        가전제품의 하역 중 낙하충격에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate dropping shock of household electric appliances during mat erials handling. Microwave oven (18ℓ), TV (16˝) and washing machine (6.2kg) were singled out as the study items. From the results of dropping test by KS A 1026 (General Rules of Performance Testing for Packaged Freights), relative equations were gained as follow : y = 0.0863x + 10.032 for microwave oven , y = 0.136x + 7.85 for TV and y = 0.214x + 5.8 for washing machine (where y is G- fact or and x is Dropping height ). The maximum values of dropping shock during materials handling were measured t o be 11∼14G for microwave oven , 12∼15G for TV and 10∼12G for washing machine. The maximum shocks of microwave oven, TV and washing machine during materials handling were corresponding to dropping shocks of dropping height 45.98cm, 52.57cm and 28.97cm by KS A 1026.

        2017-2020 기계체조 채점규칙 개정에 따른 마루운동 연기내용 분석

        이 연구는 2017년 강원도 양구에서 개최된 제72회 전국종별선수권대회에 참가한 남자 기계체조 마루운동 단체경기 총 125명 중, 115명의 선수들의 연기내용을 2017-2020년 개정된 기계체조 채점규칙 적용시점에서 전국규모 국내대회 공식 첫 대회인 종별선수권대회 남자 마루운동 선수들의 연기내용을 분석하여 국내선수들의 경기력 향상을 위한 중요한 정보제공을 하는데 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 본 연구자가 직접 참관하여 남자 마루운동 단체경기를 sony 캠코더로 직접 촬영하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였고, 백분율을 산출하 기 위해 빈도분석, 두 집단 간 평균 차이에 대한 유의성 검증을 위해 독립 t-검정으로 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, A난도요소의 기술에서 두 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, D, E난도요소의 기술에서 두 집단 간의 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 전체 연기내용에서 두 집단 모두 가장 많이 발휘하는 난도요소가 C난도, D난도, B난도 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 두 집단 모두 앞 공중돌기 요소 그룹(Group Ⅱ)과 뒤 공중돌기 및 아라비안 요소그룹(Group Ⅲ)에서 앞, 뒤로 한 바퀴 공중 돌며 비틀기 요소를 많이 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연기구성에서 감점을 최소화하고 고득점을 얻기 위해서는 0.1~0.2점의 연결가점이 부여되는 앞, 뒤 공중 돌아 비틀기 요소의 기술을 D+B, C난도 또는 D+D난도 이상의 연결기로 연기구성을 해야 하며, 특히 E난도의 Double salto backward tusked with 2/1t 기술과 같은 두 바퀴 공중돌기를 응용한 기술을 실시해야 우수한 성적을 거두는데 유리하게 적용할 것으로 생각된다. This study analyzed the performance of 115 out of 125 male gymnastics floor exercise athletes that participated in the 72th national championships that was held in Yanggu, Gangwon - do, South Korea in 2017, as it was the first national scale public competition that applied the reformed 2017-2020 gymnastics scoring rules. The purpose of this study is to provide important information for the improvement of the national players’performance through the analysis. To accomplish this goal, the researcher directly participated and took a video of the male floor exercise group competition with a Sony camcorder. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program to calculate the mean and standard deviation, the percentage using frequency analysis, and to verify the significance of the difference between the two groups using the independent t-test. The following results were found. First, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the technology of the A difficulty. Second, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the technology of the D and E difficulty. Third, the most preferable difficulty found in the total performance of the two groups were in the order C, D, and B. Fourth, it was found that both groups preferred the front and back single-air-turn-and-twist factor from the front air-turn factor group (Group Ⅱ) and the backwards-air- turn-and-arabian factor group (Group Ⅲ). Fifth, it is assumed that in order to minimize the deduction points and obtain high scores in the performance composition, it is necessary to connect difficulty D+B, C, or difficulty higher than D+D to the front and back air-turn-and-twist factor technique, to earn the 0.1~0.2 connecting technique points. The E difficulty technique that applies two-turn-air-turns like the double salto backward tusked with 2/1t technique must especially be performed to have the advantage of receiving an excellent result.

