외상후 뇌척수액 이루를 동반한 재발성 세균성 뇌막염 1례

저자들은 교통사고로 기저 두개골 골절과 좌측 측두골 골절, 좌측 외이도 파열상을 받은 후, 외상성 뇌척수액 이루를 동반한 재발성 세균성 뇌막염으로 4차례 입원한 환아에서 측두골 CT을 사용하여 측두골 골절과 RI cisternography를 사용하여 뇌척수액 누출을 확인하고, 단순 유양절개술을 시행하여 유돌개의 골피열과 경막 결손을 발견하였고 그 사이로 뇌척수액 누출을 확인하였으며, 경막 복원술로 치료한 환아 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A 9-year-old male with repeated(four times in 2 years) pneumococcal meningitis after head trauma by traffic accident is reported. RI cisternography demonstrated an abnormal accumulation of radioisotope in the left ear cavity, suggesting concealed CSF fistulae (otorrehea). The origin of CSF fistulae (bony dehiscence of tegmen mastoideum and dural laceration) had been detected by simple mastoidotomy. The dura defect was successfully repaired with the initial operation used by perichondrium and temporal fascia. In order to prevent disastrous complications of repeated purulent meningitis, a detailed study to disclose CSF fistulae should be done in cases of posttraumatic meningitis.

일제강점기를 통해 뼈아프게 민족적 수난을 체험한 우리민족. 그러나 해방과 정부 수립의 기쁨도 잠시, 한반도는 다시금 6·25전쟁으로 비극에 휩싸이게 되었고, 그 후 들어선 자유당 정부의 부패, 그리고 이어서 등장한 정권들의 질곡, 4·19 혁명과 5·16 군사 정변을 거친 민족의 근대 역사, 분단의 시대를 살아야 하는 고단한 민중의 삶, 그 모든 세월들 속에서 한국기독교는 민족 앞에 새로운 희망의 징표가 되기 위한 고민의 세월들을 지내왔다. 한국기독교는 비록 역사는 짧지만 민족의 수난과 국난극복 운동에 주체적으로 참여함으로 민족종교의 하나로 정착하게 되었으며, 시대 시대마다 민족이 처해있는 상황에 적극적으로 동참함으로써, 민족과 함께 고난을 겪으며 적극적으로 든든한 버팀목이 되어 왔다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 역사의 격동기를 지나면서 겪은 우리민족의 아픔과 나라가 위기에 처할 때마다 민족과 함께 해온 종교 특히 한국기독교의 역할에 대해 시기별로 정리해보고 민족과 관련시켜 그 시대정신을 살피고자 하는데 있다. We, Korean have experienced bloody national adversity through the Japanese colonial period. After Japanese Empire surrendering the Second World War, Korean tasted the joy of liberation and established Government. However, The moment of these achievement was very short. The sudden outbreak of the Korean war took everything we had ever done. Korean have caught in historical maelstroms like series of government's corruption, Korea's April revolution, and May 16 Coup. It is the fact that for a long time, Christianity in Korea has struggled token of new hope to Korean who have been through a lot of tragic historical matters. Although Korean Christianity has a brief history, its participation in overcoming hardship of nation and national crisis makes it one of the national religions. Whenever national crisis breaks out in Korea, The Christianity has always been tried to deal with a lot of national crises, Which makes it a paramount strut of a Korean society. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to summarize the pain of the Korean and the role of Christianity in Korea by period.
