A Study on the Design of Digital Forensic Field Support Organization

This study is to explore the digital forensic field support organization by applying the organizational redesign model. The ultimate goal is to come up with an organizational redesign plan. The National Police Agency and local government digital forensic organizations provide on-site support for all criminal investigations, as well as cybercrime in their agencies. In the past, field support organizations were only responsible for analyzing the digital evidence seized by the investigators. In recent years, however, the scope has been growing, including seizure search and network tracking technology support. The current comprehensive field support work needs to be enhanced not only for effectiveness but also for professionalism. There is a need to create a specialized organization dedicated to each task by separating the field support task from the evidence analysis task.

The perspective that considers ‘Ah’ just as an exclamation showing an admiration or a surprise of a speaker has limitations in explaining the use of ‘Ah’ in conversational situations made of interactions of participants. This study examines what functions ‘Ah’ performs in conversations by dividing the situations into when ‘Ah’ performs a function as a giving word and when ‘Ah’ does so as a receiving word. This study assumes the basic meaning of ‘Ah,’ which is an exclamation, to be ‘suddenly coming to mind/being realized,’ and suggests that ‘Ah’ is able to express an emotion of the speaker such as admiration and surprise about a suddenly realized fact or subject, and to work as a starting signal and an acceptance signal of a conversation. When ‘Ah’ is a giving word, it serves as a signal to notify that there is something to be spoken that suddenly came to the speaker’s mind to the conversation partner, and allows the partner to prepare to listen to the speech of the speaker. In addition, when ‘Ah’ is a receiving word, it notifies that there is something the speaker has suddenly remembered or realized in the speech of the partner, serving as a signal that the speaker has listened to the speech of the partner carefully. The functions of ‘Ah’ as a starting signal when it is a giving word and as an acceptance signal when it is a receiving word enable the participants, who compose conversations in turn, to perform a cooperative communication with each other.
지방자치단체 민간이전지출이 지역사회 조직에 미치는 영향: 자율성 및 구축,구인효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 지방자치단체 민간이전지출이 지역사회 조직 자율성과 구축·구인효과에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 것으로 주된 목적은 첫째, 민간이전지출의 재정지원을 통해 주요 지원대상이 되는 지역사회 조직의 자율성에 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 규명하고, 둘째, 민간이전지출의 재정지원이 지역사회 조직의 구축·구인효과와의 직접영향관계, 그리고 조직 자율성을 매개로 한 구축·구인효과와의 간접영향관계를 검증하는 것이다. 실증분석을 통한 검증결과는 지방자치단체가 민간이전지출을 어떻게 운영하여야 하는지, 그리고 지역사회 조직에게 재정을 지원할 때 어떠한 기준과 원칙을 가지고 대상조직과 지원규모를 결정해야 하는지, 심의과정에 있어 그 성과평가 및 위원회 구성에 대해선 어떻게 해야 하는지 등에 대하여 방향을 제시하여 준다.

The purpose of this study is to consider D. H. Lawrence's concern about the otherness of nonhuman nature, especially animals in Birds, Beasts and Flowers. His concern was the recovery of human whole consciousness by balancing both upper consciousness based on spirit, reason, sight and lower consciousness, body, senses. Lawrence thought the balanced and organic relationship of man and animals with purity and originality of existence was a good way for modern men to recover their whole consciousness. His understanding about the otherness of animals was to know his own inner otherness, lower consciousness suppressed by upper consciousness. The mosquito, bat, fish and snake are the symbols of primordial nonhuman otherness in his animal poems. In these poems, ‘nothingness’ of animals becomes ‘somethingness’ as the poems proceeding. His important recognition through this process is that they are different existence from men and unknowing existence.

The value of metaphor in creating a context for the calm acceptance of death is obvious: Lawrence's recognition that the mechanistic universe is a metaphor, not a statement of fact, allows him to replace the mechanistic metaphor with an organic epistemology of relatedness. Consequently, “death is not evil, evil is mechanistic.” To reject death is to reject God, to sever one's connection to the living universe, to reshape oneself into a closed, self-sufficient ego. Accepting one's place as a small piece of the tissue of living universe necessarily entails accepting death as a necessary part of the universe process. Evil is doorless, closed, unchanging, mechanical. It is the wheel of machinery, neither alive nor dead, fixed upon its hub and going nowhere, continually moving but never changing. The metaphors of mechanism have destroyed the universe, sucking out its life; these metaphors are similarly killing our souls, leaving them equally lifeless. A journey to the underworld is a journey to the “heart of things,” a paradoxical process of corruption and separation into wholeness. When a flower “opens,” it becomes a doorway to the creative unknown itself, an opening, in “Bavarian Gentians,” to the nucleus of the underworld, a “forked torch” that gives the speaker the knowledge to imagine death as a culmination, a return to wholeness, a stage in the process animated by the creative unknown. The dark tomb is also the dark womb, as division and wholeness become ultimately “married” into one process, the flux of life-energy.
