Although there would be various types of factors in the development of private security industry, a proper education is in urgent need to begin with. I think the systematization of training and development of work ethics program is even more necessary because the reality of private security guard training programs is that they are performed just for the sake of formality for the most part and at a state of not being performed properly even if they are provided. A training for the private security guards to raise awareness, work ethics and morals for establishing proper values. as well as implanting a sense of responsibility that the work of private security guards is in charge of important task for the safety of customers is something which is necessary. In order to do so, the necessity of a systematic training for establishing the work ethics of private security guards is a natural thing. For the qualitative improvement of private security guards, the following work ethics programs would have to be developed. First, a sense of summons is re-established for private security guards by opening regular seminars after inviting the specialists of related field. The summons could be referred to as 'the king's order of calling the vassal, or calling of God'. It is the attitude of devoting into work by thinking of one's work as being valuable and with a heart of doing one's best in the given work by that much. Second, the sense of service is internalized by participating in the volunteer activities that are appropriate for the standard of private security guards. The volunteer activity brings pace of mind, self-esteem and sense of respect toward local community while one can have confidence and enjoyment if the work is handled successfully to know that one is a valuable existence in the local community as a reward. Third, the sense of organization and pride of members are fostered by presenting the future tasks such as feeling the worth and raising one's own values as a specialist to individuals or team members through quarterly workshops. Accordingly, the private security guards themselves would be able to feel a strong sense of responsibility toward their work on the basis of professional spirit by having a strong sense of pride toward their work.

Moment method was applied to the thermal degradation of polymer. There are random degradation and specific degradation of polymer. In this research, thermal degradation at 275 ℃ of polystyrene in mineral oil was studied. The evolution in time of polymer molecular weight distributions was monitored by gel permeation chromatography of polymer taken from the reactor. Gamma function was fitted to the experimental data of the molecular weight distributions after the random degradation of PS. Average molecular weight and variance were obtained as a function of time. Random degradation rate constant of polystyrene was estimated from these data. The degradation rate constant decreased with the averge molecular weight of the polymer.
유동층반응기에서 CVI에 의한 SiC증착된 고표면적 촉매지지체 제조에 관한 수치모사의 연구

In this research, to improve the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of catalyst support in manufacturing the catalyst, the formation of SiC layer on the activated carbon by permeating SiC from dichlorodimethylsilane(DDS) into pore and depositing while the porous structure was kept was studied. Activated carbons of sizes of 4-12, 12-20, 20-40 mesh were used. The best conditions of manufacturing the support were found by studying the characteristics of SiC under various deposition conditions. The results from the mathematical modeling were compared with the experimental results. The changes of the amount of deposition, pore diameter, surface area with time were obtained by simulating convection, diffusion of DDS and reaction in isothermal reactor at steady state. The uniform deposition in the pores of sample was obtained at a lower concentration of DDS and a lower pressure. Additionally, from the observation that the pore diameter and the surface area have minimum values at a certain time of deposition, it was known that deposition occurred inside of the pore at first and then on the outside of particle.
