스마트폰의 보급에 따른 대용량 멀디미디어 서비스의 폭발적인 수요 증가에 따라데이터센터의 100Gb/s 광트랜시버에 대한 수요는 2017년을 기점으로 10Gb/s를 추월하여 2018년 데이터콤 전체 시장의 50% 이상을 차지할 전망이다. 한편, 데이터센터의 소비전력 및 시스템 집적도 증가를 위해 광트랜시버의 Form-factor는 CFP(40G/100G Form-factor Pluggable)에서 QSFP28($4{\times}28G$ Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable)로 약 1/14배 소형화될 전망이며, 이에 따른 광트랜시버 구성 부품의 집적도는 높아지고 소비전력은 현재 대비 1/9로 낮아져야 한다. 본고에서는 소형화 및 저전력화를 위한 광트랜시버의 표준화 및 기술동향과 국내외 시장동향에 대해 기술한다.

광통신 융합 SOP 기술은 현존하는 다양한 통신망의 부품 및 시스템 개발에 적용 가능하고, 다양한 시스템에 호환되도록 표준화된 플러거블(pluggable) 형태로 구현이 가능하며 전기적 수동 능동 소자는 물론 광 수동 능동 소자 및 센서 소자들의 통합 패키징이 가능한 패키징 기술로 광 통신 분야를 비롯한 다양한 분야에 적용 가능한 융합된 기반을 제공하는 기술이다. 본 고에서는 SoC, SiP, MCM의 단점 및 한계를 대체할 차세대 시스템 집적기술로서의 SOP의 기술적 배경과 광통신 융합 SOP 기술 소개, 그리고 국내외 기술 개발 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.
SI 희박연소 엔진의 연소특성에 미치는 EGR의 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

As an intake process in the conventional spark ignition gasoline engine, the mixture with gasoline and air are inlet through the suction valve into cylinder, compressed and then ignited by an electric discharge, therefore the state of mixture is very important in the characteristics of combustion and emission. Therefore the lean operation is known to decrease the exhaust emission while maintaining a good fuel economy, but at very lean mixtures, the combustion rate has been resulted to reduce. In this experimental study, it is experimented and analyzed the combustion and emission formation according to intake some charge conditions in the lean bum and normal gasoline engine, which is modified the intake system with engine speed, EGR rates and gas temperatures. The following conclusions were drawn out by using the analysis of combustion and emission in this engine with engine speed, flow rates and temperatures of EGR. It is found that the maximum combustion pressure has risen in the condition of lower temperature more than higher temperature of the inflow exhaust gas. And the occurance crank angle of peak pressure has been advanced to the TDC. The brake specific fuel consumption in the cooled EGR gas has enhanced by 7 g/ps-h than that in the hot exhaust recirculation gas of engine charge. It has been verified that NO formation has been reduced as the flow rate of the cooled exhaust recirculation gas, but not reduced clearly the temperature of the hot EGR gas. The formation of unburned hydrocarbon has been reduced more in the case of 10% rate of EGR gas, and then found this phenomenon at lean mixture operation of this gasoline engine.
HMM을 이용한 연속 음성인식 시스템의 화자적응화에 관한 연구

It is hard to collect sufficient speech data for training a speaker-dependent (SD) model from the same speaker. In contrast, to trains a speaker-independent (SI) model need not collect a large amount of speech data per speaker but from many speakers. Speaker-adaptation (SA) is an additional training technique from SI model by a small amount of adaptation speech. It has proved to be a powerful tool for achieving good recognition performance without the high cost of SD training. In this study, a speaker adaptation algorithm (MAPE) which trains it by every utterance sequentially without hand-labelling is introduces. The hand-labelling is performed automatically by Concatenation training and Viterbi-segmentation. The secuential-training is performed by MAPE(Maximum A Posteriori probability Estimation). We can train it using any small amount of adaptation speech data. For newspaper editorial continuous speech, the recognition rates of adaptation of HMM was 62.5% respectively which is approximately 32.5% improvement over that of unadapated HMM.
