The primary purpose of this study is to suggest the effective linkage scheme between curriculum for secretarial department in college and qualifying examinations in order to increase student's employment rate and competency of secretarial department in college. There are several objectives to fulfill this study : Firstly, to identify the necessity and feasibility of links between two-year college education and qualification system by literature review. Secondly, to identify the current condition of links between secretarial departments in college and national qualification exams by analyzing their curriculum. Thirdly, by questionnaire survey, to analyze student's achievement rate, interest level and needs of curriculum operation in qualification achievement. Finally, to suggest curriculum operations for the effective linkage between secretarial department and related qualification. The results of this study by literature review and questionnaire survey are summarized below: 1. The students of secretarial department are interested in achievement for national qualification.. But in fact, there are a few student who achieves wanted national qualification. 2. Therefore, secretarial department should establish helpful service system to provide students with various information about wanted qualifications. 3. Curriculum in relevant qualifications should be enhanced for achievement in qualifications. As result of survey, it was proved what students need and want. 4. The secretarial department should prepare institutional regulations for those who have achievement in wanted qualifications. For example, acknowledging the achievement as credits.

현재 자동차 시장은 전기차, 수소차, 하이브리드차, 자율주행차의 등장으로 많은 변화를 겪고 있다. 또한 이러한 변화 가운데 자동차 시장은 금융위기와 같은 중요한 경제적 혼란 등의 여러 경제적 요소들에 의해 영향을 받고 있다. 그러므로 자동차 수요예측에서 경제적 요소들을 고려하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 이에 이 논문은 국내 자동차 판매에서 국내차 판매, 수입차 판매, 트럭 판매에 대한 과거 데이터를 분석하고 자동차 산업에 중요한 영향을 주는 다양한 경제적 요소들을 선정하여 선정된 요소들이 각각의 국내자동차 판매에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 한다.
Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. raphani에 대한 무 유전자원의 저항성 평가

Identification of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. raphani and investigation on fusarium wilt development by isolates and inoculation methods were conducted to establish a screening method for fusarium wilt-resistance in radish (Raphanus sativus L.) germplasm. Pathogenicity of F. oxysporum f. sp. raphani isolate, Heonggye-1 and Heonggye-2, to radish plants was confirmed by seedling test. Radish seedlings were inoculated by root-dipping and soil-drenching with or without root-wounding. For Heonggye-1 isolate, mean disease indexes were 4.13 and 3.91 by root-dipping and soil-drenching with root-wounding, respectively, but those were 1.87 and 1.88 without root-wounding. For Heonggye-2 isolate, mean disease indexes were 3.83 to 4.37 regardless of inoculation methods. Two-hundred sixty accessions of radish germplasm collected from 9 countries of Asia and Europe were evaluated for fusarium wilt-resistance by soil-drenching with root-wounding with Heonggye-2 isolate. Fifty-four resistant accessions with higher than 70% of the percentage of resistant seedlings in accession (P R ) and lower than 20% of the percentage of susceptible seedlings in accession (P S ) was found. Eighteen susceptible accessions with lower than 20% of P R and higher than 50% of P S were selected. These accessions could be used as breeding and research materials after re-evaluation of disease-resistance and characterization of agronomical traits.

케냐는 열대지방에 위치하고 있지만 기후대가 고산지역, 해안지역, 열대평야지역, 사막지역으로 분포하고 있어 생물다양성이 풍부한 국가이다. 생물다양성확보와 유전자원의 안전보존을 위해서 종자은행을 설립하여 운영하고 있다. 케냐종자은 행의 정식명칭은 National Genebank of Kenya(NGBK)이고, 1988년 독일의 Technical Development Agency의 지원으로 식물 다양성보존, 식물유전자원 보존 활용을 위한 기술개발을 할 목적으로 설립하였다. 케냐 종자은행 주요연구 사업은 식물유전자원을 탐색, 수집하고, 종자생리 및 보존연구, 식물유전자원의 증식 및 특성평가, 정보화 사업이다. 케냐는 아프리카에서 비교적 많은 유전자원을 확보하여 안전하게 보존하고 있다. 케냐의 유전자원 관리현황과 도입가능성을 검토하여 아프리카 유전자원 도입 전초기지로 활용하여 유전자원 강국 기반을 구축하는데 기여하고자 분석하였다. 케냐 유전자원은행에 보존된 자원은 2009년말 현재 1,982종 48,041점을 알루미늄팩을 사용하여 저장 중이고(그림4), 그중 예산 부족으로 인하여 약40%에 대해서 기초특성조사를 완료하였으나, 60%는 기초특성조사를 실시 중에 있었다. 우리나라가 식물 종자자원이 165천여점에 1,777종을 보유하고 있지만, 케냐는 비록 식물유전자원이 48,041점으로 우리의 1/3도 되지 않지만 1982종을 보유하고 있어 종 다양성에서는 우리를 앞서고 있다. 케냐 보유 유전자원 도입과 아프리카 원산 자원의 수집 및 도입을 위해서는 케냐 종자은행 관계자가 요청한 국제협력연구가 요구된다. 케냐는 한국 벼의 도입과 분자생물학적 특성 평가에 대한 관심을 표명하면서 단계적인 유적자원 협력연구를 제안하였다. 케냐와 협력 연구를 통해서 상호 활발한 교류가 있으면 우리가 원하는 유전자원 도입이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 유전자원 안전중복보존소 기능을 이용하여 케냐 식물유전자원을 우리나라에 보존할 수 있을 것이다. Plant genetic resources is a very important as breeding materials, and extracts of functional and medicinary plants for human. Kenya that is composed of alpine, costal and desert area in eastnorth Africa may be abundant biodiversity in plant genetic resources. It had established national genebank of Kenya(NGBK) that is supported by technical development agency of Germany in 1988 to do conservation and utilization of plant genetic resources as well as a maintenance of biodiversity. The NGBK genebank has conserved more than 1,900 species and 48,000 accessions including food crops that are rice, wheat, barley, and cow pea, horticultural and fodder crops, introduced and collected germplasms in Africa. Phenotypic characterization have been evaluated in only about 40% of germplasms. The passport data in kenya consists of accession number, scientific name, collection area, donation number. To introduce a plant genetic resources from NGBK, it should need to conduct cooperative research between Korea and Kenya on characterization including molecular biotechnology.

Genetic resources can be used through complementary ex situ and in situ conservation approaches organized at the local, national, and global levels. Genetic resources as defined in the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) refer to physical, tangible genetic materials as well as genetic information and knowledge. The Plant Genetic Resources Center (PGRC) was established at the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute in 1993. To 2010, seed collections of 73,275 accessions are being conserved in long- and medium-term storage rooms. In field genebanks, collections and preservation of germplasm of fruit trees and medicinal plants include approximately 5,106 accessions and are being conserved in several repositories. As a complementary conservation, in vitro and cryopreservation have been carried out for the species endangered and hardly preserved in field. The extent of germplasm management is very critical to promote efficient utilization of genetic resources, especially local varieties or breeding lines. Action plans on risk management, safe conservation, species identification, crossing and better utilization of genetic resources for food and agriculture have been formulated to develop markets for various kinds of products. Efficient management and conservation of genetic resources are very important to ensure the present and future security of food and agriculture. As a co-worker in global efforts to conserve genetic resources, we look for greater benefits and responsibilities. Particularly, in point of global climate changes and food crises, actions are needed to equip and manage genetic resource conservation systems as an effective component of national and international food and agriculture security.
