초기북한국가건설에 미친 만주파와 연안파의 영향력 비교연구 -연안파의 영향력을 중심으로-

연구의 목적은 초기북한국가건설에 미친 만주파와 연안파의 영향력을 비교 분석하는데 있었다. 기존연구들 대부분은 김일성의 북한으로 규정한 상태에서 북한국가성격과 권력구조형성을 연역적으로 추적하는 공통성을 가지고 있다. 즉 ‘김일성’이 곧 ‘북한’ 이라는 등식을 뛰어넘지 못하는 한계가 그것이다. 이와 같은 연구경향은 보수와 진보의 이데올로기 편차, 다양한 연구 성과의 차이에 따른 주제설정과 인식구조 및 접근방법론의 이견은 많지만 인식론 상으로는 소련=김일성=북한이라는 하나의 공통된 테두리 안에서 자리 잡고 있다 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 연구는 두 세력 간무장투쟁의 역사적.사실적 경험의 소산이 초기북한국가성립과정의 이념적인 성격을 규정하고 있다는 근거를 도출하기 위해 기존연구 중 필요부분을 바탕으로 비교분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 연안파가 북한국가건설에 미친 영향이 재조명되었다는 점이다. 연안파의 활동은 북한의 초기국가건설에 많은 부분 발전적으로 개입하였음이 밝혀졌다. 비록 북한의 초기연합정권에 참여하면서 이들이 지향했던 민주통일국가성립을 목표로 한 정책노선이 1950년대말 종파사건으로 몰락하면서 수정될 수밖에 없었지만 연안파는 군중노선, 토지개혁, 그리고 계급투쟁에서 민족투쟁으로의 국가이데올로기의 변화정립 등 북한의 국가정책과 이념에 이론적 틀을 제공하였고 질적인 영향을 미친 것으로 확인되었다. This study aims at comparing and analyzing influences of Manjupa and Yeonanpa affecting the initial construction of Country in North Korea. The most of previous studies have similarity to trace characteristics of North Korea as nation and forming power structure deductively, defining Kim Il-sung’s North Korea, That is, they have a limitation not overcoming that ‘Kim Il-sing’ is ‘North Korea’ Like this, in the trends of studies, there are plentiful of different opinions about setting themes, perception structures, and approaching methods according to differences of ideologies between the conservative and the radical and differences in diverse research results. However, epistemologically, it is based on one common frame of “USSR=Kim Il-sung=North Korea.” The study compared and analyzed critically the previous literatures based on their necessary parts in order to deduce the bases that the legacy of historical and actual experiences of armed struggles between both parties defined the ideological characteristics of the initial construction of Country in North Korea. The study result was that influence of Yeonanpa on building nation of North Korea was reviewed. Yeonanpa’s activities had intervened considerably developmentally the initial construction of Country in North Korea. Even though their policies aiming at he construction of National United Country through participation in the initial united government of North Korea fell down due to the Jongpa event in the late 1950’s and ha to be modified, Yeonanpa provided the theoretical frames to North Korea’s national policies and ideologies for crowd lines, land revolution, and changes of national ideology from class struggle to national struggle with qualitative influences.

북,중 관계에 미친 연안파의 위상 재조명: 정치,군사적 평가를 중심으로

본 논문의 목적은 북·중 관계에 미친 연안파의 정치·군사적 위상을 분석하는 데 있다. 문제제기는 오늘날 북한과 중국 관계는 승자의 역사로 장식된 관계로 형성되어 있다. 이에 연역적으로 추론하는 방법은 회피하여야 한다는 점에서 출발한다. 이러한 연구 필요성의 일환으로 그중 북·중 관계에 미친 연안파의 정치·군사적 활동과 역할을 연구 주제로 선정하게 되었다. 결론적으로 조선의용군(연안파)과 항일연군(만주파)은 중국이라는 지역에서 활동했다는 점, 그리고 공히 중국공산당 노선의 사회주의 무장투쟁 방식을 조선독립의 수단으로 삼았다. 그러나 역사적 사실 관계를 통해 볼 때, 비록 동북항일연군이 동북지역에서 무장투쟁 활동을 벌이기는 하였으나 중국공산당의 혁명투쟁 과정이나 주요 활동지역에서는 소외되어 있었다. 이에 조선의용군과 항일연군의 활동을 중국공산당의 혁명투쟁노선과정과 연관시켜 분석한 결과 오늘날까지도 동지적 혈맹관계를 유지하고 있는 북·중 관계의 초기형성은 동북항일연군보다는 연안파(조선의용군 및 조선독립동맹)활동을 매개로 하여 토대가 굳건해진 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 논고는 이러한 정치·역사적 사실이 어떤 연유를 통해 가능했을까를 추적해보는 새로운 규명작업이 되겠다. This study aims to examine the political and military status of Yeonanpa as an influential factor on the North Korea-China relationship. It calls attention to the fact that contemporary North Korea-China relations have been written in the single and erroneous perspective of winner`s history. This work is a attempt to depart from such a deductive approach. As a way to materialize a non-deductive approach, it interrogates the influences of the political and military activities and roles undertaken by Yeonanpa on the North Korea-China relationship. It is proven that the Korean Volunteers Army (Yeonanpa) and Han Il Yon Kun (Manjupa) performed their military operations in China and that both regarded socialist armed struggle as the fundamental way to achieve Korea`s independence. Historically, however, although Dong Book Hang Il Yon Kun conducted armed struggle in the east-north region, it was rather alienated from the Chinese communists` revolutionary struggle and the areas where it took place. Therefore, this study has analyzed the activities of the Korean Volunteers Army and Hang Il Yon Kun in conjunction with the process of the Chinese communists` revolutionary struggle to find that the early North Korea-China relationship, which has developed into a blood alliance of both countries to this day, was constructed and consolidated through the activities of Yeonanpa rather than those of Dong Buk Hang Il Yon Kun. The present work explores how such political and historical proceeding arose in the first place and shows the way in which they unfolded in the course of history.

The present study is concerned with microstructural analyses of the surface layer of a high speed steel (HSS) roll modified by irradiation of accelerated electron beam. HSS roll specimens were irradiated using an electron accelerator, and the microstructures of the irradiated surface layers were examined. Upon irradiation, the irradiated surface layer was melted because of the large heat input, resulting in microstructural change from coarse cell structure of primary carbides to a mixture of fine carbide cell and retained austenite. This microstructural modification might improve fracture or fatigue properties of the irradiated surface layer, although its hardness was decreased and quench cracks were found occasionally in the heat affected region. In order to solve the problems for applying the accelerated electron beam technique to HSS rolls, appropriate processing methods such as pre-or post-irradiation were suggested.
