        엘리트 사격선수의 안정시 심박변이도가 사격수행에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of resting heart rate variability on shooting performance among rapid fire pistol athletes. METHODS: Twenty-four elite shooting athletes, who have more than two years of rapid tire pistol, were divided into higher and lower groups based on their record of current five shots was 570.7, and the average score of the lower group was 548.58. Heart rate variability were measured two times from all participants for two mins thirty seconds. uBioMacpa version 1.0 was used to measure heart rate variability from their index finger, which saved automatically into a computer. Using SPSS 20.0, the data was analyzed by a independent t-test, Pearson r, and multiple regression. RESULTS: The elite shooting athletes in the higher group were significantly lower in TP, LF, HF, SDNN, and RMSSD than the lower group. The correlation between the shooting performance and SDNN was 436, and SDNN predicted 19% in the variance of shooting performance. CONCLUSIONS: It is concluded that heart rate variability may be a important index to understand the condition of elite shooting athletes.

        장기간 복합운동의 실시가 고령 여성의 낙상 예방에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of long-term exercise program on the subjects of the falls in the female elderly. They were divided in two groups of control(n=20) and exercise(n=20) aged 75-86. 10 months complex exercise program(2 days/week, 90min/day) was designed in order to develop muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and bone density for prevention of falls in this study. Statistical data was processed by SPSS(Window Version 18.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects. The results of this study were as followings: there was significant increase in muscle strength(grip), balance, and bone density between before and after exercise program(p<.05). And flexibility and balance were significant increase between group(p<.05). Here in this study, 10 months complex exercise program for female elderly which aimed to prevent falls and improve fitness and health.

        코어 트레이닝이 속사권총 선수의 기초 체력, 등속성 근력, 평형성 및 사격 기록에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of core training on basic physical strength(right grip strength, back strength), isokinetic muscular strength(shoulder, trunk), balance and shooting score in rapid fire of high school male athletes. The subjects of this study were randomly assigned into two groups(n=9 in control group; n=9 in core training group). Athletes in training group performed air-dom and thera-band exercises with moderate intensity for 8weeks(3 days/week, 90min/day). The data from this study were analyzed using repeated measure twoway ANOVA. The grip strength, back strength, isokinetic muscular strength(shoulder and trunk), physical balance, and shooting scores in the core training group were improved from those in control group. More specifically, the ratio of the flexor and extensor muscle strength on right shoulder joint (p<.05) and shooting score(p<.05) in the core training group were significantly different more than those in control group. Therefore, these findings suggest that the core training program adopted in this study can be an effective and preventive posture training method for the improvement in the muscle strength of rapid fire athletes. Although the core training program was a safe and appropriate training method for physical balance, future study that considers multi-variable methods such as controlling psychological environment of subject and including more various measurement items for fitness is necessary to delineate and promote further improvements in functional performance in rapid fire athletes.

        필라테스 운동이 노인여성의 슬관절 등속성 근력, 고유수용성 감각 및 정적균형에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to determine the effects of mat Pilates on isokinetic muscular strength of knee, proprioception, and static balance in older women. Forty one sedentary, apparently healthy females aged 63-68 and older were randomly assigned into a control(CG, n = 22) or an Pilates exercise(PEG, n = 19) group. A pilates exercise program was applied to the subjects one hour per day four days per week during twelve weeks. All subjects underwent preand post-tests in which isokinetic muscular strength of knee, proprioception, and dynamic balance were assessed. Improvements were observed in balance, mobility, and upper and lower extremity muscle strength in the Pilates exercise group(p<0.05). No significant differences in any outcome measures were observed in the control group(p<0.05). In conclusion, Pilates exercises is effective in improving static balance, flexibility, reaction time, and muscle strength as well as decreasing the propensity to fall in older women.

