풍력발전용 영구자석 다극 동기발전기의 코깅토크의 해석 및 저감

This paper deals with reduction and analysis of cogging torque for permanent magnet synchronous generators with multi-pole rotor for wind power applications. Open-circuit field solutions are derived using a magnetic vector potential and a two-dimensional (2-d) polar coordinate systems. On the basis of derived open-circuit field solutions and 2-d permeance functions, we also derive open-circuit field solutions considering stator slotting effects. By using open-circuit field solutions considering stator slotting effects and energy variation methods, this paper analytically predicts the cogging torque considering skew effects. All analytical results are shown in good agreement with those obtained from finite element (FE) analyses. In order to reduce the cogging torque, by predicting the variation of the cogging torque according to pole arc/pitch ratio using analytical and FE methods, pole arc/pitch ratio which makes the cogging torque minimum are determined. However, we confirm that measured value for cogging torque of the PMG with determined pole arc/pitch ratio is twice higher than predicted value. Therefore, the reason for an error between measured and predicted cogging torque is discussed in terms of a shape of PMs and is proved experimentally.

This paper deals with efficiency characteristics analysis of wind power generator with outer permanent magnet rotor according to load condition. The analyzed results are compared with experimental results, and it demonstrates the validity of the proposed analysis method. From the derived analysis results, this paper suggests the necessity of performance analysis considering load conditions for the initial design of PM generator.
그리드 기반의 토목공학 하이브리드 원격 실험의 리코딩 및 리플레이 서비스

그리드 컴퓨팅 기술을 기반으로 한 원격 실험 환경 구축에 있어서 원격 실험만큼이나 실험결과 데이터를 저장하고 재연하는 것이 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 KOCED 프로젝트의 건설 연구 실험시설 중 하나인 실시간 하이브리드 다자유도 실험시설에 대한 프로토타입인 원격 하이브리드 실험에 대하여 나라다 브로커링 이라는 발간 및 구독 패러다임의 스트리밍 서버와 글로버스 툴킷에 기반 한 리코딩 및 리플레이 서비스를 통하여 실험결과 데이터를 저장하고 재연하는 시스템을 구축 하였다. 기존에 진행된 실험결과를 검색하여 볼 수 있게 함으로써 중복된 실험으로 인한 비용을 줄이고, 사용자가 원하는 데이터에 대한 토픽정보를 통하여 재연함으로써 실험결과 데이터의 효용성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
손실을 고려한 영구자석형 풍력발전기의 성능 특성 해석 및 실험적 검증

In this paper, analytical techniques for performance characteristics analysis of wind power generator with outer permanent magnet rotor are proposed. Furthermore, the proposed analytical techniques are validated by performance experiments of the manufactured generator. First of all, characteristic equations of losses such as copper loss, core loss are derived. Using the derived loss characteristic equations and equivalent circuit method, constant load and constant speed characteristics of wind power generator are analyzed. And then, to analyze performance of wind power system according to wind speed, d-q analysis model considering wind turbine characteristics is proposed. Finally, the obtained performance characteristics results are validated in comparison with those by experiments.

This paper deals with the static analysis on axial flux machine having normal and halbach type permanent magnet(PM). In general, to analyze the characteristics of PM machines, various methods are applied, for instance, analytical method and finite clement method(FEM). While the analytical method based on space harmonic method is suitable for the initial design of PM machines in that it is able to reduce the analysis time, the FEM can consider various factors. such as complex structures and saturation although it takes very long analysis time. Since the axial flux machine has vertical flux characteristic, the 2D FEM cannot be applied. Therefore. the 3D FEM is employed with unsatisfied analysis time. This paper suggests the analytical method to reduce the long analysis time with the identical results in comparison with 3D FEM results.

This paper deals with electromagnetic performance analysis of BLDC Motor having hall sensor. BLDC motors are classified with 2D and 3D models: symmetric and asymmetric models. Using finite element analysis (FEA), inductance, back-emf and flux density are obtained, respectively. With those results, back-emf constant, current, current density and torque constant are calculated. In addition, torque are calculated by those results, and compare with FEA results.
