The purpose of this study is to examine the association among the attitude toward evidence-based practice of community education specialists, an organizational factors and self-efficacy. The survey data were collected from 107 subjects working in 5 regions (Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, South and North Jeonra-do, North Gyeongsang-do). A frequency analysis, a correlational analysis, and a multiple regression analysis were conducted by using the statistical program of SPSS 18.0. The main finding was that principal"s transformational and transactional leadership and worker"s self-efficacy were positively associated with community education specialists" having more positive attitudes toward evidence-based practice, while a direct influence was not shown in the teachers" participation in decision making process. This exploratory study suggests that school organizations may benefit from consideration of how organizational factors and individual factors affect community education specialists in preparation for adopting and implementing evidence-based practices.
