화방안 수립 연구

The home network, contributing to improve the quality of life in dwelling, has expanded its installation and use in past years, but the elderly care system supporting self-reliance is not fully prepared. Although the aging society in Korea is progressing rapidly, inducting and spreading home network system is still required supporting of ‘Aging in Place’ for the elderly. This research is based the survey of spatial characteristics of housing of the elderly. Also, the research studied the technical level and policy of home network in domestic and abroad and analyze the professional view of experts in the home network field, as a result, suggested methods of building and activating the home network system.
