센서 네트워크에서 효율적인 센서 배치 문제의 새로운 접근 방향

우리는 센서 영역에서 노드들을 효율적으로 배치하기 위한 새로운 관점의 문제를 제안하고자 한다. 기존 연구에서는 센서 영역에서 발생하는 이벤트를 잘 감지할 수 있도록 센서를 배치하기 위해서 임의의 지역에서의 센싱 능력 목표량(Threshold) T의 값 이상을 보장하도록 배치하는 방법을 사용하였다. 하지만, 센서 영역의 형태가 달라지거나 센서 영역 내에 중요성이 다른 지역이 있다면 위의 방법이 효율적이지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 센서들의 평균적인 센싱 능력이 최대가 되도록 배치하는 접근방안과 그 필요성을 제안한다. We propose the new approach for the efficient sensor deployment in sensor networks. In the existing works, they use the approach that guarantee the sensing ability T for any point in the sensor field. However, if the shape of the sensor field is changed or it is composed of the sections that have different importance each other, the previous approach is not efficient. So, in this work, we propose the approach that maximize the average sensing ability and it’s necessity.

소멸위기 언어 보전의 관점에서 본 지역방언 교육의 방향 - 제주방언 말소리 아래아(",")를 중심으로 -

국어는 다양한 지역방언으로 구성되어 있다. 그 중 제주방언을 유네스코는 2010년 9월에 심각한 소멸위기에 처한 언어로 분류하였다. 제주방언에는 독특한 단모음 아래아(‘·’)가 존재하는데, 이는 내륙방언에서 16-18세기에 걸쳐소멸된 ‘·’와 관련이 있다고 여겨진다. 현재 ‘·’를 발음할 수 있는 제주방언화자의 수가 급격히 감소하고 있고 이내 소멸될 위기에 처해 있다. 이 논문은 문법교육에서 지역방언을 다룰 때 제주방언 아래아(‘·’)를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 두 가지 제시하고 있다. 하나는 통시적 접근법으로 내륙방언에서 16세기부터 소멸되기 시작한 ‘·’와 관련짓는 방법이다. 다른 하나는 공시적 접근법으로 ‘·’를 포함하는 제주방언의 단모음 체계를 현대국어의 단모음체계와 관련짓는 방법이다. 제주방언의 아래아(‘·’)는 학습자가 언어의 생명력과 가변성을 인식할 수 있고, 지역방언의 가치와 언어 다양성의 이점을 인식할 수 있으며, 언어 소멸 현상에 대해 학습자의 경각심을 불러일으킬 수 있는 소재라는 점에서 교육적 가치가 있다. 제주방언 아래아(‘·’)가 문법교육에서 유의미하게 활용됨으로써 국어 학습자들이 지역방언의 가치를 깨닫고 그것의 소멸위기 상황에 경각심을 갖게 되기를 바란다. Korean language consists of various dialects. Among them, Jeju dialect was earmarked for ‘Critically Endangered Language by UNESCO in Sept. 2010. Jeju dialect has a unique monophthong named ‘Are-a’(·) which is bound up with a monophthong of the middle Korean. The number of speakers who can pronounce Are-a(·) are rapidly decreasing recently and it will become extinct in the near future. In this paper, I suggested two ways how to use the Are-a(·) of Jeju dialect in korean grammar education. One is how to relate to Are-a(·) which already had disappeared in 16th century. The other is how to relate to a single vowel system of Modern Korean Through the ways above-mentioned, I expected Korean Learners to get to know the value of regional dialect and to have caution about the endangered dialects.

노조몰입에 대한 지각된 노조지원과 노조수단성의 영향에 관한 실증적 연구

This study sought to perceived union support to the union setting and examined relative contribution of perceived union support and union instrumentality on union commitment. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 1,500 union members of Kyungin and Kyunbuk region. Results of correlation and multiple regression analysis indicated that both perceived union support and union instrumentality affect union commitment and perceived union support accounted for more variance in union commitment than did union instrumentality. These results suggest two important implications. First. in academic perspective social exchange perspective is more effective than economic exchange perspective to explain union commitment. Second, to union setting, union officials have more concerns about perceived union support than union instrumentality to enhance the level of union commitment.
