        대학생들의 음주와 구강보건인식 간의 관계

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between drinking and oral health awareness among university students and to suggest the necessity of oral health education for healthy drinking and positive oral health awareness. Methods: A total of 615 data were obtained by individual questionnaires for male and female university students who were drinking at four universities in the K region. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 24.0 program. Results: Drinking among university students was high in second grade male, smokers, and students living at home, non health related major. The oral health awareness was health related majors female students and it is higher as the grade increases. Conclusion: There was a correlation between drinking and oral health perception among university students, and oral health perception decreased when exposed to drinking environment. The necessity of oral health education to improve the oral health awareness of university students was confirmed. In addition, if we carry out oral health education program to improve awareness for healthy drinking and awareness of oral health for university students, we expect to have a positive effect on the whole body health and mental health of university students.

        구강건강증진프로그램이 노인의 구강건강에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an oral health promotion program. And suggest that education on oral health should be given by a professional. Methods : Sixty-four people over the age of 65 years were selected from three elderly care facility located in Gyeongsangbuk-do, A city. From June 7 to August 19, 2016, an oral health promotion program was given to two experimental groups (N=21 and 20) for a total of eight times. One program was conducted by a professional and the other by a non-professional although both were considered experts. Additionally, a control group(N=23) was a observed. Results : While both experimental groups showed a positive change from the oral health promotion program, the experimental group that was given the oral health promotion program by a professional showed more positive changes in oral cavity function. Conclusions : By using professionals, it is possible to provide a health promotion program that actively monitors the oral cavity of the elderly as well as provide elderly care services for oral hygiene. Appropriate elderly health policies and oral health business model for elderly are needed.

      • 구강건강신념에 대한 구강보건행위의 연관성 연구

        As the economic level improves with the dietary habits changing, we need to be reaware of the oral hygienics, while an oral hygienic education program is urgently required for correct oral hygienic behaviors. With such basic conceptions in mind, this study was aimed at testing the correlations between ordinary people’s belief thereof and their oral hygienic behaviors and thereupon, providing for some basic data useful to correct guidance of ordinary people’s desirable oral hygienic behaviors, emphasis on need and importance of an oral hygienic education, designing and implementing of adequate oral hygienic education programs. For this study, the researcher sampled each district from 4 spheres of Seoul (eastern, western, southern and norther spheres) and then, resampled 2 dongs (unit administrations) from each district, and thereupon, divided their residents aged between 20 and 49 into age groups at the intervals of 5 years. Thus, the researcher personally visited the areas where it would be deemed most probable to meet the subjects people most evenly distributed by age group to conduct a questionnaire survey from February 8 through March 28, 2006. In this course, the researcher attempted to sample the subjects from the job groups as much diversified as possible, while abstaining from sampling more than 4 or 5 people from the same area, in order to maintain an effective representation of the sample. Out of 1,885 people sampled, 1,178 subjects responded to the survey, and the final sample of 1,014 responses excluding those insincere one was used for the analysis. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 61 question items; 31 items, which were prepared by modifying and complementing Oh Yun-bae’s scale of subjective oral hygienics, could be categorized into 6 groups (perceived sensitivity, seriousness, impediment, usefulness, self-efficacy and motivation). 25 items were about oral hygienic behaviors (dental treatment, removal of odontolith, regular dental check, teeth-brushing methods, dietary habits, smoking and drinking habit, harmful oral habits, etc.), and 5 items were about subjects’demographic variables (gender, age, marital status, academic background and job). The collected data were encoded to be analyzed using the SPSS Windows 10.0 for frequency analysis of subjects’demographic variables, Chi-square test, T-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis of subjects’knowledge of oral hygienics, their belief in oral hygienics and their oral hygienic behaviors. The significance levels were determined by means of Chi-square test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. Wes survey all ages were very high ‘perceived usefulness’it was to belief in oral hygienics, the ‘motivation’were very low. Prevention of the oral cavity for behaviors a removal of odontolith and teeth-brushing methods, were high perceived usefulness as possible used to oral hygienics support supplies. 2. 53.7% of all respondents answered as“ average”for the question concerning oral hygienic condition. According as age increase, the frequency of visit a dentist increased as well, The respondents visited dental offices for regular removal of odontolith and treatment of decayed teeth. 3. The survey showed that dental floss is used most frequently as an oral hygiene supplement. In addition, 15.2% of all respondents received a regular odontolith removal (once a year) 4. The survey demonstrated that people in their 20s preferred sweets and snack, while all ages showed dispreferrence of hard and dry food in terms of eating habit. 5. In terms of smoking habit, the survey demonstrated that men are more likely to smoke for a longer period of time than women. 6. The survey showed that both male and female have harmful oral habit of‘ mouth-breathing’. As discussed above, it was confirmed through this study that ordinary people’s belief in oral hygienics were significantly correlated with their oral hygienic behaviors. That is, poorer belief in oral hygienics did not affect the desirable oral hygienic behaviors, but high belief in oral hygienics resulted in desirable oral hygienic behaviors.

