NATM 터널 굴진 시 안전관리를 위한 재해영향요인 및 중요도에 관한 연구

In the NATM tunnel construction method for urban subway and underpass construction, various causes of disaster exist. In this study, in order to analyze the importance of disaster influencing factors during NATM tunnel excavation, the possible risk factors were analyzed through prior research such as drilling, charging and blasting, It was divided into the work items of wrinkle treatment, pumice cleanup, and support materials. Next, the final 21 detailed measurement indicators were selected through the FGI survey of related experts, and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis were conducted. As a result, it was found that the workers involved in the tunnel construction were the most influential disaster influencing factor.

본 연구에서는 LabVIEW와 웹캠을 이용해 방범시스템을 구축하였다. LabVIEW Machine Vision을 이용해 웹캠의 영상을 분석하여 화면 내에 기존과 다른 물체가 들어왔는지 검출하는 구조로 되어있다. 다른 물체가 검출이 되면 이를 사용자에게 알리는 동시에 현 상황을 녹화하고 침입자에게 경고음을 방송하게 설계되었다. 따라서 이 시스템은 고가의 장비가 필요하지 않고 구성이 간단하여 일반 가정이나 고정된 물체를 감시할 때 사용할 수 있다. In this study, we implemented a crime prevention system using LabVIEW and web camera. It detect changes in a screen by analyzing the image of the web camera using LabVIEW Machine Vision. In case of a change detecting the system notify user, recording the current situation and caution suspicious object or criminal. Therefore, It dies not require expensive equipment and can be used in monitoring a home or a fixed objet.
승선근무자의 병역법 논란과 비상대비자원법에 따른 역할수행 방안

최근 국방개혁에 따른 병력감축과 대법원의 양심적 병역 거부 무죄 판결에 이어 병역법의 한 수단인 대체복무제가 국민적 관심으로 논쟁이 뜨겁다. 이와 관련된 여러 의견수렴에 있어서 반드시 지켜야 할 기준은 공정성과 형평성이다. 그 중 형평성은 대체복무제도의 성패를 가늠하는 중요한 열쇠이며, 무엇보다 현재 군 복무 중인 젊은이들의 사기(士氣) 저하가 국방력 약화로 이어질 수 있기 때문이다. 또한 국가비상사태 및 재난시 국가생존의 지속능력을 유지시키는 조선해운분야의 선박과 전문인력 등에 있어서 경영난의 침체와 저임금 외국노동자에 의해 시장의 점식되고 있다. 이에 병역법 상 승선근무예비역 제도의 관리상의 문제점이 심각한 수준으로 치닫고 있으며, 복지와 인권의 사각지대로 자리잡아 제도상의 보안이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 병역법에 대한 재진단과 향후 비상대비자원법 등이 국가안보와 해양력에 미치는 영향을 고찰해 보고 ‘승선근무예비역’의 형평성을 군사적 역할의 정당성으로 제시하고자 한다. This paper concerns the militarization of Merchant Marine Reserve for the naval force. The mobilization of merchant seamen in the history from Korean War to Iraq War exemplified the importance of merchant marines in sealift, and militarizing merchant marines and supporting mobilized merchant vessels have been pivotal for the victories in war. In times of war, Merchant Marine Reserve is thus expected to conduct roles as an irregular military component in modern warfare, and furthermore to serve as the fourth military force to assume strategical, operational, and tactical roles. This paper aims to present these strategical, operational, and tactical roles of merchant marines as military force and navy reserve force.

The river water heat source heat pump has the advantage in the performance compared to air source heat pump. In this study, an experimental study on a 2-stage heat pump, which is designed to utilize a river water heat source, were carried out. Generally, a heat pump is designed for maximum capacity rate, but it actually operates at part load condition in most cases. Therefore, an information on the part-load characteristic is very important in view of the system overall performance. In this study, part-load performance tests of a R134a 2-stage compression heat pump were carried out over the river water and supply heating water temperature changes.

A novel coronavirus named severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) emerged in December 2019 in China. The mutated coronavirus spread worldwide, and some patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 developed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) manifested with upper respiratory infection, pneumonia, or respiratory distress. Since the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic was declared with surging confirmed cases and mortality of COVID-19 worldwide, it has reshaped our way of living and how to manage patients with allergic diseases. The medical staff, including allergy specialists, has been at the forefront of fighting against the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and is struggling to guarantee safety to themselves and their patients. Thanks to vigorous research into the relationship between SARS-CoV-2 and allergic diseases, we have become able to treat allergic patients with the best of evidence to date. The clinician should make a careful decision on each clinical situation with regard to patient characteristics, local and national circumstances as well as the knowledge we have, since it is still limited. We hope further efforts to identify the nature of SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 clearer and effective SARS-CoV-2 vaccination will soon remove the grim picture of the worldwide pandemic and bring us back to normal. A known trend in the housing market is that prices and trading volume correlate with each other and the correlation is built on the causal relationship between the two housing market variables. This paper investigates whether the price-volume causality can be used to enhance the forecasting power in the prediction of the price and the volume. Using Seoul and Busan housing market data for the period of Jan. 2006 to Mar. 2018, dynamic out-of-sample forecasting exercises were implemented in a recursive estimation scheme. The empirical results were as follows: Firstly, Johansson cointegration test showed that a long-run equilibrium relationship between price and volume holds for both cities. Secondly, Granger-causality of price to volume is strong while the causality of volume to price is weak. Thirdly, VEC model and VAR model deliver better forecasting performances than AR model, along with statistical significance. Fourthly, improvement of volume forecast prediction performance is much bigger as compared to the improvement in the price forecast. It is worth noting that higher Granger-causality leads to bigger forecasting power.

기후변화 적응 주류화를 위하여 세 가지 기후변화영향평가 시행 방안을 검토하였다. 첫째, 신법 마련 및 개별 시행, 둘째, 신법 마련 및 환경영향평가 틀 내 제도 시행, 셋째, 기존 환경영향평가 틀 내 시행하는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 세 가지 방안의 내용, 장·단점을 분석하였다. 그리고 신법 하에서 제도를 개별 시행할 경우의 개략적인 평가 내용과 환경영향평가 틀 내에서 시행하고자 할 경우 관련 법률, 규정 개정(안)을 제안하였다. In order to establish mainstreaming of climate change adaptation in policy, plan, program or project, we set up three kinds of implementation methods. The first is preparation of new law(tentatively called 「Act on Climate Change Response」) and independent implementation, the second is preparation of new law and two kinds of implementation in existing Environmental Impact Assessment system, and the third is integrated assessment in Environmental Impact Assessment system without new legal base. And we analyzed merits and demerits of suggested schemes, and specific contents of each method. Furthermore, we suggested overview of contents of new law and revised Environmental Impact Assessment law and related regulations.
