Marine cargo insurance is a contract between insurers and insured to secure that subject-matter insured arrives at the destination without change of risk according to the principle of God's sincerity Risk expenditures are calculated based on what is insured in the contract and based on the money collected, liability begins Therefore Some change occurring in subject-matter insured after contract concludes indicates the contract is violated, and what is contracted is void or cancelled, and liability of insurer is exempt This study examines effect of special contracts, seven reasons of force majeure exemption from insurance, limit of liability and remedy centering on deviation and delay in voyage occurring according to change of risk in what is regulated in MIA, Korean Commercial Law and ICC Then it defines the limit of liability of insurers according to change of risk through indentification of contents centering on the concept and effects of change in voyage and ships according to different risks Thus, in respect to exemption regulations on accidents occurring according to change of risk after a contract is concluded, there is a trend that the effect of change of risk in laws and clauses of each country is defined according to MIA and ICC and its application is mitigated

Enterprises have achieved diverse positive results such as lower trade cost, organization of distribution systems, lower inventory cost, fewer defective products, reasonable organization of distribution system, improvement of cash flow, increased revenue, and creation of trade value through SCM. However, when some of enterprises manage SCM, they have various problems in respect to conflicts between enterprises, conflicts due to lack of standardization, poor support of the executive management, organizational reluctance, no application for the system, excessive management costs, and organization of management committees. Therefore, for successful management of SCM, this study aims to present theoretical discussion on SCM, its building strategies and examples of its application.

중국의 동아시아 진출현황 분석과 우리나라의 대응방안 연구

본 연구는 중국의 동아시아 진출현황을 분석하고 우리나라의 대응방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구방법은 문헌조사에 의해 진행되었으며, 주로 한국의 삼성경제연구소의 연구결과와 대외경제정책연구원, 한국수출입은행, 외교통상부의 자료를 참고하였다. 또한 무역관련 지표는 한국무역협회(KITA)와 대한무역투자진흥공사(KOTRA), 국가통계 포털의 자료를 참고하였고 각종 사이트, 통계자료, 신문기사 등을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 개혁개방 기치를 내건 이후 중국 경제는 중진국을 넘어 선진국 경제로 힘차게 도약하고 있는 중이다. 중국의 산업화와 축적된 자본으로 동아시아가 중국의 주요한 시장이 되기 시작하면서 동아시아에서 중국의 시장 점유율도 급속이 증가하고 있으며 동아시아로의 수출이 중국 중심으로 변하는 등 중국과 동아시아의 관계가 전반적으로 변하고 있다. 동아시아는 한국에게 있어서 가장 중요한 경제협력지역이기 때문에 시장잠재력이 크고 관세율이 높은 국가들과 쌍무적 FTA를 추진하는 한편, 주기적으로 FTA 협정을 검토해 개방 폭을 확대해야 하며 아세안 내에서 중국 상품과 경쟁하기 위해서는 품질과 서비스의 질을 높여야 한다. 또한 동북아 3국과의 FTA를 통해서 동북아의 중재자로, 아세안과의 협력을 통해 아세안에 대한 책임 있는 동반자 역할을 해야 한다. This study aims to analyse China`s advance into East Asia and present our countermeasures. The study was mainly based on bibliographical research including results of research by Knowledge Hub for Creative Solutions, Korea Institute for International Economic Policy, Korea Exim Bank, and Ministry of Diplomacy and International Trade. For the trade indexes, Korean International Trade Association(KITA), Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency(KOTRA), and portal data of national statistics, a variety of sites and newspaper articles were used. The results are presented as follows: China has been advancing into a developed country in economy under the slogan of economic reform. With its industrialization and accumulated capital, East Asia has become one of its main markets, and its market occupancy there is rapidly increasing as it has focused on export to East Asia. As East asia is one of the most important economic cooperation zones to Korea, we have to have a two-way FTA with countries with high market potential and customs tariff and examine it on a regular basis for wider reform. To be competitive in comparison with China, we have to raise the quality of products and services. Also we have to be a mediator for Northeast Asia through FTAs with three Northeast Asian countries and a partner for Asian countries through cooperation with Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN).

