20대 건강인에서 이미지 상상이 서기균형에 미치는 영향

Objective: We studied the effects of postural balance or control according to mental imagery(MI). Methods: Data were collected on 27 normal subjects between September and October of 2012. Subjects have not had neurological disease related with postural balance and have not experienced participated in similar study. Subjects were evaluated standing balance with the image of standing on the flat floor and the image of walking on the single log bridge. Posture of evaluating is the position of standing Semi-tandem posture with closed eyes. Standing balance was calculated right-left postural sway(R-L PS), anterior-posterior postural sway(A-P PS), and sway area(SA) through moving of center of pressure(COP). SPSS Ver. 18.0 was used for statistical analysis; Descriptive analysis, paired t-test and pearson correlation analysis. Results: The result of this study, there are significant difference in standing balance with MI. standing balance was increasing more with MI of walking on single log bridge than MI of standing on flat floor at R-L PS and A-P PS(p<.05). but there are no significant difference in SA(p>.05). Conclusion: We found that moving of COP though R-L PS and A-P PS according to the MI. In conclusion, our results suggest the point that MI using actual movie have positive effects on postural balance or control. (J Korean Society of Neurocognitive Rehabilitation 2012;4:31∼37) 목적: 본 연구는 신체 무게중심이 이동하는 영상을 시청하고 그것을 심상할 때 자세 균형 및 조절에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2012년 9월부터 2012년 10월까지 자세균형과 관련한 신경학적 질병이 없고 유사한 실험에 참여한 경험이 없는 20대 건강인을 대상으로 실시하였다. 대상자들은 아무런 동영상을 시청하지 않고 평지에 서 있는 것을 심상할 때와 외나무다리 위를 걷는 영상을 시청 후 심상했을 때, 각각 서기균형을 측정하였다. 측정 자세는 Semi-tandem의 형태로 서서 눈을 감고 실시하였으며, 서기균형은 Good Balance로 압력중심의 이동을 측정하여 좌·우 동요, 전·후 동요, 동요면적을 추출 하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS Ver. 17.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 대응표본 t검정, pearson 상관분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 연구 결과 심상에 따라 서기균형의 차이가 있었다. 좌·우 동요와 전·후 동요에서 평지에서 있는 것을 심상하는 것보다 외나무다리 위를 걷는 영상을 시청 후 심상했을 때, 좌·우 동요와 전·후 동요에서 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 하지만 동요면적에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 결론: 심상에 따라 전후 및 좌우 압력중심이 이동함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 실제 영상을 이용한 심상 훈련을 적용하면 자세 조절 및 균형능력 훈련에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이다.