        세계우수선수와 국내우수선수들의 철봉종목 연기내용 비교분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of excellent athletes in the horizontal bar event at the Olympic and World Championships and to provide information to Korean athletes to help improve their competitiveness. Methods: All 24 athletes who participated in the 2021 World Championships, Tokyo Olympics Finals and National Team Final Selection Battle Iron Bar Event were divided into 3 groups for each competition, and competition videos and scoring votes were collected. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, technical statistics, one-way ANOVA, and post-analysis (Tukey) using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program. Results: First, as a result of the analysis of the performance difficulty level of the horizontal bar event, it was found that the D difficulty level was the most preferred in all groups. Next, the world's best players preferred the E and C difficulty levels, and the Korean players preferred the C and E difficulty levels, and there was a difference between the groups. Second, the starting score differed significantly among the groups in the order of the World Championships (6.400), the Tokyo Olympics (5.987), and National team (5.125). Third, the postponement difficulty between the populations showed a significant difference in the difficulty of B, E, and G. Here, it was confirmed that the low B difficulty level was carried out by many Korean players, and the high E and G difficulty levels were carried out by many world-class players. Fourth, it was found that the connection technology would do 4 times each only at the World Championships and the Tokyo Olympics group, and it was almost confirmed by the connection technology of the Tkatchev series. On the other hand, Korean players did not include the connection technique in their performances. Conclusion: The world stage horizontal bar event high-ranking strategy includes high-difficulty techniques of E-difficulty or higher in the performance to increase the starting score. and will be necessary to perform the linking technique with the “Tkatchev” skills, which has relatively no deduction points, so that linking points can be received. 목적: 본 연구는 올림픽 및 세계선수권대회 철봉종목 우수선수들의 연기내용을 분석하여 우리나라 선수들에게 경기력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있도록 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 방법: 2021년 세계선수권대회, 도쿄올림픽 결승경기와 국가대표 최종선발전 철봉종목 참가선수 총24명을 각대회별 3개 집단으로 구분하였으며, 경기영상 및 채점표를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 일원변량분산분석 사후분석(Tukey)을 실시하였다. 결과: 첫째, 철봉종목의 연기구성 난이도에 대한 분석결과 모든 집단에서 D난이도를 가장 선호하는 것으로나타났다. 다음으로 선호하는 난이도는 세계우수선수가 E, C난이도를 우리나라선수는 C, E난이도를 선호하여집단 간에 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 시작점수는 세계선수권(6.400), 도쿄올림픽(5.987), 국가대표 최종선발전(5.125) 순서로 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 집단 간 연기구성 난이도는 B, E, G 난이도에 유의한차이가 나타났다. 여기서 낮은 B난이도는 우리나라 선수들이 많이 실시하고, 높은 E, G 난이도는 세계우수선수들이 많이 실시하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 넷째, 연결기술에서 세계선수권대회, 도쿄올림픽 집단에서만 4회씩실시하는 것으로 나타났고, 대부분 Tkatchev 계열의 연결 기술로 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 우리나라 선수들은연결기술을 연기내용에 포함하지 않았다. 결론: 세계무대 철봉종목 상위입상 전략은 E난이도 이상의 고난이도 기술을 연기구성에 포함하여 시작점수를높이고, 비교적 감점이 없는 “Tkatchev” 기술로 연결기술을 실시하여 연결가점을 받을 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다

        With three kinds of agricultural products such as perilla leaves, this research is focussed on how to keep a freshness of agricultural products during long time transport by sea. In case of export fresh agricultural products by sea, research on products loading method onto the pallet is very important factor for keeping effective cold air circulation inside the freezing marine container. Details are as follows: Clear examination of palletization for cold air ventilation inside the container. Optimization of package dimension for best loading efficiency onto the standard pallet. Best layout of palletized products inside the container. Research for the change of circumstance and product quality inside the pack.

        기상 가수분해에 의한 순수 TiO2 초미립자의 제조

        The pure TiO2 particles have been prepared in vapor-phase hydrolysis of titanium tetraisopropoxide(TTIP). The rate of TTIP hydrolysis was so fast that the overall rate of formation of TiO2 was controlled by the rate of mixing of TTIP and H2O. Thus, the primary TiO2 particles were prepared in nano sizes to form chainlike aggregates due to rapid coagulation. The pure TiO2 particles as prepared were amorphous at the reactor set temperatures below 400℃ and became anatase at the temperatures of 450℃ above while the weak rutile peaks were also observed above 800℃. The actual size of primary particles as prepared were reduced by increasing the reactor set temperature while their crystalline sizes as well as BET sizes increased by post-sintering.

        트럭수송에 의한 전기ㆍ전자 제품의 진동충격에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate vibration shock of electric appliances during transport. Microwave oven, TV, washing machine and refrigerator were singled out as the study items. Transport courses were selected as follow ; an expressway between Kumi and Seoul for TV, an expressway between Kwangju and Seoul for microwave oven and washing machine, a national road between Inchon and Seoul for refrigerator. the values of vibration shock were measured to be ${\sim}3G$ on the national road and 1G on the expressway for up and down direction, ${\sim}0.5G$ on the national road and expressway for back and forth direction and ${\sim}0.8G$ on the national road and expressway for right and left direction. There was no damage during transport. These values were corresponding to grade II of KS A 1026 (General Rules of Performance Testing for Packaged Freights).