항만관련산업이 지역경제에 미치는 영향

우리나라는 1960년대 이후 대외지향적 성장정책을 추구하여 괄목할 만한 성과를 거두었다. 즉 원자재와 부품을 수입하여 이를 제조ㆍ가공 수출함으로써 경제발전을 이루었던 것이다. 따라서 우리나라의 항만산업은 대외교역을 뒷받침하는 기간산업으로서 핵심적인 역할을 수행해 왔다. 항만산업의 발전은 자체적인 부가가치 생산 및 고용창출효과 이외에도 국민경제 전반의 물류효율화 및 물류비절감에 기여함으로써 대외경쟁력을 향상시키게 된다. 이러한 항만산업의 경제적 중요성에도 불구하고 이에 대한 국민적 인식은 대체로 낮은 편이다. 그리고 우리나라 항만산업의 발전여건은 상당히 열악한 편이며 특히 우리나라 주요 선사들의 선박확보량을 감축하는 추세에 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항만관련산업이 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 지역산업연관표를 이용하여 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 정책적 시사점을 제시하면, 국가의 기반산업을 시장논리로만 접근할 경우 시장실패시 치러야할 대가가 매우 크기 때문이다. 또한 우리나라 자체적인 항만산업을 유지하고 발전없이 외국에 의지할 경우, 국가비상시의 수송수단 확보, 외국업체들의 담합에 의한 운임상승, 국내하주들의 안정적인 운송수단 확보 등에 있어서 문제가 야기될 경우 국가경제에 미치는 영향은 막대할 수 있다. 정부와 관련업계는 컨테이너 화물 유치를 위해 온갖 노력을 기울이고, 적극적인 항만마케팅전략을 수립해야 한다. 또한 부가가치 창출에 힘쓰는가 하면 항만배후지역을 보세구역화하여 수출입물량의 가공, 포장 등을 통해 재수출하도록 지원해야 한다. Korea has achieved a remarkable growth by pursuing externally-oriented growth policy since 1960s. That is, we imported raw materials and spare parts, manufactured them into products and exported them, which led to successful economic development. Therefore, our marine business has played an important roles as one of key industries. The development of marine business has contributed to efficient distribution and cost reduction in addition to production of added value and creation of employment creation, which improved external competitive power. In spite of economic importance of marine business, national perception on it is in general low and its developmental conditions are considerably poor. Therefore, this study aims to speculate the effect of Port-related business on regional economy using regional input-output tables.

무역원활화를 위한 일본의 데이터 네트워크와 인증에 관한 연구 -사용자 측면에서 고찰-

본 연구에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 데이터 네트워크와 인증의 문제점을 일본의 사례를 들어 도출하고 이를 기반으로 활성화 방안을 주요 연구 목적으로 하였다. 세부적인 연구과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그 동안 연구해 왔던 선행연구를 토대로 데이터 네트워크와 인증의 개념을 정립하고 특징 및 문제점 등을 체계화 하는데 목적이 있다. 둘째, 데이터 네트워크와 인증 등이 활성화 되지 못한 현실적인 문제점을 파악하기 위해 내외부적원인을 일본의 사례를 통해 도출하고 주된 문제점을 파악하여 데이터 네트워크와 인증의 활성화 방안과 향후과제를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 셋째, 안전한 데이터 네트워크와 인증 등을 활성화시키기 위해 수출입절차에서 중요한 효과적인 방안을 강구하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따른, 글로벌 경쟁력 제고와 활성화에 있어 본 논문이 기여를 하고자 한다. This study identified problems in data networks and authorization from Japanese cases, aiming for the development of strategies to deal with the problems found based on the results. Specific tasks to deal with are presented as follows: First, based on previous studies, this study organizes the concepts of a data network and Authentication, their characteristics and related problems. Second, in order to identify problems relating to inactive data networks and authorization systems, this study found internal and external causes from Japanese cases and the main problems in order to develop strategies for the active use of data networks and Authentication systems and further tasks that need to be addressed. Third, to make safe data networks and Authentication available, this study is to develop effective plans for export and import procedures, and the results are expected to contribute to higher global competitive power.
