요리 어휘장을 활용한 한국어 어휘 교육방안 연구 - 요리 문화체험 전 활동을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to propose ways to effectively educate vocabulary in the "Activities Before Culture Experience" held at the Korean language education site by establishing a cooking lexical field. For this study, we will first look at lexical field and componential analysis theories, and select vocabulary related to ‘Cooking’ from the vocabulary words presented in the ‘Applied Research for the International Standard Curriculum of Korean Language (Step 4).’ Based on these selected vocabulary words, we modified and supplemented the lexical field classification criteria of existing studies. We will establish a "Cooking Lexical Field Framework" to present to learners by setting the classification criteria for the cooking lexical field. Based on such classified cooking vocabulary, we will propose educational measures that can be used for "Activities Before Cultural Experience". This study classified cooking vocabulary into five criteria: "Food Name, Food Ingredients, Cooking Utensil, Cooking Preparation, Cooking Method", and suggested vocabulary classified based on "Cooking Lexical Field Framework" so that learners could learn vocabulary efficiently.
