        호흡근 키네시오 테이프 적용시간이 호흡능력과 폐기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify effects of kinesio tape on respiratory activity and pulmonary function when it is applied on respiratory muscle by using kinesio tape and it is also to verify changes of pulmonary function and maximal inspiratory expiratory pressure in each point of every 12hour interval. In the present study, 10 subjects were selected from students of Social Physical Education of ``K`` university and they were tested for 3times in every 12 hour. And the results was as follow 1. After kinesio tape was applied in respiratory muscle, both MIP(Maximum Inspiratory Pressure) and MEP(Maximum Expiratory Pressure) were improved and they showed the maximum ability at the point of 24hour. 2. After kinesio tape was applied in respiratory muscle, the FVC(forced vital capacity), SVC(slow vital capacity) and MVV(Maximal Voluntary Ventilation) showed an increased in each point but there was no significant difference by each point. Consequently, we suggested that the application of kinesio tape in respiratory muscle would improve both respiratory activity and pulmonary function as a favorable aid.

        SAQ운동이 남자대학생의 폐기능과 운동기술체력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the effects on pulmonary function and exercise fitness after applying 10 weeks of SAQ exercise and treadmill exercise. Method: The subjects of the study were healthy male college students in their twenties, who were explained the purpose and method of this study fully and voluntarily expressed their intention to participate (N=30). The group was randomly set into a SAQ exercise group (=n10), a treadmill exercise group (n=10) and non-exercise group. The subjects exercised for 60 minutes, three day as week for 10 weeks. Measurement variables were pulmonary function (FVC, SVC, MVV) and physical fitness (long jump, side step, and static balance with open & close eyes). All statistics were analyzed by SPSS version 25.0. Two-way repeated measure ANOVA was used to verify the differences between before and after exercise. To check differences between groups at each period, one-way ANOVA was performed. All statistical significance levels were set at p<.05. Results: The results of this study are as follows. 1) FVC and MVV showed statistically significant interaction effects. FVC showed statistically significant changes between groups and according to a post-hoc test, SAQ and TEG showed positive effects compared with NEG. MVV showed statistically significant changes in times. 2) The long jump, sidestep and static balance with closed eyes and open eyes showed a statistically significant interaction effect. The long jump showed significant changes in times, sidestep showed significant changes in both groups and times and static balance with closed eyes & open eyes showed significant changes in times. According to a post-hoc test, sidestep and static balance with open eyes, SAQ and TEG showed positive effects compared with NEG. And as for static balance with closed eyes, SAQ showed a positive effect compared with TEG and NEG. Conclusion: In summary, the findings in this study confirm that SAQ exercise is effective in pulmonary function and has a positive effect on improving physical fitness. It is possible to be recommended for new exercise.

        하지의 기능적 운동이 슬관절의 근기능과 고유수용성 위치감각에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 기능적 운동이 슬관절의 근기능과 고유수용성 위치감각에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자하였다. 그리하여, 본 연구대상자들은 운동 전·후 2회에 걸쳐 슬관절의 근력과 근지구력 및 고유수용성 위치감각 검사를 실시하였다. 기능적 운동그룹과 트레드밀 운동그룹은 10주 동안 주당 3회 운동을 실시하였으며, 운동 시간은 60분, 운동 강도는 RPE 12-13으로 실시하였다. 그룹간의 차이를 비교하기 위하여 대응 표본 t-검정을 실시하였으며, 유의수준은 ɑ=0.05로 설정하였다. 본 연구결과, 기능적 운동은 트레드밀 운동에 비해 각속도60˚/s에서 슬관절의 신전력에 유의한 차이를 나타냈고, 우측 슬관절의 고유수용성 위치감각 또한 기능적 운동에 의해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 결론적으로, 기능적운동은 트레드밀운동보다 슬관절근기능과 고유수용성 위치감각 향상에 더욱 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of functional exercise on Knee joint muscular function and proprioceptive position sense. Therefore, subjects of this research were tested twice before and after exercise for knee muscle strength, endurance and proprioceptive position sense. Functional exercise group and treadmill exercise group peformed exercise three times per week for 10 weeks and each exercise program designed for 60minutes and strength was RPE 12-13. To compare difference between groups on the test, the paired t-test was used. The significance level for processing of all statistics was determined at a=0.05. The results of the study were as follows, functional exercise was shown significant difference compared with treadmill exercise that the angular velocity of 60˚/s extension strength of knee joint and also, the proprioceptive position sense of right knee joint was statistically significant improved by functional exercise. In conclusion, functional exercise is considered more effective than treadmill exercise to improving muscular function and proprioceptive position sense of the knee joint.

