Actinomycosis is a chronic, progressive, suppurative, indolent disease which appears to be difficult to establish a correct preoperative diagnosis. Bacause pelvic actinomycosis has variable nonspecific clinical manifestations. A cause of pelvic actinomycosis is secondary to the seeding of upper genital tract from other intraabdominal or hematogenous dissemination, especially, ascending pelvic actinomycosis is related to a long time intrauterine device (IUD) inserted state. The causative agent is a branching, gram positive anaerobic or microaerobic organism, not fung. We experienced a case of actinomycosis in IUD user, discovered pathologically on endocervical currettage, thereafter managed with high dose penicillin, followed up with periodic imaging studies.
충진탑식 흡수 제습장치의 성능 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

In this study, the performance characteristics of packed tower for absorption dehumidifier system using liquid desiccant was analyzed experimentally with packing materials. Operating parameters were solution temperature, solution flow rate, solution concentration, inlet air temperature, air absolute humidity, air flow rate. With experimental data, dehumidification rate, contact efficiency and absorbing potential were calculated. The result of this study suggested optimal design conditions for absorption dehumidifier system.

In this study, the performance characteristics of packed tower for liquid desiccant absorption dehumidifier system using as lithium chloride-water solution were investigated. experimentally. The effect of operating parameters such as packed tower height and packing material size was analyzed. The result of this study can be used for the guide of optimal design conditions for absorption dehumidifier system.
