Le Ministere de l``Education et des Sciences Technologies a rapporte que nous devions developper le Smart- Learning pour former les etudiants du 21ieme siecle en 2011. Les caracteristiques principales de Smart-learning sont : l``auto-apprentissage personnalise, le renforcement de la motivation, l``utilisation de contenus digitaux et l``utilisation d``une technique de pointe. Le developpement national de Smart-learning necessite de l``argent et un temps relativement long cependant la participation volontaire des etudiants repand de plus en plus le Smart-learning via Youtube, SNS, Podcast et les applictaions. Cette etude a presente un projet pour le Smart-learning de la langue etrangere. Il s``agit de donner des cours de conversation franeaise avec des franeais natifs grace a KakaoTalk. Ce cours peut etre dirige de maniere autonome par les etudiants. Chatter par KakaoTalk peut renforcer la motivation des etudiants grace a l``aspect ludique de la demarche. Ils peuvent choisir le sujet de leurs conversations suivant leurs niveaux de franeais. Ce cours utilise SNS et Contenus digitaux ce qui en fait par consequent un cours en Smart-learning. Et pour finir, nous esperons que ce projet peut resoudre les problemes actuels de l``enseignement des langues etrangeres.
한국인을 위한 영어 말하기 시험의 컴퓨터 기반 유창성 평가

In this paper, we propose an automatic fluency evaluation algorithm for English speaking tests. In the proposed algorithm, acoustic features are extracted from an input spoken utterance and then fluency score is computed by using support vector regression (SVR). We estimate the parameters of feature modeling and SVR using the speech signals and the corresponding scores by human raters. From the correlation analysis results, it is shown that speech rate, articulation rate, and mean length of runs are best for fluency evaluation. Experimental results show that the correlation between the human score and the SVR score is 0.87 for 3 speaking tests, which suggests the possibility of the proposed algorithm as a secondary fluency evaluation tool.
ICA와 DNN을 이용한 방송 드라마 콘텐츠에서 음악구간 검출 성능

We propose to use independent component analysis (ICA) and deep neural network (DNN) to detect music sections in broadcast drama contents. Drama contents mainly comprise silence, noise, speech, music, and mixed (speech+music) sections. The silence section is detected by signal activity detection. To detect the music section, we train noise, speech, music, and mixed models with DNN. In computer experiments, we used the MUSAN corpus for training the acoustic model, and conducted an experiment using 3 hours’ worth of Korean drama contents. As the mixed section includes music signals, it was regarded as a music section. The segmentation error rate (SER) of music section detection was observed to be 19.0%. In addition, when stereo mixed signals were separated into music signals using ICA, the SER was reduced to 11.8%.

기내 배양환경 개선방안의 일환으로 강제통기방식을 이용한 치상배의 발아유형과 생장특성 등을 구명하였다. 강제 통기방식에 의한 배양용기는 기존의 삼각플라스크 배양에 비해 결로 현상이 적었을 뿐 치상절편의 기관분화 및 생장에는 효과가 없었다. 그러나 기내의 공기를 환기시키고 GA등 양액을 추가 공급하여 배양체의 생장을 도모할 수 있는 장점이 있는 반면 오염율은 높았다. 발아유형별 기관분화는 자엽 전개가 양호한 B type이 좋았으나 자엽이 전개하지 않은 A Type과 상배축이 전개한 C Type은 불량하였다. 배(embryo)의 부위별 callus 생장은 자엽과 경근이동부가 좋았고, 배를 전체배양 했을 때 callus 노화가 쉽게 일어났다. 절편체에서 shoot 분화는 자엽과 경근이동부가 양호하였다. For the improvement of in vitro incubation conditions, we analyzed the germination and growth of zygotic embryo explant using forced ventilation. Forced ventilation did not show significant difference in organ formation and growth of zygotic embryo explant compared to triangular flask except for lower dew formation. Ventilation and GA addition to the medium increased not only the growth rate but also the contamination rate. We tested the organ formation rate according to the germination type. B type, which has good cotyledon formation, showed higher organ formation rate, but A type, which has no cotyledon, and C type, which has hypercotyl, showed lower organ formation rate. We tested the callus growth rate according to the part of embryo. Calli from cotyledon and the region between root and stem showed higher growth rate. Calli induced from whole embryo showed early senescence. Cotyledon and the region with root and shoot showed good explant shoot formation.
