리더십 행동의 규정요인 및 유효성 검토 : An Expectancy Theory Approach

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the instrumentality perceptions (concerning the degree to which the leadership behavior is seen as leading to accomplish his own instructional objectives), extrinsic factors (characteristic of group, characteristics of followers, task uncertainty and favorableness for leader) and instrumentality perceptions (concerning the degree to which the leader is seen as leading to realize follower's objectives) on the leadership behavior (initiating structure and consideration), and the influence of the difference between two leadership measurements (leader's own and followers') on the effectiveness of sport clubs in community. The subjects were 54 leaders and 273 members of sport clubs in community. 1. The correlation between the instrumentality perceptions of Initiating structure and the actual leadership (initiating structure) were considerably high. 2. Significantly positive correlation between the instrumentality perceptions of leader by club members and the attitude toward the leadership of leader were found. 3. As to the effectiveness of clubs, coincidence clubs (leader's own evaluation and followers' on leadership) was higher than uncoincident clubs. These findings indicated that the leader's leadership behavior (initiating structure) could be predicated from the Expectancy Theory model and the difference between leader's own evaluation and that of club members' on leadership influenced on the effectiveness of sport clubs in community.
인문,사회과학편 : 체육교사효능감 측정도구 개발 및 타당화

본 연구는 체육교사효능감의 측정도구를 개발하여 요인의 구조를 확인하고 타당화하는 것이 주 목적이었다. 600명의 현직 중등 체육교사들이 일련의 구조적 설문 조사에 참가하였으며, 그 결과 첫째, 선행연구 요인들을 기초로 제작된 150문항의 교사효능감 구성 요인에 대한 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 교과지도 영역 4개 요인, 생활지도 영역 4개 요인, 행정업무 영역 5개 요인, 대인관계 영역 4개 요인, 특별활동지도 영역 4개 요인으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 체육교사효능감의 측정 모형에 대한 확인적 요인분석 결과, 대인관계 영역의 동료 교사 관계가 삭제된 5개 영역의 20개 요인구조가 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전반적 체육교사효능감 수준은 교과지도, 행정업무, 특별활동지도 영역과 보다 관련되어 있었으며, 체육교사효능감은 성별에 따라 차이가 있었다. This research focused on development and validation of teacher's efficacy. For this a total of 600 current secondary physical education teachers participated in answering survey research. As a result, the following have been drawn out. First of all, As result of exploratory factor analysis on the components of teacher efficacy answered from 150 questions which were developed based on the above factors, it was found out that the area of subject teaching consists of four factors. Second, as result of confirmatory factor analysis on the measuring model of efficacy of physical education teachers which is structuralized into 20-factor-structure in the 5 areas from which the factor of fellow teacher relationship in the area of interpersonal relationship is subtracted was proved the most valid. Third, the overall efficacy level of physical education teachers is proved to be more related to subject teaching, carrying out administrative tasks, and extra-curriculum activities. the efficacy of physical education teachers differs between the two genders, in other words, male physical education teachers have higher feeling of efficacy then females.
