The Oriental Medical Literature Relating to Treatment of Gyogamdan in Ki Stagnation : focused on Suseunghwagang The normal drift of a current Ki can maintain a function of body. An abnormal drift of a current Ki which is called a Ki Stagnation by lots of thinking or agony gets to a various disease syndrome. A Ki Stagnation is similar to a mental stress disease. It is a common disease for us to contact easily, so, it is very valuable to study. Gyogamdan which is composed of Cyperi Rhizoma L. and Poria cum Radix pini has been used by basic prescription of a symptom related to all kinds of Ki disease, after being recorded to Hongssijibhumbang first. Gyogamdan has an ability to regulate Ki , through 'Suseunghwagang-centric'(Ascending the Water and Descending the Fire) in body. Gyogamdan compares to Gamijajoohwan which can treat eyes dizzy by ascending heat and Gongjindan which can regulate lack of basic Ki through 'Suseunghwagang-centric'. It is general for the herb and acupuncture to give medical treatment coming together in oriental medicine, so do Gyogamdan and Sagwan Acupoints. Gyogamdan in composition Cyperi Rhizoma L. and Poria cum Radix pini and Sagwan Acupoints in composition Hapkok and T'aech'ung get to synergistic effects. Therefore, a Ki Stagnation treatment through unions of Gyogamdan and Sagwan Acupoints may have more effects than when a treatment used each one alone. Be considered that we have to study Gyogamdan and Sagwan Acupoints carried out an experiment to set up the previous theory in future

3 Slices of Zingiber officinale and 2 pieces of Zizyphus jujuba in BangYakHapPyun play a proper role in herbal prescription. Zingiber officinal is roled in protection force(衛) and Zizyphus jujuba is roled in management force(營). 3 Slices of Zingiber officinal and 2 pieces of Zizyphus jujuba in upper location of BangYakHapPyun harmonize management and protection forces(營衛氣). 3 Slices of Zingiber officinale and 2 pieces of Zizyphus jujuba in middle and lower location of BangYakHapPyun compromise and treat inner and outer body condition. 5 or 7 Slices of Zingiber officinale purge noxious vapor and alleviate Pinellia ternata(半夏). Arisaema amurense (南星) poison. Todays, 3-Yangs and 2- Yins an apriority world(先天). use 3 Slices of Zingiber officinale and 2 pieces of Zizyphus jujuba. In the future. 2-Yangs and 3-Yins in a posterior world(後天) may use 2 Slices of Zingiber officinale and 3 pieces of Zizyphus jujuba.
일본 도쿄 지역 병원의 친환경성 분석 연구 -토지이용 및 교통부분을 중심으로

Purpose: As the concerns for the environment are gradually prioritized, increasing interests of environment-friendly buildings are drawn. Numerous researches about healthcare buildings have been performed however, they were mainly focused on convenience or healing condition for medical treatments. The hospitals consume energy and generate CO2 as twice as the residential or commercial buildings do. Various green building certification systems are globally arranged. But, it isn``t easy to find certification criteria for the green hospital besides the US and UK``s ones which are specially designed to evaluate environment-friendly medical buildings(Lim&Yoo, 2010). Methods: In this study, we investigates current conditions of Tokyo Regional hospitals in environment-friendly standpoint and also investigates the foreign certification criteria and systems for the green healthcare building and finds the possibility to apply them to Korean one. Results: Through this study, we found that the Tokyo regional hospitals can be environmentally improved by management plans and programs. Implications: Based on this analysis, Korean Green Building Certification for healthcare facilities will be developed in near future.
이묘산(二妙散)과 구성약재(構成藥材)의 효능(效能) 비교(급성(急性) 췌장염(膵臟炎)을 중심으로)

Objectives : Atractylodes chinensis(AC) and Phellodendron amurense Ruprecht(PAR) have been used as anti-inflammatory medicines. However, the effects of AC, PAR and Yimyosan on AP were not examined. To prove this, We decocted the dried prescription of AC and PAR with boiling distilled water and freeze-dried to be powdered. AC, PAR and Yimyosan was administrated intraperitoneally. Methods : 1h after administration, cerulein was injected hourly six times. 6hrs after last cerulein injection, mice were sacrificed, then the pancreas and blood were harvested. Serum amylase and lipase, neutrophil infiltration, pancreatic cytokines were used as the parameter of severity of AP. Results : As a result of assessment the parameters of AP, AC alone treatment did not inhibit the severity of AP, however PAR treatment inhibited the severity of AP significantly. Yimyosan also showed the protective effects against AP at lower doses, however AC alone plus PAR alone extract did not show the protective effects significantly. Conclusions : In conclusion, PAR extract has a protective effects on AP, and the effects could be increased by co-treatment with AC.

침입 탐지 기법에 있어서 유한상태기계(finite automata)를 통해 정상 행위를 프로파일링 하는 연구들이 많이 진행되어 왔으나, 자동으로 간결한 형태의 오토마타를 생성하는 것이 매우 어려웠다. 이전 연구에서는 프로세스를 오토마타로 프로파일링 하기 위해 빈번한 시스템 콜 서열(system call sequence)을 매크로(macro)로 치환하고, 이러한 서열을 인식하는 오토마타를 수작업으로 생성하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 오토마타를 자동적으로 생성할 수 있도록, 서열 정합(sequence alignment)을 수행하고 스트링으로부터 반복되는 패턴들을 찾아내어 프로세스들로부터 매크로를 추출하고 오토마타를 생성해내는 방법을 제안한다. 생성된 오토마타가 침입탐지에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있음을 실험을 통하여 보였다. Although there have been many studies on using finite automata for intrusion detection, it has been a difficult problem to generate compact finite automata automatically. In a previous research an approach to profile normal behaviors using finite automata was proposed. They divided the system call sequence of each process into three parts prefix, main portion, and suffix, and then substituted macros for frequently occurring substrings. However, the procedure was not automatic. In this paper we present algorithms to automatically generate intrusion detection automata from the sequence of system calls resulting from the normal runs of the programs. We also show the effectiveness of the proposed method through experiments.

Current issues of ‘Sustainability’ seem to seek the technical values and focused on the energy reduction. ‘Sustainable architecture’ is distinguished to limited meanings of ‘environmentally friendly architecture’, ‘eco-friendly architecture’, or ‘green architecture’. Sustainable architecture involves a combination of values : aesthetic, environmental, social, political, and moral. It’s about using one’s imagination and technical knowledge to engage in central aspect of the practice - designing and building in harmony with our environment. Unlike certification system of green building, the sustainable architecture guidelines suggests both development of advanced technologies and sustainable thoughts which induce changing patterns of our behaviour. This study is based on the sustainable ethics encouraging moral responsibility toward current reckless energy consumption. The citizenship of sustainable society could be achieved when these ideas are naturally embraced. The guideline involves life cycle strategy from planning to demolition, convergence of sustainable technologies and ideas, and environmental friendly solution of both city and architecture.

They are more than 20 years old in average. Energy efficiency and environmental friendliness in the public regional hospitals are far behind ones in private sectors. Even though the ministry of health & welfare is supporting renovation of the builidngs and enhancement of the facilities every year, it is not integrated with sustainibility. In this study, we investigates current conditions of the regional public hospital in envrionment-friendly standpoint, especially focused on Chungnam Province area Hospitals. Based on this analysis, Korean Green Building Certification for healthcare facilities will be developed in near future.
