단일보드를 이용한 소형 선박 모니터링 시스템 구축 방안에 관한 연구

Passenger ships and large vessels are recently equipped with Vessel Monitoring System(VMS) to prevent accidents and keep safe. VMS is a main tool to mark a signal that is sent by Automatic Identification System(AIS) in electronic navigation chart. People can identify the information on vessel navigation in real time by using it. When emergencies occur in the ocean, it helps deal with emergencies and prevent marine accidents. However, the price of VMS is too high to operate it in small vessel and fishing boats and yachts. We suggest to use digital VMS that is made by cheap single board such as raspberry or odroid in this study. In this study, each DAQ system installed on the bridge and the engine room. The DAQ system is transferred to a single-board system to collect the engine data and bridges data. In a single board converts this information was used by the satellite communication terminal to transmit the shipping company or the authorities on the ground. The data obtained is sent to the administrator of the crew and the ground was implemented to check the status of ship movement in real-time situations. This study is expected to cost in the supply of safe navigation and vessel monitoring systems fused ICT skills of the price of a cheap single board.

The purpose of this study is to cultivate talented people with integrated and creative thinking during the fourth industrial revolution. The existing traditional lecture teaching-learning method have various problems that the dropout rates of the student is high and the creative problem solving ability is hindered. In particular, there is a limit to the practical application based on the theory. In the case of engineering school, it is necessary to apply effective teaching methods to increase students" participation and academic achievement because most of them need to apply to actual software based on theory. In this paper, we proposed a new teaching method that uses the advantages of flip learning to increase students" learning motivation and self-directed learning. Also, this study analyzes the learning effect by applying it to the numerical analysis class of the engineering class and suggests the problem and application method based on the result.