        한국 성인의 대사증후군 예측을 위한 지표로서 MWR 지표의 유용성 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the usefulness of the muscle mass-waist circumference ratio (MWR) index as an indicator for diagnosing and predictin gmetabolic syndrome (MetS), with a focus on Korean adults. Method: The study utilized data from the Korea National Health and Ntruition Examination Survey conducted between 2008 and 2011. A total of 9,293 adults were included, and diagnostic criteria for MetS were based on the NCEP ATP Ⅲ guidelines. The MWR index was calculadte by dividing each subject’s muscle mass by their waist circumference. Additionally, demographic factors, health behavior factors, and blood variables were collected. The study performed ROC analysis to calculate the Area Under the Curve (AUC), cut-off value, sensitivity, and specificity for the MWR index in males and females using the MedCalc 19.4. 1 version program. Furthermore, the subjects were categorized inot two groups: the normal MWR (NMWR) group and the abnormal MWR (AMWR) group, based on the cut-off value. Chi-square tests and independent sample t-tests were conducted using the SPSS 25.0 programto assess the differences between each variable between the groups. Additionally, logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the risk of MetS based on the MWR group. All statistical significance levels in this study were set at .05. Results: The results of this study are as follows: 1) ROC analysis revaled that the area under the curve (AUC) for the MWR index was 0.627 for males and 0.679 for femeasl. The optimal cut-off value for males was 0.476, and for females, it was 0.491. 2) Comparative analyiss between the NMWR and AMWR groups revealed significant differences in various factors for both mlae and female AMWR groups. These factors included BMI, WC, body fat percentage, levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, fasting blood glucose, insulin, SBP, DBP, and HOMA-IR. 3) The multiple logistic regression analysis, adjusted for various control variables as covariates, showed that the AMWR group had a significantly higher rkis of MetS compared to the NMWR group. Specifically, in men, the AMWR group had a 1.568 times higher risk of metabolic syndrome, while in women, the AMWR group had a 2.167 times higher risk. Conclusion: In conclusion, the MWR index can be a valuable and effectivein dicator for predicting MetS in Korean adults. Consequently, incorporating the MWR index into daily life could prove beneficial in preventing and managing MetS. Additionally, to effectively prevent abdominal obesity and muscle mass loss and maintain the MWR index above the standard value, regular rsetngth training and aerobic exercises are recommended.

        교정운동 프로그램이 척추후만증 환자의 척추만곡 구조 및 족저압에 미치는 영향

        The study aimed to examine the effect of a corrective exercise on Cobb`s angle and static and dynamic foot pressure in patients with kyphosis. Patients with kyphosis participated in a 12 weeks of corrective exercise program. Participants were randomly assigned to a corrective exercise group (n=17) and a control group (n=17), and corrective exercise for 60 minutes are executed every 3 times a week. All data were analyzed by two-way repeated measured ANOVA. Statistical level was set up as a=.05. As a result, Cobb`s angle had significantly effects according to time and groups. Anterior and posterior part of static foot pressure showed significant effects by time but not by groups. Whereas left and right part of static foot pressure showed no significant effects. And dynamic foot pressure showed significant effects by time but not by group also. In conclusion, it is approved that this exercise was helpful on abnormal posture arrangement and improvement of unbalanced muscle capability.

        전방십자인대 재건술 후 16주간의 가속 재활운동프로그램이 엘리트 선수들의 슬관절 근기능 및 기능점수에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of myofunction and Lysholm score after rehabilitation exercise program following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Rehabilitation exercise program was performed for 16 weeks and divided by four stages. Eleven patients were participated. Measurement items were Lysholm score and peak torque, peak torque/bw, total work, average power and deficit ratio of isokinetic muscle strength and power in respectively 60deg/sec and 180deg/sec. This study showed that knee extensor in 60deg/sec increased on peak torque(p<.01), peak torque/bw(p<.01), total work(p<.01), average power(p<.01), and extensor in 180deg/sec increased on peak torque(p<.001), peak torque/bw(p<.001), total work(p<.001), average power(p<.001). Knee flexor in 60deg/sec increased on peak torque(p<.05), peak torque/bw(p<.05), total work(p<.01), average power(p<.05), and flexor in 180deg/sec increased on peak torque, peak torque/bw, total work, average power. Deficit ratio at knee extensor in 60deg/sec decreased on peak torque(p<.001), and deficit ratio in 180deg/sec decreased on peak torque(p<.001). Deficit ratio at knee flexor in 60deg/sec decreased on peak torque(p<.01), and deficit ratio at knee flexor in 180deg/sec decreased on peak torque. Lysholm score increased significantly(p<.001).

