This paper introduces the robust design of an intake system using transmission loss and the frequency weighting function. First, transmission loss is measured to evaluate the performance of the noise reduction for the intake system. The robust design parameters of the intake system are extracted by adapting a cost function with the Taguchi method. Subsequently, the frequency weighting function is developed by the subjective evaluation in which 6 special engineers were participated. Finally, the comparison between the proposed frequency weighted optimal design and unweighted optimal design for the transmission loss as the part is performed. Here, the overall levels of the transmission loss according to the methods are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

In this paper, a sound quality index for the evaluation of the vehicle intake noise was developed through a correlation analysis of the objective measurement and the subjective evaluation. First, intake orifice noise was measured at the wide-open throttle sweep condition. And then, the acoustic transfer function between intake orifice noise and interior noise was measured. Simultaneously, subjective evaluation was carried out with a 10-scale score by 8 special engineers. The correlation analysis between the psychoacoustic parameters derived from the measurement and the subjective evaluation was performed. The most critical factor was determined and the corresponding sound quality index for intake noise was obtained from the multiple factor regression analysis method. The purpose of this paper is to develop a linear regression model for the sound quality index of vehicle Interior noise. For this, objective measurement data of the vehicles driving in acceleration was measured. On the basis of analysis, psychoacoustic parameters were extracted and subjective evaluation was performed by noise and vibration expert evaluators. For the subjective evaluation, the paired comparisons and the semantic differential methods were used to evaluate sound quality of vehicle interior noise. By the paired comparison which evaluate two pairs of vehicle interior noise, the preference was estimated. With the semantic differential and the factor analysis, it was evaluated words of two pairs which expressed appropriately the sense of evaluator about noise source. Therefore the characteristics of the sound qualify for the vehicle were differentiated. From the results of both the correlation analysis and the multiple factor regression analysis, the sound quality evaluation model for the sense of human hearing was derived and indexed.
광양만권 경제자유구역의 투자유치를 위한 마케팅믹스 전략에 관한 연구

광양만권 경제자유구역은 2003년 함께 지정 되었던 인천, 부산 경제자유구역 등에 비해서 지리적, 인지도, 사회간접자본 등의 측면에서 불리한 여건에 있다. 물론 정부, 지자체, 광양만권 경제자유구역청 등은 변화시키기 어려운 우리사회의 여건 속에서 외국인투자 유치를 위한 최선의 방안을 모색하고, 이를 실행하기 위한 각종 제도의 정비, 환경조성, 운영전략 등 외국인 투자유치를 위해 노력하고 있지만 이에 대한 실적은 부족한 실정이다. 광양만권 경제자유구역이 성공하기 위해서는 경제자유구역을 거점으로 아시아와 세계를 상대로 하는 비즈니스를 구상하고, 수행하는 많은 외국인투자기업을 유치하기 위한 운영전략이 필요하다. 그러나 아직까지 광양만권 경제자유구역 내 이러한 양질의 외국인투자기업을 유치하기 위한 광양만권 경제자유구역만의 차별화된 운영전략이 부족한 것으로 평가 되고 있다. 광양만권 경제자유구역의 외국인 투자유치 활성화를 위한 마케팅 믹스 전략을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제품(product)전략으로 주변 특성과 연계된 클러스터를 구축해야 한다. 둘째, 가격(price)전략 측면에서는 탄력적인 인센티브와 맞춤형 인센티브, 현물 및 현금 보조금 제도의 비중을 높여야 한다. 셋째, 촉진(promotion)전략 측면에서는 전문능력 및 외국어능력을 겸비한 인력양성과 수요자 위주의 환경을 조성해야 한다. 넷째, 유통(place)전략 측면에서는 광양만권 경제자유구역청의 독립화 및 전문화가 구축되어야 한다. This paper is intended to suggest a development device for Gwangyang Free Economic Zone(GFEZ) to strengthen the competitiveness of its maritime port of Gwangyang and promote the regional development in Gwangyang Bay Area. This study will evaluate the background, processes, and targets for foreign investment, I examined historical treatises as they relate to inducing investments to Free Economic Zones. I will explore good operation and inducing investment methods GFEZ within the 4P(product, price, promotion, place) framework. I tried to suggest a new management methodology for the Free Economic Zones as suggested by the central government from the regional view point. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the marketing strategies; compare them to the 4P for deploying an actual more efficient governing structure body for the GFEZ. As proposals to promote and activate GFEZ, I recommended in this paper several benchmarks. First, GFEZ must construct good clusters related to regional strengths as they relate to products. Second; to give more flexible incentives to foreign companies as compared with China, England, Ireland, India, Malasia, Thailand and Vietnam using prices as a guideline. Third, it is required to cultivate expert manpower who can communicate with foreign clients relate to promotion. A proactive public information system is also required in addition to marketing strategies for inducing investment. Lastly, GFEZ needs to became independent and separate from the central government and even from regional province.