      • 요양시설 노인에 대한 구강건강증진프로그램의 효과

        [ 연구배경 ] 요양시설을 이용하는 대부분의 노인은 거동이 불편하여 구강건강관리를 시행하기에 어렸다. 특히 치매나 뇌졸중 노인의 경우 잇솔질, 틀니세척과 관리, 구강보조용품 사용과 같은 기본 적인 구강관리가 되지 않아 치태와 음식물 잔사로 인하여 발생된 불량한 구강환경은 흡인성 폐렴의 원인이 되기도 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 구강건강을 케어 할 구강보건인력의 배치도 없고 구강건강에 대한 관심도 부족하며, 구강관련 보건정책과 구강증진 관련 사업에 대한 연구는 드물다. [ 연구목적 ] 요양시설을 이용하는 노인을 대상으로 구강건강증진프로그램의 효과와 전문가교육군, 비전문 가교육군 간의 구강건강 증진정도의 차이를 검증하여 추후 요양시설 노인의 구강건강정책에 기초자료를 제공하고, 노인요양시설에 구강보건인력 배치의 필요성을 보고하기 위함이다. [ 연구방법 ] 경상북도에 소재한 노인요양시설 3곳의 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 2016년 6월 7일부터 8 월 19일까지 연구를 수행하였다. 연구대상의 표본크기는 G*Power 3.1.3 프로그램을 이용하 여 표본 20명으로 정하고, 중도탈락자를 가정하여 각 군마다 25명으로 총 75명을 연구 대상자로 하였다. 두 개의 실험군과 한 개의 대조군으로 실험군 1은 구강보건전문가인 치 과위생사 3명이 교육하고, 실험군 2는 비구강보건전문가이며 노인요양시설에 근무하는 요양 보호사 3명이 교육을 담당하고, 대조군은 교육을 하지 않고 관찰만 하였다. 연구의 사전조사 는 프로그램 실시 전에, 사후조사는 주 2회 총 8회 프로그램 실시 후 조사하였다. [ 연구결과 ] 구강건강증진프로그램 실시 전·후에 비교한 구강기능 측정 결과는 구강습윤도(F=34.13, p=.000), 개구량(F=1.83, p=.050), 구륜근력(F=4.35, p=.017), 연하력(F=4.71, p=.012)은 실험군 1과 실험군 2에서 모두 유의하게 높아졌다. 대조군에서는 미미한 변화를 보여주였다. 그리고 구강환경의 구취(F=8.94, p=.000) 측정결과에서도 실험군 1과 실험군 2에서 모두 유의하게 감소하였다. 대조군에서는 구취가 더 심해진 것으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의 한 차이가 있었다.

