상온 2단 선회류 유동층에서 하단 유동층으로 공급된 연료 입자 중 하단 가스공탑속도 변화에 따른 상단으로의 입자 유입속도를 파악하였다. 하단 가스공탑속도 증가에 따라 단위시간당 입자의 상단 유입량은 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 본 연구의 하단 가스공탑속도 범위(U_(o1)=0.9-1.3m/s) 내에서 상단으로의 입자 유입량은 하단 유동층으로 공급되는 전체 입자량의 약 35-48% 범위에 해당되었다. 입경별 상단으로의 입자 유입속도를 측정한 결과, 입자의 종말속도가 하단 가스공탑 속도보다 큰 입자들은 거의 강단으로 유입되지 못하였다. 그러나 입자의 종말속도가 하단 가스공탑속도보다 작은 입자들의 경우에는 하단으로 공급된 시료입자 중 상단으로 유입된 입자의 분율은 하단 가스공탑속도가 증가하고 입경이 감소할수록 증가하였으며, 무차원 slip velocity가 1에 접근하게 되면 하단으로 공급된 연료입자 중 거의 대부분이 상단으로 유입되는 경향을 보였다. 또한 하단으로 공급된 연료입자 중 상단으로 유입되는 입자의 분율은 아래 식과 같이 무차원 slip velocity에 대하여 지수함수적인 상관관계를 가졌으며, 이 때 상관계수는 0.89이었다. This study investigates microstructural characteristics of alkali-activated cements incorporating slag and fly ash. Samples were prepared with four fly ash:slag ratios, i.e., 100:0, 90:10, 70:30 and 50:50, and they were synthesized by using an alkali activator. Microstructural characteristics of the alkali-activated cements were determined by XRD, TGA, SEM, N2 gas adsorption/desorption methods, and compressive strength test. The results showed that properties of alkali-activated fly ash/slag were significantly affected by slag contents. Alkali-activated fly ash/slag with slag content of 30-50% showed higher compressive strength than ordinary Portland cement paste. An increase in slag content resulted in a denser microstructure, which composed of amorphous gel, therefore contributed to strength development of the material.

반류수 처리를 위한 완속교반/침전 그물망 압착식 섬유여과장치 개발

This study was carried out to develop the combined pilot plant slow mixing/ sedimentation and Net3FM(Net Fit Fiber Filter Module) system for reject water treatment from the side-stream of wastewater treatment plant. The sources of reject water are centrifugal thickening supernatant and dehydration leachate. The SS and T-P concentration ranges of supernatant were 100.0~6,820.0 mg/L and 19.2~48.7 mg/L, respectively. PACl(17% liquid) was used as coagulant, and the optimal coagulant dosage was 3 : 1 as Al/P molar ratio in this experiment. The SS concentration of reject water was reduced from 440 mg/L to 133.3 mg/L in slow mixing/sedimentation system. And also, the removal efficiency of T-P was increased due to the SS removal by slow mixing/ sedimentation in combined system. In coagulant injection by in-line mixer, SS and T-P concentrations of final effluent in this system were 5~10 and 3.0~3.4 mg/L. The removal efficiencies of SS and T-P were highly increased to 98.9% and 92.7%, respectively. These results was obtained due to the combined system which is consisted by rapid coagulation, cyclone sedimentation and fiber filtration. Therefore, the combined system(slow mixing/sedimentation Net3FM system) could be evaluated that the removal efficiency of pollutants in reject water and the utilization potential as reclaimed water technology were very high.
