스마트팩토리의 핵심성공요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study is to provide implications by identifying critical success factors affecting business performance of Smart Factory, and empirically analyzing the effects of these factors on business performance. For this study, previous literature review were examined. Four hypotheses were developed based on the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, data were collected through online survey. The data were tested by reliability, validity, correlation, and structural equation modeling analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study showed that Information System, CEO Leadership, and Employee Competency had significant positive (+) effects on operational and environmental performance. This study has the differentiation of research by empirically analyzing the relationship between the key success factors of smart factories and business performance for a specific industry, the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry. In addition, it has academic significance as an initial study for deriving more expanded key success factors in the future. It is expected that this study will lead to implications for the direction and prospects for the introduction and implementation of the mission platform in the 4th industrial society. 스마트팩토리에 대한 사회적 정책적 관심이 늘어나고 있다. 특히 제조업은 현재 여러 가지 측면에서 어려움에 직면해 있다. 노동력의 감소 및 고령화는 제조업의 공동화 현상을 가져왔고 높은 인건비로 인한 생산비용 증가와 신흥국의 경쟁기업 등장으로 시장은 과열되고 있으며 소비자의 개인화에 대한 요구는 더욱 증가하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 스마트팩토리에 관한 관심이 증대되고 있지만, 관련 실증연구는 매우 부족하다. 본 연구의 목적은 스마트팩토리의 핵심성공요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 제조업을 대상으로 자료가 수집되었고 구조방정식 모델링 분석으로 가설 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 정보시스템, CEO 리더십, 구성원 역량은 운영성과와 환경성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직문화는 운영성과와 환경성과 모두 유의하지 않는 결과를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 스마트팩토리 및 유사한 새로운 시스템의 도입을 위한 전략적 함의를 경영 의사결정자에게 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 통하여 4차산업 사회에서의 선교 플렛폼의 도입과 실행 방안에 대한 방향과 전망에 대한 함의가 도출되기를 기대한다.

By means of questionaire, industrial health nursemorale was investigated in 30 persons (10 registered nurses: 15 high school graduates: 5 University graduates) sampled at random throughout the country form March to April in 1979. Positive aspects were observed in sarlary (66.7%), individual health maintenance (66.7%), exhibition of initiative spirit (60%), social standing, work loads and leisure (56.7%), whereas negative aspects appeared in contentment of duty (63.4%), human relationship to senior staffs (60%) and practical application and extension of University work (53.4%). However, neither positive nor negative results were found in personal administration, budget management and interpersonal relationship among their colleagues (50%).

The purpose of this survey is to summerize the data acquired by our researchers in our research on actual state of 3 villages in kyungki procince in preparation of the further field work in which we investigated the subjects of 369 women using questionaire method and to suggest the following based on this analysis: 1. The rate of practising contraception amounts to 58.8% of the subjects and is relatively high, compared with other rural areas. 2. As for the kinds of contraceptive intrauterine divice (I.U.D) is used by the greatest number of the subjects, i.d., by 30% of the subjects and the next is in the order of oral pill and condom. 3. As for the place they get contraceptive appliance, 83.9% of the subjects are using the health center and the rate well explains their cooperation with the family planning programme of the government. 4. 38.8% of the subjects report the experience of abortion and this rate is remarkably high in the case of rural area. This result of high rate, not lower than the urban areas, is above all, due to their geographical nearness to the cities and regarded as a harmful factor to maternal health. It shows that we have to produce measures to prevent abortion by Integration of family planning programme and maternalchild health programme in the rural area. 5. 31.6% of the subjects have chosen the medical organization for their last birth and for that matter there is a considerable difference between urban and rural areas. Therefore, we have to make efforts in the direction of increasing deliveries at medical organization.

By means of questionaire, the morales of the clinical nurses in the Health Center was investigated in 52 persons. Sampled at sensus method from February to March in 1980. Positive aspects were abserved in personnel management (57.69%), work loads (78.85%), promotion of status (73.08%), usage one's originality (57.69%), human relations with manager (59.62%), Individual quality and ability (59.62%) Individual health maintenance (86.54%), Interpersonal relationship among their colleagues (93.73%) and position in the community (51.93%). However, negative results were found in sarlary (86.54%), promotion of the post Inservice Trainning (86.37%), budget management (65.38%), belonging to division or post (67.30%), desirment of separation from position (67.31%), social status or honour (63.46%), social treatment (59.62%), importance and gravity (63.46%) and reconcilation of educational theory and practice (67.31%).

공동주택 프로젝트 비용일정통합 관리를 위한 BIM 기반 BoQ 구축 및 활용 방안

Since entering the 21st century, the construction industry has developed faster and faster, and more and more technologies have been applied in the construction industry. BIM technology (Building Information Modeling) was born in this environment. The application of BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency of cost management and help achieve the goal of cost management. But through BIM to realize project cost management, there is still no good solution. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the concept of WBS structure applied to construction projects by studying the BoQ (Bill of Quantities) list based on BIM, and proposes the numbering method of the structure. The WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) structure proposed in this paper divides more than 5000 cost objects into 133 projects according to the type of work and project schedule. This structure helps to realize the application of BIM in project cost management. Although this article has studied more than 5000 data of three projects, it does not think that it can cover all cost objects in the existing construction industry. The purpose of this article is to propose a solution for cost and Process Control using BIM-based BoQ data.
