학교특성에 따른 교원능력개발평가 결과 분석 : 인천광역시 중학교를 중심으로

이 연구는 2015년 인천광역시교육청 소속 5개 교육지원청 내 중학교 특성에 따른 교원능력개발평가 결과를 분석하여, 교원능력개발평가 결과의 구체적인 활용 방안에 관한 시사점을 제시하고자 수행하였다. 이 연구의 수행을 위해 관련 문헌과 선행연구들을 분석한 후 인천광역시교육청 내 5개 교육지원청 소속 공립 123개 중학교 중 교원능력개발평가 결과가 공시된 121개교를 대상으로 학교정보공시사이트인‘ 학교알리미(www.schoolinfo.go.kr)’에 탑재된 결과를 활용하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교 변인 중 지역교육지원청에 따른 교원능력개발평가 결과에서 학부모 만족도조사 점수 결과는 남부교육지원청과 강화교육지원청 간에 통계적으로 의미있는 차이를 보였다. 학급당 학생수에 따른 교원능력개발평가 결과에서는 학급당 학생수가 적을수록 학생과 학부모의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사 변인 중 여교사 비율에 따른 교원능력개발평가 결과에서 여교사 비율이 높을수록 동료교원 평가 점수는 높지만, 학생 만족도조사 점수와 학부모 만족도조사 점수 결과는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 1급 정교사 비율에 따른 교원능력개발평가 결과는 동료교원 평가 점수 결과에서만 의미있는 차이를 보였다. 학생과 학부모는 교사의 자격에 따른 만족도조사 결과의 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 학생 변인 중 학생 1인당 급식비 지원액에 따른 교원능력개발평가 결과의 동료교원 평가 점수 결과에서 급식비 지원액이 클수록 동료교사 평가 점수 결과가 낮았다. 한편, 학생 1인당 급식비 지원액에 따른 학생과 학부모의 만족도조사 결과의 차이는 보이지 않았다. 학업성취도 기초미달학생 비율에 따른 교원능력개발평가 결과의 동료교원 평가 점수 결과에서는 기초미달학생 비율이 낮을수록 동료교원 평가 점수 결과가 높게 나타났다. 기초미달학생 비율은 학생과 학부모의 만족도조사 점수 결과에 큰 영향을 주고 있지는 않았다. This study was conducted to analyze the results of the 'Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development’ (TEPD) for middle school teachers in Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education. With review of the related literature, the results of the TEPD of 121 middle schools in 5 District Education Offices were analyzed. The TEPD data were collected from the web-site ‘School Information Service (www.schoolinfo.go.kr)', which is the official information web-site of public schools. Research conclusions are as follows: Firstly, parents' satisfaction of school education score in the TEPD is different among 5 District Education Offices. Especially parents' satisfaction of school education scores in the 'Nam-Gu District Office of Education' and the 'Ganghwa District Office of Education' are significantly higher as compared with other 3 District Office of Education. Secondly, the colleague evaluation score in the TEPD of schools with high ratio of female teachers is higher as compared with the colleague evaluation score in the TEPD of schools with low ratio of female teachers. Thirdly, regarding the amount of lunch meal subsidy for individual students, the colleague evaluation score in the TEPD of schools with high lunch meal subsidy is low as compared with the colleague evaluation score in the TEPD of schools with low lunch meal subsidy.

초등학교에서의 수업컨설팅과 교사의 수업전문성 간의 관계

이 연구는 초등학교에서 수업컨설팅과 교사의 수업전문성 간에 관계를 밝혀 수업컨설팅의 운영 개선의 시사점을 얻고자 수행되었다. 인천광역시 소재 공립초등학교 237개 학교 중 15개교를 무선 표집한 후 교사들 중에서 수업컨설팅을 받은 경험이 있는 216명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구를 위하여 관련 문헌과 선행 연구들을 분석한 후 수업컨설팅의 효과에 기인하는 요인을 내적 요인과 외적 요인으로 구분하고 수업전문성과의 상관관계를 밝힘으로써, 수업컨설팅이 실제 초등교사의 수업전문성으로 이어지는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 수업컨설팅의 요인들은 수업전문성 향상과 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 있다. 수업컨설팅의 참여기간과 컨설턴트의 전문성은 다른 요인보다 수업전문성 향상과 더 높은 관련성을 보였다. 수업컨설팅의 효과를 높이기 위해서 수업컨설팅의 여러 요인들의 질을 높이는 것이 필요하다. 무엇보다도 수업컨설팅 참여기간 및 횟수를 높일수록, 전문성이 높은 컨설턴트에게 수업컨설팅을 받을수록 교사들의 수업전문성이 향상될 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. This study was conducted to find out the relationships between instructional consulting supervision and teaching professionalism of elementary school teachers. Among 237 public elementary schools in Incheon Metropolitan City, 15 elementary schools were selected. Questionnaire survey was conducted with 216 teachers who had received instructional consulting supervision in the 15 selected public elementary schools. Based on the research findings, important conclusion was drawn. Instructional consulting supervision is closely related to the improvement of teaching professionalism. The participation period/time of instructional consulting supervision and the consultant’s professionalism more positively contribute to enhancing teaching professionalism. Improving the quality of instructional consulting supervision is necessary. Especially, longer time of participation, more frequent participation in instructional consulting supervision, and consultant’s higher professionalism can further improve the teaching professionalism of elementary school teachers.

준감독 학습 알고리즘을 위한 능동적 레이블 데이터 선택

본 논문에서는 준감독 학습 알고리즘(Semi-Supervised Learning Algorithm)의 학습데이터에 필요한 소수의 레이블 데이터를 능동적으로 선택하기 위한 무감독경쟁학습 알고리즘인 VCNN(Vector Centroid Neural Network)을 제안한다. 준감독 학습 알고리즘에서 레이블 데이터의 선택은 학습 결과 큰 영향을 미치고, 레이블 데이터를 선택하는데 있어 많은 비용과 전문적인 지식이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 능동적이고 효율적인 레이블 데이터 선택을 검증하기 위하여 UCI database 와 caltech dataset 을 이용하여 실험한 결과, 기존의 레이블 데이터 선택 방법과 비교하여 안정된 분류 결과와 최소의 오차율을 나타냈다. The choice of labeled data in semi-supervised learning algorithm can result in effects on the performance of the resultant classifier. In order to select labeled data required for the training of a semi-supervised learning algorithm, VCNN(Vector Centroid Neural Network) is proposed in this paper. The proposed selection method of label data is evaluated on UCI dataset and caltech dataset. Experiments and results show that the proposed selection method outperforms conventional methods in terms of classification accuracy and minimum error rate.