      • 치과의료서비스 질의 환자만족도와 치과 재이용의 연관성

Dental health services of dental healthcare quality patients satisfaction and sincere answers correct and polite and friendly attitude of the dental staff of dentists, care equipment and instruments showed the highest satisfaction hygienic thing. This result could be confirmed that the most important requirement to look for making dental again. 2. The dentist satisfaction of quality dental care services in accordance with the general characteristics of dental healthcare patients were highly educated men over 60 are unemployed, and more monthly income higher satisfaction survey, it showed a statistically significant difference (p<.000). Dental staff satisfaction factors of quality dental care services in accordance with the general characteristics of dental clinics admitted patients were male with a low educational level is more than 60 professionals and more the monthly income was higher satisfaction survey for dental staff, it showed a statistically significant difference (p<.000). 3. The more dental institutions dental procedures satisfaction factors of quality dental care services in accordance with the general characteristics of patients admitted with a high level of education and monthly income were 50 unemployed men increased satisfaction survey for dental procedures, it showed a statistically significant difference (p<.000). Dental environmental factors satisfaction of dental service quality in accordance with the general characteristics of dental healthcare patients are highly educated men over 60 more have been investigated monthly income higher satisfaction with dental care environment, it showed a statistically significant difference (p<.000). 4. General characteristics of the study subjects and optional path dental, select reason is that the correlation between dental appeared that there is a statistically significant difference showed a positive correlation (+) in age and occupation (p<.01), the correlation between dental health and dental services to be reused doctor shows a positive correlation between all variables (+), it showed that there are statistically significant differences in all variables (p<.01). Consequently, to increase the satisfaction of dental service is within the desired patient dental clinic will improve the quality of care and quality of service, it is considered to be the most effective re-utilization of dental care services strategy to increase accordingly.

        치과 내원환자의 의료서비스 만족도 분석

        본 연구는 치과 의료서비스 공급자에게 경영전략적인 시사점을 제시하므로 치과 의료서비스 개선을 통해 치 과 의료소비자에게 보다 나은 치과 의료서비스를 제공하는데 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 경상북도 A 소도시 의 치과의사회의 동의를 얻어, 치과병?의원을 내원하는 20세 이상의 재진환자를 2013년 8월 1일부터 2013년 9월 13일 까지 치과 의료서비스 만족도를 조사하여 최종 1,156명의 설문을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 치과 의료서비스 가치의 만 족도에서 성별과 연령 p<.05, 월수입 p<.001, 치과 의료서비스 품질의 만족도에서는 성별 p<.05, 학력 p<.01, 월수입 p<.001, 치과 재이용 및 구전효과 의사의 만족도에서 직업별 p<.05, 연령과 월수입 p<.001로 나타났다. 대상자의 치과 의료서비스 변인 간의 상관관계는 치과 의료서비스 품질 하위 영역인 확실성, 신뢰성, 유형성과 치과 의료서비스의 가치 변인 간의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.000). 그리고 대상자의 치과 의료서비스 만족도에 따른 치과 선 택 경로, 치과 선택 이유, 치과 재이용 및 구전효과 의사의 변수 간의 상관관계에서 양(+)의 상관관계를 보여주었다. 이 연구의 결과를 기초로 한 새로운 병원 경영 전략의 수립과 그로 인한 의료서비스의 질 향상으로 환자가 만족하는 양질의 의료서비스를 제공하도록 노력이 필요하리라 사료된다. This study evaluated dental health care providers to identifystrategic management implications for providingimproved dental health dental health care services to consumers. For this purpose, adental health care satisfaction survey was conducted on 1,156 patients (more than 20 years of age) at a dental clinic follow-up visit in a small-town dentist clinic Gyeongsangbuk-do province from August 1, 2013 to September 13, 2013. The dental health service value satisfaction in the gender and age (p<.05), monthly income (p<.001), dental health service quality satisfaction indentists according to gender (p<.05), education (p<.01), monthly income (p<.001), word-of-mouth effect of satisfaction job (p<.05), age and monthly income (p<.001) were investigated. Acorrelation was observed between the variables ofthe dental health services dental health services quality sub areas: certainty, reliability, and materiality. The interrelation between the dental health service showed the value of the variable(p<.000). The dental health services, routeselected, customer satisfaction with the dentist, reason for choosingadentist, dental doctor reused andword-of-mouth effect of the satisfaction variable and the association with the volume(+) showed a correlation. The establishment new hospital management strategies can improve the quality of health care services to the patients and provide high-quality health care services.
