A SMT mounter is a kind of equipment that mounts SMD parts quickly on the printed circuit board. By using linear motors, it is controlled with high speed and precision, which is similar to semi-conductor and display process equipment. It is necessarily used in an assembly process of an electronic device. Mobile devices such as a mobile phone and PDA are required to reduce mount areas due to the demands for high performance and small size. Hence, super small sized and complex mobile devices have been developed. To improve the productivity of the corresponding equipment, designs with large sized, high speed, and multidisciplinary functions have been consistently performed. Meanwhile, a design trend of large size and light-weight on SMT mounter causes a low natural frequency of systems and vibration problems at the high speed operation. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the SMD mounter system were investigated through a modal test and transmissibility test, and verified by finite element method. Also, various design improvement was performed to avoid the resonance phenomena.

In this study, the role and function of Edutech, as well as the application and expectations in the field of future vocational competency development, were gathered to define Edutech as a comprehensive working definition. Based on this redefinition of Edutech, this study analyzes Edutech technology trends and examines the level of actual technology applied to education and vocational training based on written interviews with experts, and finds out significant implications from the point of view of vocational training. Finally we propose an Edutech-based Vocational Education and Training Model.

Dynamic characteristic analysis is required in developing SMT mounter system with high installation speed and position precision, because of vibration source occurred by positioning head. This paper presents the method of improving dynamic characteristic of SMT(Surface Mount Technology) mounter with finite element method and modal test. The design direction is that natural frequencies of SMT mounter must be higher than the vibration source. In addition, the effect of input shaping on residual vibration reduction is investigated by simulating the response of a first-order system.
공학생의 문제해결력 향상을 위한 질문생성 전략 활용 플립러닝 수업 설계

본 연구는 교과지식에 기반하여 공학도의 창의적 문제해결 능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 수업 방법으로 질문생성 전략을 활용한 플립러닝을 제시하고 있다. 설계한 플립러닝 수업을 한 학기 동안 정규학부 공학교육과정과 재직자 계약학과 공학교육과정에 적용하여 그 의미와 효과성을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 실제 적용사례 연구를 통해 학습자의 플립러닝 수업에 대한 학습자 만족도 및 평가 의견을 조사하고 학습자 문제해결력 변화에 미치는 효과를 분석하여, 이후 수업 설계에서 보다 고려 되어야 할 요소들을 도출하였다. This research proposes to design a flipped classroom with strategic questioning to enhance engineering student`s creative problem-solving competency on the basis of the subject knowledge. By applying the designed flipped classroom to both of college and dual system engineering courses during one semester, this study explores to find the meaning and effects of the flipped learning method. The case study analyzed the influences of the flipped learning with the use of strategic questioning on student`s problem-solving performance, and also investigated student satisfaction and evaluation of the learning in order to draw out the factors to consider further in the instructional design.
실천공학 교수법 : 공학전공수업에서 플립드 러닝(Flipped Learning) 적용을 위한 설계모형 탐색

최근 플립드 러닝에 대한 교육분야에서의 관심이 고조됨에 따라 플립드 러닝을 적용해 보고자 하는 공과대학 소속 교수들은 점차 증가 추세에 있다. 그러나 플립드 러닝을 운영하기 위한 수업설계 관련 선행연구는 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 공과대학 전공수업에서 플립드 러닝 운영 사례를 기반으로 플립드 러닝 설계 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 메카트로닉스공학과의 기계진동학 교과목을 플립드 러닝으로 운영하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공과대학 이론중심 교과목의 플립드 러닝 교수법 적용 및 수업설계에 있어 실천적 가이드라인을 제시해 주는데 연구의 의의가 있겠다. As the interests in the flipped learning has recently been increased in the educational field, the number of engineering professors has tended to apply the flipped learning method to their classes. However there has been few research which guide to design engi-neering courses applying the flipped learning method. This study aims to suggest an instructional design model for the flipped learn-ing according to the case of applying the flipped learning method to an engineering course, “Mechanical Vibrations”. This study provides practical guidelines for engineering professors to design their theory oriented courses applying the flipped learning method.
