The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of police officers’ participation in physical activities on physical self-concept and exercise satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, statistical analysis was performed after collecting data using the physical self-concept scale and the exercise satisfaction scale for 300 police officers. As a result of the analysis, first, there was a statistically significant difference in the concept of physical cutting according to the frequency of participation of police officers in physical activities. Second, there was no statistically significant difference in exercise satisfaction according to the frequency of participation of police officers in physical activities. Third, there was a statistically significant difference in the physical self-concept according to the physical activity participation period of the police officers. Finally, there was no statistically significant difference in exercise satisfaction according to the physical activity participation period of police officers.
일부농촌주부의 무기질 섭취와 혈청지질ㆍ무기질 함량 비교

농촌지역 주부들의 일상식이 섭취로서 혈청지질, 무기질, 혈압에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 26세~57세 건강한 여성 30명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 하루의 에너지섭취는 1,770.4㎉이며 단백질은 55.6g이며 3대 열량원의 구성비는 77.1 : 10.4 : 17.5로서 지방질 섭취량이 적었다. 무기질 섭취량은 나트륨 4,330㎎, 인 485.7㎎, 칼슘 388.0㎎, 아연 8.99㎎와 구리 2.23㎎이였다. 무기질의 하루중 뇨의 배설량은 나트륨 4,370㎍, 인 371,3㎎, 칼슘 190.0㎎, 아연 328㎍ 및 구리 49.6㎍이었다. 혈청지질은 콜레스테롤 169.0㎎/dl, 중성지방 70.6㎎/dl 및 β리포단백질 304.9㎎/dl이며, 무기질은 나트륨 142.3mM, 인 3.94㎎/dl, 칼슘 9.06㎎/dl, 아연 1,215.7ppb와 구리 620.0ppb이었다. 혈청지질은 체격과 밀접한 상관이 있으며 다른 무기성분과 상관관계를 보면 식이나트륨과 아연은 혈청지질 성분과 구리의 배설은 중성지방의 성분과 상관이 있었다. To compare the dietary and urinary minerals with serum lipid and minerals, this study was carried out on 30 rural housewives in Kyunggi area. Mean intake of energy was 1770.3㎉ and protein 55.59 per day. Mineral intakes per day were measured ; sodium 4330㎎, phosphorus 485.7㎎, calcium 388.0㎎, zinc 8.99㎎ and copper 2.23㎎. Urinary minerals were analysed ; sodium 4379㎎, phosphorus 371.3㎎, calcium 190.0㎎, zinc 328.0㎎ and copper 49,6㎎. Serum contents of lipid and minerals were ; cholesterol 169.0㎎%, triglyceride 70.6㎎%, β-lipoprotein 304.9㎎%, sodium 142.3mM, phosphorus 3.94㎎%, calcium 9.06㎎%, zinc 1215.7ppb and copper 620.0ppb. Dietary sodium and zinc, urinary copper were significantly related with serum lipids.
