배기 소음 저감을 위한 반사형 저정압 경량 소음기 개발

Recently many companies make an effort to reduce noise for a civil complaint because a civil affairs is important to image of company. Coating factory of K plant is being constructed with the soundproofing measures to solve a civil complaint. In this study practical exhaust noise is measured and analyzed. The silencer is developed to satisfy on field condition. The silencer is required to have low pressure drop, lightweight and excellence reduction at 160Hz band of 1/3Octave. Types of the silencer are resonator and expansion. The result of insertion loss is 22dB at 160Hz band on KS I ISO7235 standard and 10dB overall noise level on field.

In the engineering field, sloshing in rolling vessel is a hot issue because of the connection with ship stability problem. The sloshing phenomena also can be utilized in the field of structure or facility vibration damper. This paper explores the possibility which sloshing of multi-particles can be used to dissipate energy in a rolling container. Some of the parameters expected to dissipates energy, such as vessel size, particle size, mass fraction and ramp height, have been experimentally and theoretically studied.
