        Introduction The human body should be created for the sake of physical activity. Physical actvity is very important in order to maintain the best body condition. Therefore, one must make use of one's leisure time by recreation and physical exercise. In this view point, this study is a review on the several physiological, medical problems and inches discussions for the way of build-up health. Ⅰ. Health and Physical Strength 1. The physical strength for everyday life 2. The disease of a heart and a blood vessel 3. The consumption of calorie 4. The injury of waist 5. The articulation 6. The posture Ⅱ. The bisis of health care and physical strength development 1. The direction of school physical education 2. The active recreation 3. The challenge of limitation of physical strength Conclusion According to the result of review, the first thing to be done for health is recreation and physical exercise. Methods may be summarized as follows: 1. It is important that we don't adjust age to life but do adjust life to age. 2. Sports programs should be increased by moderate way, and gradually by strong way.

        A study on the Effects of Exercise on Osteoprosis. Studies are varied about the relationship between exercise and density of bone marrow. There are many studies which state that exercise effects the density of bone marrow. They report that exercise is one of the important factors to prevent and treat osteoporosis. Through the studies mentioned earlier, we can observe the importance of the amount of mineral in the bone marrow, and the way that exercise can affect it. Recently, there have been new reviews on the optimum amount of exercise to improve the health of the skeletal structure. In middle age, there is no proof that exercise increases the amount of mineral in bone marrow. But, exercise maintains the density in bone marrow. It shows that exercise is important to prevent and treat osteoporosis. Therefore, exercise can be prescribed as an effective treatment for osteoporosis. Through the studies of reports on osteoporosis, we conclude the following: 1. Intake of calcium and regular exercise can prevent or treat osteoprosis. 2. Continuous exercise inceases the amount of minerals in bone in the younger generation and prevents the loss of the minerals in the older generation. 3. According to the study, weight bearing exercises and muscle contraction exercises are both effective ways of increasing the density of bone marrow. 4. We can not find any statistically significant difference in the density of bone marrow between a low exercise group and an average exercise group. But the intensive exercise group has a statistically significant higher density of bone marrow. 5. The amount of exercises are closely related to the amount of mineral found in bone marrow. 6. In middle age, the effeo of exercise is more noticeable in slowing down the process of losing bone marrow density. 7. During menopause, the loss of the bone marrow density is related more closely to hormonal changes than the exercises.

        Introduction We Koreans are a proud race. We are proud of our culture, our tradition, and many othe things Korean. But Bong San masque dance is one of the most important things in Korea. So we must cherish and keep up the Korean folk dance - Bong San masque dance. Objectives of the study 1) To clarify Bong San masque dance 2) To explore the effective approach of teaching method for the Bong San masque dance. Contents of the study The report consists of five main parts : 1) Introduction 2) The history of Bong San masque dance 3) The character of Bong San masque dance 4) The' study of mask, clothes and sets 5 ) Conclusion Findings of the study Main findings of the study are as follows : 1) Bong San masque dance is distributed in Bong San(Haeng/Hae Do), and its origination would be the late 19century or the early 20 century 2) Bong San masque dance consist of song, talking and performance. 3) Bong San masque dance is played the May Festival with making a bonfire.

      • 垂直眺 技能分析 및 體格,體力과의 相關에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        This is empirical research on correlation between vertical jump function and physique and physical fitness of grown-up men. The obtained results are as follows : 1. Among the physique condition, body height of the group was rather short. 2. Jump height was 49.8 ± 4.61 ㎝. 3. Leap pressure was 2.53 times of body weight and landing pressure was 5.39 times. 4. Remaining in the air time was 0.56 ± 0.045 sec. 5. Extension strength among leg strength had some correlation with jump height.

        Introduction Traditional Buddhist dance was Buddhism dance. Dancers used to wear noble dresses. Character of the dance was more like exorcism. There are many studies on Buddhist dance. However, We haven't had enough study on Buddhist dance. Today Buddhist dance is regarded as one of the great our traditional arts. Great effort are being made for handing down this dance from generation to generation. This studt is a review on the historical background of Buddhist dance and includes discussions for the way of its transmission. Ⅰ. Historical Origin of Buddist Dance 1. The theory of origin by folk dance 2. The theory of origin by Buddhism ceremony Ⅱ. Dance Form of Traditional Buddhist Dance Ⅲ. The Problems and Method on Modernization of Traditional Dance 1. Inner form (Dance form, Process of Dance) 2. External form (Members, Tools, Dresses, Music) Ⅳ. The Modernization of Traditional Dance through Modern Dance Thought Conclusion According to the result of review, the first thing to be done for Buddhist dance is its preservation as it is. Methods may be summarized as follows : 1. Sincerelity is needed for those who related in transmission. 2. More creative efforts should be made to enhance Buddhist dance. Modern dance could be based on itself.

        마 ( Dioscorea batatas DECAISNE ) 전분의 Rheology 및 열적 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the rheological and thermal properties of yam starch. Yam starch had a hydrodynamic volume with the intrinsic viscosity, [η], of 0.29d1/g deionized water. The values of the intrinsic viscosity of yam starch, determined to pH 2-11, varied between 0.07 to 0.18㎗/g. The highest intrinsic viscosity was obtained at pH 7. At salt concentrations 0-0.2M NaCl, the intrinsic viscosity of yam starch was decreased up to 0.05M NaCl concentration then increased to 0.07M NaCl concentration and remained constant to reach 0.2M NaCl concentration. The overlap parameter, calculated with the intrinsic vicosity data, was 3.45g/㎗ in deionized water. The thermal properties of yam starch were investigated by Differential Scanning Calorimetry. Three endotherms were observed both pH solution and salt concentation. In the presence of pH 9, the onset temperature of gelatinization peak was the lowest temperature of 50.32℃ and the enthalpy (ΔH) was increased in this solution. The effect of salt on the thermal properties of yam starch was determined at salt concetration of 0-0.2M NaCl. The enthalpy significantly decreased to salt concentration 0.07M NaCl and the lowest onset temperature of this concentration was 52.90℃.
