자기주도적 학습환경에 적합한 이러닝 시스템 ECube 에 관한 연구

기존의 이러닝에서는 교수자가 강의동영상을 통하여 주로 단방향으로 지식을 전달하였다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 실시간 상호작용이 가능한 이러닝시스템인 ECube 을 제안하고 구현하였다. 교수자에게는 학습자와 실시간 소통을 위한 실시간 강의기능, 전문가의 도움없이 미디어 제작과 편집이 가능한 동영상 저작도구인 EMC(Effective Media Contents) 솔루션을 제공한다. ECube 시스템 안의 EMC 솔루션만으로도 자막, 이미지, 퀴즈, 비디오를 합쳐 통합된 콘텐츠의 제작이 가능하다. 학습자에게는 실시간 강의를 수강하는 동안에 발표수업에 참여할 수 있는 기능을 지원하고 자신의 학습에 관한 학습계획부터 학습성과까지의 내용을 문서화할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이 기능을 활용하여 학습자는 과목별 포트폴리오 작성이 가능하여 자기주도적 학습을 수행할 수 있는 학습환경을 제공한다.

Recently against the energy crisis due to the oil price surge and strengthening environmental regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions the prototype of the open type operating system for building and energy management system(BEMS) was developed. The main concept and definition of open type operating system for BEMS were established and the architecture was also composed to explain the structure and functions of each components of the operating system. Various softwares were developed such as design manager, field manager, data interface module, software integration module for local unit module and device library, data/function/module library for open type BEMS platform. Through this proactive open type BEMS operating system building energy management technology will be rapidly promoted and related products and greenhouse gas reduction targets of the Korea government will be able to support the attainment.

Modern society shows rapid growth that is different from that of the development of existing technologies. The development of these technologies has led to the tendency of buildings to become dense, large and advancing. Regarding fire hazards, the possibility of large-scale fires causing fatal damage, due to the rapid spread of fire, increases. Therefore, for this reason, fire defense, i.e. detection and fire extinguishing facilities, in buildings are essential and well applied. But there are always limitations to that. Based on this reason, we would like to suggest the introduction of a new concept of a fire safety system. The method presented here is not only to use a single system for fire detection and fire extinguishing systems but to jointly use it in the environment and energy management fields within the building. However, an important step is required before introducing a system of these technologies. The fire extinguishing method proposed by this system is a method of extinguishing by blocking oxygen flowing into the space where the fire occurred. However, a sufficient basis is needed for this system to be applied in practice. Therefore, in this study, we intend to conduct a preliminary experiment to introduce the new concept of fire detection and extinguishing. The experiment used ethanol with a relatively simple combustion reaction and a high possibility of complete combustion. As a result, it was confirmed how the internal values changed during a fire using ethanol. Resultingly, we obtained the internal oxygen concentration and internal environmental changes according to the initial flame size. Lastly, the data accumulated in this study can be used as data for application in an automatic fire extinguishing system.
데이터센터 외기냉방시스템 설치에 따른 에너지절감 효과 분석

Recently electric power consumption at data center has been increasing very steeply with the rapid spread of internet network and a fast evolution of information and communication technologies. Outdoor air cooling system could be used for cooling the indoor space with relatively cold outdoor air which led to save cooling energy and cost. It was considered in this study how the outdoor air cooling system could be introduced to minimize the cooling energy in the typical data center. The numerical analyses were carried out on the energy consumption in data center with several models for outdoor air temperature and so on. The results were also compared with experimental values obtained from the outdoor air cooling system installed at the domestic data center. It was estimated that about 50 percent of electric energy was possible to save annually with introducing the outdoor air cooling system at data center.

Castleman`s disease is a rare disorder and thought to occur as a result of chronic antigenic stimulation due to an unknown infectious or inflammatory etiology. It has a heterogenous course: the symptoms persist in some cases for many years and have a progressive fatal course in others. Renal dysfunction in the form of nephrotic syndrome is quite a rare occurrence. Secondary amyloidosis due to Castleman`s disease has also been reported in a few case reports. A 46-year-old female who had asymptomatic abdominal lymphadenopathy was diagnosed with Castleman`s disease-plasma cell type in our hospital in 2006. Three years after diagnosis, she developed chronic diarrhea, weight loss, anemia and nephrotic range proteinuria. The etiology of symptom was found to be secondary amyloidosis based on renal and gastrointestinal biopsies. She was discharged with steroid therapy. Unfortunately, she had a progressive fatal course. One month after the treatment, she developed thrombocytopenia and died due to cerebral hemorrhage.
공동주택관리정보시스템과 원격검침데이터를 이용한 5대 유틸리티별 연간 및 일간 소비패턴 분석

Savings of energy consumption in the building sector to respond to climate change is an important issue. Energy consumption showing a steady increase trend is composed of more than 22% of the building energy consumption in Korea. In particular, an apartment has accounted for 45% of the residential building which has the proportion of 53% of the domestic building energy consumption. Therefore, we need to focus on residential building’s energy consumption for the energy saving and management in the world. A detailed study in the residential building like a short-term consumption pattern of the per unit area utilities is not running well. The analysis of the utility consumption pattern is essential to determine the residential building energy saving factors, and present the saving methods. Five utilities that is causing the residential building consumption are electricity, heating, hot water, water, and city gas. This paper is written to introduce the results of the monthly and hourly utility consumption pattern analysed on the basis of apartment management info system(K-apt) and automated meter reading(AMR) data for building energy management.

Globally, demand for energy management is increasing year by year and is expected to grow in importance in the future. But, the energy management system currently used according to this demand has several problems. High initial installation costs and inefficient operation are examples. However, it is expected that the limitations of this system can be overcome if various functions are organically interlocked, not limited to the energy management area. Typical examples include indoor environment management, real-time fire detection and emergency management systems. By installing these functions in the integrated management system based on the open type operating system, it is expected to greatly contribute to improving the reliability of each function as well as reducing installation and operation costs. Therefore, the integrated management system was proposed in this study that could be used for comprehensive management of the environment, energy and emergency of the aforementioned method.
태양광 전력변환장치 일체형 양방향 배터리 충전기 시스템

본 논문은 태양광 전력변환장치 일체형 양방향 배터리 충전기 시스템을 제안한다. 이 새로운 개념의 PHEV 및 EV용 배터리 충방전 시스템은 태양광 전력변환장치와 배터리 충방전기의 기능을 동시에 포함하고 있다. 또한 환경변화에 민감한 태양광 전원, 부하인 그리드와 배터리의 특성을 고려하여 구동 알고리즘을 제시하며, 알고리즘을 전원과 부하의 조건에 따라 4가지 경우로 나누어 상세한 분석이 이루어 졌으며 배터리 충전알고리즘의 정전류 제어와 정전압 제어의 장단점을 결합한 하이브리드 정전류 정전압제어를 배터리 충방전 알고리즘으로 적용한다. 또한 시뮬레이션과 3.3㎾ 실험세트를 구성하여 실험을 수행하고 이를 통해 논문의 타당성을 검증한다.
