This study was performed to investigate the effects of ${\ulcorner}Persicae\;Semen{\lrcorner}(PS)$ on the blood injected by Endotoxin in rats. The blood was induced by Endotoxin injection into the caudal vein of rats and PS group taken a measurement of RBC, Hb, Hct, Platelet, WBC, ESR, CRP. The results were obtained as follows: 1. RBC, Hb, Hct, Platelet, WBC were increased with statistical significance at PS group as compared with those of the control group. 2. ESR, CRP were decreased with statistical significance at PS group as compared with those of the control group. It is concluded that PS group has significant effects on the blood injected by Endotoxin in rats. Therefore, PS group seems to be applicable to the diseases related to Endotoxin in clinics.

Fifty ancient Korean coins originated in Choson dynasty have been determined for 9 elements such as Sn, Fe, As, Ag, Co, Sb, Ir, Ru and Ni by instrumental neutron activation analysis and for 3 elements such as Cu, Pb, and Zn by atomicalsorption spectrometry. Bronze coins originated in early days of the dynasty contain as major constituents Cu, Pb and Sn approximately in the ratio 90 : 4 : 3, where as, those in latter days contain in the ratio 7 : 2 : 0. Brass coins which had begun in 17century contain as major constituents Cu, Zn and Pb approximately in the ratio 7 : 1: 1. The multivariate date have been analyzed for the relation among elemental contents through the variance-covariance matrix. The data have been fur theranalyzed by a principal component mapping method. As the results training set of 8class have been chosen, based on the spread of sample points in an eigenvector plotand archaeolgical data such as age and the office of minting.

Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used for analyzing each 10elements(Cu, Pb, Sn, Zn, Sb, Fe, Ni, Ag, Co and Mn)on 64 Chinese coinsre covered from Shinan seabed sunken ship. The results show that Cu, Pb and Sn were found to be a major elements consisting of coins and its composition ratio was 6 to 2 to 1.The composition of trace elements on coins was classified 3 levels : Sb, Fe and Zn(0.02%-2.2%), Ag, Ni, and Co(50 ppm-5500 ppm) and Mn(Trace). Theam ount of major elements, Cu and Sn were decreased while increased in Pbby the passage of ages (10th - 13th century) in China. There seems to be no systematic compositional change in major elements but content in trace elements was confirmed to increase with age.

Two desulfurization-regeneration experiments for a spray-dried zinc-based sorbent(ZAC C) were performed at 500℃ and 5 atm in a fluidized-bed reactor(ID 0.097㎜) facility. The H_S concentration after each desulfurization run was maintained below 10 ppmv from a simulated coal gas of 1% H_2S. The estimated sulfur absorption capacities of ZAC C sorbent were 11.1, 10.9, 11.1, 11.1, 10.9, 10.5 g S/100g sorbent, and the sorption capacity of sorbent was maintained in spite of six times sorption experiments. The maximum SO_2 concentration in regeneration effluent gas agreed with a stoichiometric value of 500℃(ca. 14vol%). In regeneration run, the peak temperature of sorbent bed in the reactor reached up to 750 due to the vigorous exothermicity of regeneration reaction with neat air. While entrainment rate for 70h continuous run in fluidized-bed reactor is 1.07%, the size and the textural properties of ZAC C sorbent also show a little change. Multi-cycle tests in fluidized-bed show that ZAC C sorbent maintains over 50% of its theoretical sorption capacity during 70h run and regeneration reaction undergoes smoothly and completely without side reactions such as sulfate formation.
기초기능으로서의 쓰기 교육의 문제점과 대안 - 교사교육과정 개발을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 현재 글쓰기 교육의 문제점을 점검하고 그 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 글쓰기 교사교육과정 개발을 제안하였다. 글쓰기 교육의 문제점은 교육과정, 교과서, 학습자 글쓰기 실태로 나누어 살펴보았다. 정리된 문제점은 글의 특성에 관한 지도 내용 부족하다는 점, 글의 구조에 대한 지도가 부족하다는 점을 들 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 글쓰기 교사교육과정을 개발하여 운영하였다. 이 교육과정은 학습자들이 프로젝트 학습 활동을 한 내용을 글로 쓰도록 하여 글의 내용, 글쓰기의 상황이 자연스러운 맥락을 형성하도록 하였으며, 학습지를 활용하여 글 전체의 구조, 문장 구조를 익히도록 하였다. 이 교육과정을 운영한 결과 미숙한 필자들의 글이 개선되었음을 알 수 있다. This study examined the current problems of writing education and proposed the development of a writing teacher’s curriculum as a way to solve the problems. The problems of writing education were divided into curriculum, textbooks, and learner writing status. The summarized problems include the lack of teaching content on the characteristics of the text and the lack of guidance on the structure of the text. In order to solve this problem, a writing teacher’s curriculum was developed and operated. This curriculum allowed learners to write about their project learning activities to form a natural context for the contents of the text and the situation of writing, and to learn the structure and sentence structure of the entire text using the study paper. As a result of running this curriculum, it can be seen that the writings of inexperienced writers have improved.
복합트레이닝이 중년여성의 대사성기질과 멜라토닌에 미치는 영향

This paper aims to examine the effects of the 16-week combined training on serum lipid and hormone secretion of middle-aged women. For this aim, 18 women in middle age of 40~49 were randomly selected and, of them, 9 each were assigned to the experimental group and control group, respectively. From the experiment, following conclusions could be drawn: After the 16-week combined training, the experimental group reported significant increase of HDL-C in serum lipid(p<.05) but significant decrease of LDL-C and TG(p<.05). The experimental group also reported while both groups of combined training reported increase in melatonin statistically insignificant, though. From the above conclusions, it becomes evident that the effect of the 16-week combined training is positive in increasing HDL-C and decreasing LDL-C and TG. It is also obvious from the experiment that the combined training is effective to increase melatonin though insignificantly in the course of time. In sum, the combined exercise is found to be more effective than aerobic or resistance exercise performed separately. It is thus thought necessary to encourage further studies to be carried out continuously in an effort to develop the means for effective combined training that are fit to physical strength and conditions of middle-aged women and helpful for them to improve their health and life quality.
