2006년 1월 26일부터 2월 2일까지 Philippines의 Clark field에서 채집한 Nephila antipodiana(Walckenaer, 1841)를 분류학적으로 재기재 한다. Among survey material from Philippines, one Nephila species was collected. Here, I report this species as Nephila antipodiana (Walckenaer, 1841) and redescribe it.

Objectives & Methods:To evaluate the effect of Bujabanha-tang water extract on cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons which was inhibited by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced cytotoxicity, MTT assay, NR assay and neurofilament enzymeimmunoassay(EIA), LDH activity assay were carried out after the cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons were pre-incubated with various concentrations of Bujabanha-tang water extract for 3 hours prior to exposure of hydrogen peroxide.Results:H2O2, an oxygen radical, decreased the survival rate of the cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron cells on NR assay and MTT assay.Bujabanha-tang water extract has efficacy of increasing neurofilament decreased by hydrogen peroxide and decreasing LDH activity increased by hydrogen peroxide in cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons.Conclusions:From the above results, it is suggested that Bujabanha-tang has marked efficacy as a treatment for the damages caused in the H2O2-mediated oxidative process.

2008년 8월 2일부터 5일까지 일본 후쿠시마의 거미상을 조사하여 6과 11속 14종이 채집되었다. Spiders have been investigated q4 species, 11 genera, 6 families form August, 2008 at major habitats of Fukushima in Japan. Among them Araneidae and Tetragnathidae are dominant family.

거미는 약 4 억년전 고생대 데본기(Devonian)기에 출현했을 정도로 오랜 세월에 걸쳐 진화해 왔다. 현재 거미류는 전세계 약 4 만여 종이 알려져 있으며 아직 보고되어 있지는 않지만 약 10 만종 이상의 거미가 지구상에 존재할 것이라고 추정하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 46 과 257 에 속하는 약 680 여 종의 거미들이 보고 되어 있을 정도로 거의 모든 서식처에서 풍부하게 분포된다.<BR> 한국의 거미학 연구는 1907 년 독일의 E. Strand 가 한국넓적니거미 (Gnaphosa korea → Gnaphosa hastate)를 처음으로 발표한 이래 일본의 Kishida, Saito, Kambe, Mori, Yaginuma 등 주로 외국 학자들이 연구를 수행해 왔으며, 이후 백갑용, 김주필, 남궁준 선생님 등을 중심으로 한 국내 학자들에게 연구의 중심축이 이동해 왔다.<BR> 본 연구에서 재정리한 갈거미과 (Family Tetragnathidae Menge)의 거미들은 4 개속에 18 여 종이 있다. 역사적, 종 다양성 측면에서 중요한 분류군임에도 불구하고 현재까지 갈거미과의 거미들에 대한 분류학적 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 그간 발표된 논물들 중 원기재에 근거해 한국산 갈거미과에 대해 재정리하였다. The spiders of the family Tetragnathidae take a very significant position from the historical point of view since the studies on spiders in Korea started from the family Tetragnathidae Thorell. Despite its historical meaning, however, taxonomic studies on the spiders of the family Tetragnathidae have been poorly conducted to date. In Korea, the spiders of the family Tetragnathidae are rich and diverse, and a total of 4 genera belong to the family. In this study, we reviewed thespiders of the family Tetragnathidae, an important group from the aspect of species diversity and from the historical point of view in the Korean aranchnology. There are 18 species of the 4 genera currently recognized in Kore, and all of them are included in the review. While reviewing the articles including the original descriptions, we found some terminologies not in agreement according to authors of the articles, especially in the terminologies used to describe the body parts of type-speciemen. In addition, a genus has been no its own Korean nomenclature though there is a scientic name of the genus.
백강잠 전탕액이 Hydrogen Peroxide에 의해 손상된 배양 척수운동신경세포에 미치는 효과

To evaluate the effect of Batryticatus Bombycis(BB) water extract on cultured mouse spinal motor neuron which was inhibited by hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2)-induced oxygen radicals, MTT assay, NR assay, TBARS assay and SRB assay were carried out after the cultured mouse spinal motor neuron were preincubated with various concentrations of BB water extract for 3 hours prior to exposure of H_2O_2. H_2O_2, a oxygen radical, decreased the survival rate of the cultured mouse spinal motor neuron cells on NR assay and MTT assay. BB water extract have efficacy of decreasing a amount of lipid peroxidation increased by H_2O_2 in mouse spinal motor neuron and increasing total protein synthesis activity decreased by H_2O_2 in mouse spinal motor neuron. From the above results, It is concluded that BB has marked efficacy as a treatment for the damages caused in the H_2O_2-mediated oxidative process.