      • LiDAR를 이용한 End to End 딥러닝 기반의 실내용 자율주행

        본 논문에서는 머신러닝을 이용한 실내용 자율주행 기법을 제안하고 성능을 검증하였다. 제안하는 자율주행은 지도학습 중 실제 주행 데이터로부터 특징을 추출하여 학습하는 End to End 딥러닝을 적용하였다. 머신러닝에 필요한 학습데이터는 LiDAR(light detection and ranging)를 통하여 측정한 거리 정보로 구성하였으며, IMU(inertial measurement unit) 센서를 통해 측정된 각속도를 레이블로 설정하였다. 제안하는 자율주행은 실시간으로 측정된 거리 데이터를 입력받아 각속도를 출력하며, 차량은 추정된 각속도에 따라 주행 방향과 속도를 결정한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 End to End 딥러닝 모델의 추정 성능을 확인하였으며, 주행 실험을 통해 주행 안정성과 충돌 방지 기능을 검증하였다.

        반월상연골 봉합술 후 재활시점이 슬관절 근기능 및 기능점수에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine functional capacity of patient who have had meniscus repair and to investigate effect of a 16weeks rehabilitation program on knee function and lysholm score. Sixteen patient divided into two groups, ie; early rehabilitation group(ERG) and 6weeks later rehabilitation group(LRG). ERG participated in the rehabilitation program in two or three days after the surgery. LRG participated in the rehabilitation program in 6weeks after the surgery. Statistical techniques for data analysis were independent t-test and paired t-test. The significant level of probability was p<.05. 1. In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change peak torque of the uninvolved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05)(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change peak torque of the involved knee extensor in ERG(p<.01)(p<.001) and LRG(p<.01)(p<.05). In 180°/sec there was significant change peak torque of the uninvolved knee flexor in ERG(p<.05). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change peak torque of the involved knee flexor in ERG(p<.05)(p<.01). In 60°/sec there was significant change total work of the uninvolved knee extensor in ERG and LRG(p<.05), whereas, 180°/sec only increase in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change total work of the involved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05)(p<.01) and LRG(p<.01)(p<.05). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change total work of the uninvolved knee flexor in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change total work of the involved knee flexor in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change average power of the uninvolved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change average power of the involved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05)(p<.001) and LRG(p<.05). In 180°/sec there was significant change average power of the uninvolved knee flexor in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was significant change average power of the involved knee flexor in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec there was significant change deficient of uninvolved/involved knee extensor in ERG(p<.05) and LRG(p<.01), whereas, in 180°/sec only increase in ERG(p<.01). In 60°/sec, 180°/sec there was no significant change deficient of uninvolved/involved knee flexor in both groups. 2. Lysholm scores after the meniscus repair increased significantly in both groups(p<.01).

        척수손상 환자의 신체부위별 체수분 분포 및 안정시 에너지 소비량 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analysis the change of body composition, segmental total body water and resting energy expenditure in Long term spinal cord injured adults using segmental bioelectrical Impedance analysis and Automatic Gas Analyzer. The subjects were composed of 44 spinal cord injured adults and healthy adults man. The results were as followings: 1. Total body water(TBW) was lower in SCI patients than healthy adults man, especially decreased TBW was mainly due to decreased extracellular water. Also, the protein, mineral, and skeletal muscle mass was lower in SCI patients than healthy adults man but % body fat was higher in SCI patients than healthy adults man and a significant difference between groups(p<.05). 2. BMI(Body Mass Index), PBF(Percent Body Fat) and WHR(Waist-Hip Ratio) parameter was higher in SCI patients than healthy adults man, and a significant difference between groups in BMI and PBF(p<.05). 3. segmental total body water(STBW) was lower in SCI patients than healthy adults man, and a significant difference between groups in lower limbs(p<.05). 4. The electrical resistance in whole body and at each body part was higher in SCI patients than healthy adults man. Even though in the upper limbs there is no difference between groups, there is a difference between groups in the whole body and lower limbs(p<.05). 5. Resting energy expenditure(REE) was lower in SCI patients than healthy adults man and a significant difference between groups(p<.05).