        운동 중지가 당뇨쥐 골격근 및 심근의 p-AMPK, p-ACC 및 Malonyl-CoA 발현에 미치는 영향

        This study was investigated the effects of detraining on p-AMPK, p-ACC, and Malonyl-CoA expression of skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle in a streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. At 7 weeks of age, S.D rats (n=34) were induced diabetes by administering STZ. A STZ-induced rats were randomly assigned to a normal control (Con, n=12), diabetic exercise group (DM+E, n=12) and diabetic control group (DM+C, n=10). The rats were trained progressively on a treadmill, five days per weeks for eight weeks following treadmill running programs: moderateintensity (20m/min for 60mins). After detraining for eight weeks, blood and tissues of skeletal muscle and heart were harvested. Detraining for 8 weeks significantly reduced HOMA-IR in diabetes rat models. Exercise groups significantly increased p-ACC and p-AMPK protein levels, and Malonyl-CoA levels were significantly reduced in exercise groups. In conclusion, the effects of 8 weeks exercise training were reduced by detraining for 8 weeks. However, the benefits of 8 weeks exercise training were still preserved.

        수영운동이 류마티스 관절염 모델 마우스의 혈청 염증지표 및 연골에서의 HIF-2α mRNA 발현에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of swimming exercise on serum inflammatory markers and HIF-2α mRNA expression of cartilage in rheumatoid arthritis model mice. Experiment animal were randomly assigned to swimming exercise group (n=9) and control group (n=9). Collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) was induced in male DBA/1J mice by intradermal injection of bovine collagen-II in Freund’s incomplete adjuvant (IFA). The swimming exercise group trained for 30 min/day, for 4 day/week for 6 weeks. Six weeks swimming exercise significantly reduced serum inflammatory makers (IL-6, TNF-α) and HIF-2α mRNA expression in cartilage while increasing the concentration of IL-10. Also, arthritic scores significantly reduced. Swimming exercise improved inflammatory response markers in mice with rheumatoid arthritis, suggesting that it can be a useful physical strategy in mice with rheumatoid arthritis. Future research should focus on finding optimal type and dose of exercise.

        유산소성 운동과 저항성 운동의 실시 순서가 지방대사 및 동화작용 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of sequence of aerobic and resistance exercise on free fatty acids, epinephrine, testosterone, and IGF-1. 7 healthy adult males, the subjects of this research, performed both resistance exercise after aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise after resistance exercise. V?O2max of all the subjects was measured through treadmil test, and they performed aerobic exercise for 30 minutes using treadmil at the intensity of 65% of V?O2max. They also performed resistance exercise using weight machine. They did 80%1RM × 8~10 rep × 3set with one-minute rest between each set. Resistance after aerobic subjects had their blood sample all 4 times: before aerobic exercise, after aerobic exercise, after resistance exercise, and at 30-minute in the recovery; The aerobic after resistance subjects did their blood sample all 4 times: before resistance exercise, after resistance exercise, after aerobic exercise, and at 30-minute in the recovering period. Data were analyzed using SPSS PC 20.0. The Data were analyzed by One-way repeated ANOVA. Scheffe were used as a Post-Hoc test. Statistical significance level was a=.05. As a result of this study are as follows. First, the FFA are significant for resistance exercise after aerobic exercise group(p=.028). That is, FFA significantly increased after aerobic exercise and then decreased during 30-minute in the recovering stage; the coefficients on FFA are not significant for aerobic exercise after resistance exercise group(p=.415). Second, the coefficients of epinephrine are significant for resistance exercise after aerobic exercise group(p=.012); increased epinephrine resistance after exercise decreased during 30-minute in the recovering stage; the coefficients of epinephrine are not statistically significant for aerobic exercise after resistance exercise group(p=.112). Third, testosterone are significant for aerobic exercise after resistance exercise group(p=.004); increased testosterone due to resistance exercise decreased after aerobic exercise during 30-minute in the recovering stage. However, we can see that the coefficients of testosterone are not statistically significant in case of resistance exercise after aerobic exercise group(p=.074). Fourth, we can find that the coefficients on IGF-1 are statistically significant for both aerobic after resistance exercise(p=.000) and resistance exercise after aerobic groups(p=.000); the coefficients on IGF-1 are not significant after aerobic exercise, but they are significantly increased after resistance exercise for both. In conclusion, resistance exercise after aerobic exercise is likely to have a significant effect on FFA and epinephrine; aerobic exercise after resistance exercise look to affect testosterone and IGF-1. Accordingly, based on the research findings we can find that it is important to decide the order of exercise between aerobic exercise and resistance exercise depending on the purposes fat metabolism or protein synthesis of exercise.
