      • 水邊開發을 통한 持續可能한 都市觀光 環境改善 事例 研究

        This study analyzed the strategies and characteristics of the HafenCity project in Germany and the Sinagawa Tennoz project in Japan, representative successful cases of environmental improvement of urban, aiming to find a direction for sustainable environmental improvement of urban tourism and contribute to the planning of community amenities toward sustainable transportation system. For this task, first, this paper reviews the literatures on land use and Transportation Interaction and the indexes related to sustainability and sustainable transportation systems. Second, we reviewed major strategies and planning characteristics of HafenCity and Shinagawa Tennoz, and evaluated the two cases using the presented indexes for establishing sustainable transportation systems. Consequently, we propose that the achievement of sustainable transport with integrated land-use transport approach is contributed to the environmental improvement of urban tourism toward sustainable urban structure.

        여가소비에 있어 부르디외 문화자본론의 비판

        A life enjoying leisure was recognized as a virtue of happy life, and a leisure activity-a leisure consumption was considered as a way to express one`s identity. There were many prior literatures on leisure consumption. Especially, Bourdieu insisted on the cultural capital theory in his books, [la distinction]; one`s taste in leisure was related to individual preference as well as social class. But his theory was criticized that social class became vague and such social, cultural taste was unadequate to the personalized society. Additional, omnivore thesis theories, presenting leisure consumption or cultural consumption was consumed highly fluidly, individually, freely and conveniently, were proposed with opinions of production of culture perspective, saying the characteristic of cultural taste depended on a regulation of cultural producer. Also, all taste factors, influencing such leisure consumption, were seemed to be dedifferentiated, fragmentized and hedonic in modern times, arriving at meridian of a highly developed capitalistic society, with the consequence that another aesthetic pleasures were sought and enjoyed. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural capital theory of Bourdieu with the critical point of view, among many proposed theories about leisure consumption and taste, and then to examine effects of current post-modern social phenomena on leisure consumption.

        가구생애주기별 여가관광이동 행태 특성분석

        This study seeks to identify the characteristics of leisure travel behaviour by households considering household life cycles and the attributes of the leisure activity. For this purpose, this study reviewed the literature related to household lifecycles and leisure activity behaviour and found choice patterns of leisure travel destinations by household types using spatial analysis. Based on the characteristics of leisure mobility by household type, we drew the following conclusions. First, we confirmed that single households and households with adult children will pay a large amount for traveling. Second, the pattern of leisure mobility based on household lifecycles is U-shaped; that is, single households will travel away for leisure activities at a peak, households with preschool or school children after marriage will travel a minimum distance for leisure activity, and, finally, as the household life cycle changes again, the travel distance for leisure activity increases. Third, we found that the distribution of leisure destinations by household type using cars showed clear differences based on the type of leisure activity. In addition, leisure activities for shopping and mixed uses tend to be located at destinations near neighbourhoods, regardless of household type, and couples and households with adult children tend to choose destinations for green leisure activities.

        여가·관광통행 자료 수집을 위한 방법론 연구

        It is difficult for traditional household travel survey method to process non-daily travels, such as leisure, tourism, shopping, and recreation activities, due to the irregular travel patterns and multiple destination characteristics. This difficulty poses limitations on the traditional methods, starting from the construction phase of a database. In addition to, using actual surveyors limits the survey process to a shot-term period or to certain number of day, and the lack of cooperation among respondents can make it difficult to gather reliable data. Several travel survey methods for collecting travel and activity data that use Information and Communication Technology to overcome the limitations are already under development in various developed countries. In this setting, this study suggested the methodology for collection of leisure travel based on ICT. First, In the respects of survey function, the travel survey has to consider an expansion of travel mode involved flights, classification of purpose concerned leisure activity, and variability of leisure destinations. Second, In the viewpoint of travel behavior, it has to consist the items considering an irregularity of leisure travel, spatial and physical characteristics, and leisure constrains, such as social interaction etc. Third, it considered a game scenario based on socio-demographic and travel survey features and included elements of competition in the form of obtaining points with regards to game operation.

        여가·관광통행의 연구동향과 쟁점

        A rising demand for leisure and tourist trips has led to a steady increase in research on leisure and tourism. As a result, it has become crucial to obtain reliable data that can be analysed. To ensure that such data can be collected, this study identifies existing research trends, as well as the characteristics of the data used to analyse such research and determine its limitations. The data is classified under the following headings: trip and activity journals for a household travel survey, GPS data, individual survey data relating to a particular object or purpose, in-depth interview data, and journals on social relations and time utilization. Because the characteristics of leisure trips are not taken into account for data collection, these methods can produce unreliable results. To ensure reliable data collection with regard to leisure and tourist trips, the following requirements should be satisfied: questionnaires that clearly reflect the characteristics of leisure and tourist trips should be developed; temporal and seasonal factors that affect leisure activities should be considered; data should be gathered and investigations conducted over the long term, while new techniques for collecting data on leisure and tourist trips (often irregular and sporadic) should be implemented. A series of such undertakings will facilitate more accurate and reliable data collection; this will lead to better estimates of the demand for leisure and tourist trips.

        도시관광 매력성의 중요도와 만족도 연구

        This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship of tourist attractiveness and satisfaction using IPA. For this purpose, a tourist survey was conducted on 457 foreigners who visited one of the four tourist destinations in Seoul including Myeongdong, Namdaemun Market, Gyeongbokgung(Palace), and Insadong. The results are as follows. First, as the result of analyzing the factors for tourist attractiveness, four factors such as 「experience and human services」, 「uniqueness and convenience」, 「hospitality」, and 「aesthetics」 were derived. Second, the nationality difference of t-test between importance-performance was statistically significant with a difference of (p<0.001) in all factors of tourist attractiveness. In particular, the importance of all these factors was significantly lower than the performance. Thus, strategies to increase the satisfaction of the foreign visitors plan are expected to be taken urgently. Third, quadrant I (keep up the good work) and quadrant II (concentrated) results of IPA are assessed based on the tourist attractiveness of Japanese visitors. On the other hand, the Chinese visitors recognized the quadrant I (maintenance) and quadrant IV (excess) with the tourist attractiveness index. The American visitors quadrant I (maintenance) and quadrant III (low priority) were the main items to herpes. Fourth, tourist attractiveness was found to have significantly positive (+) effects on satisfaction. 「experience and human services」and 「hospitality」were the factors of tourist attractiveness that had a positive (+) influence on satisfaction.
