기존의 삼계용 토종닭 품종과 GSP 육종을 통해 개발 중인 신품종 토종닭 후보라인의 도체 및 육질 특성을 비교하기 위해, 동일 조건에서 사육한 5주령의 한협3호(H), 백세미(W), 토종닭 후보라인 3계통(A, C, D)으로 구성된 250수를 도축하여 도체형질을 측정하고, 가슴육을 이용하여 육질성분과 특성을 분석하였다. 도체중은 W가 875.10 g으로 가장 높았고, 후보라인A가 537.54 g으로 가장 낮았다(P<0.05). W는 브로일러의 특성인 가슴살의 비율이 높고, 가슴살의 지방함량도 높았다. 후보라인 3계통은 H와 W보다 linoleic acid(C18:2)의 함량이 높았다. 특히 후보라인 중 A와 D는 토종닭에서 특징적으로 많이 함유되어 있는arachidonic acid(C20:4) 함량이 C에 비해 높았다. 전반적인 지방산 조성에서 후보라인 A와 D는 대조구 H와 유사하였으며, 후보라인 C는 W와 유사한 경향을 보여 흥미로웠다. 백세미(W) 보다는 시중 토종닭(H)과 유사한 지방산 조성을 보인 후보라인 A와 D의 관능평가 점수가 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 기존의 삼계용 토종닭과 백세미를 대체하는 새로운 품질특성을 지닌 삼계용 토종닭 개발의 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것이다. The carcass and meat quality of new native chicken strains (A, C, and D) being developed in the Golden Seed Project for Samgyetang were compared with a commercial native chicken (Hanhyup No. 3, H) and Baeksemi (white semi broiler, W) strains. In total, 250 male chicks were raised under the same feeding and raising conditions for 5 weeks. After slaughter, the carcass weight and percentage yield of parts from each strain were measured and the physicochemical quality traits (general composition, color values, fatty acid composition, and sensory evaluation) of breast muscles were comparatively analyzed. The carcass weight (875.10 g) of the W strain was significantly heavier than that of the other native chicken strains, while that of A strain (537.54 g) was the lowest. The percentage yield of breast meat was also higher in the W strain than in the other strains. The fat content of W strain was higher than that of the other native chicken strains. The new native chicken strains (A, C, D) had higher contents of linoleic acid (C18:2) than the H strain. The A and D strains especially showed relatively high content of arachidonic acid (C20:4), a characteristic fatty acid in native chicken meats. On the other hand, the fatty acid composition of C strain was similar to that of the W strain. This study provides important information on specific quality characteristics than can be used to select new native chicken lines for breeding program.
Snort 2.9.0 환경을 위한 TCAM 기반 점핑 윈도우 알고리즘의 성능 분석

스마트 폰 이용자의 급격한 증가에 따른 무선 네트워크의 지원 및 모바일 환경은 언제 어디서나 네트워크를 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 인터넷 망의 발달로 인해 네트워크 트래픽이 급증함으로써 네트워크를 통한 분산서비스 공격, 인터넷 웜, 이메일 바이러스 등의 다양한 악의적인 공격이 증가되고 이에 따른 패턴이 급격하게 증가하는 추세이다. 기존 연구에서 침입탐지시스템인 Snort2.1.0 룰의 약 2,000개 패턴으로 M-바이트 점핑 윈도우 알고리즘을 적용한 결과를 분석하였다. 하지만 점핑 윈도우 알고리즘은 패턴의 길이와 수에 큰 영향을 받기 때문에 더 긴 패턴과 더 많은 패턴을 갖는 새로운 환경(Snort 2.9.0)에서 TCAM 룩업 횟수와 TCAM 메모리크기에 대한 새로운 분석이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 Snort-2.9.0 룰에서 약 8,100개의 패턴을 이용하여 윈도우 크기별 TCAM 룩업 횟수와 TCAM의 크기를 시뮬레이션 했고 그 결과를 분석하였다. Snort 2.1.0에서는 16-바이트 윈도우에서 9Mb의 TCAM이 최적을 효과를 낼 수 있는 반면, Snort 2.9.0에서는 16-바이트 윈도우에서 18Mb TCAM 4개를 캐스케이딩으로 연결할 경우 최적의 효과를 낼 수 있다. Wireless network support and extended mobile network environment with exponential growth of smart phone users allow us to utilize the network anytime or anywhere. Malicious attacks such as distributed DOS, internet worm, e-mail virus and so on through high-speed networks increase and the number of patterns is dramatically increasing accordingly by increasing network traffic due to this internet technology development. To detect the patterns in intrusion detection systems, an existing research proposed an efficient algorithm called the jumping window algorithm and analyzed approximately 2,000 patterns in Snort 2.1.0, the most famous intrusion detection system. using the algorithm. However, it is inappropriate from the number of TCAM lookups and TCAM memory efficiency to use the result proposed in the research in current environment (Snort 2.9.0) that has longer patterns and a lot of patterns because the jumping window algorithm is affected by the number of patterns and pattern length. In this paper, we simulate the number of TCAM lookups and the required TCAM size in the jumping window with approximately 8,100 patterns from Snort-2.9.0 rules, and then analyse the simulation result. While Snort 2.1.0 requires 16-byte window and 9Mb TCAM size to show the most effective performance as proposed in the previous research, in this paper we suggest 16-byte window and 4 18Mb-TCAMs which are cascaded in Snort 2.9.0 environment.

Intussusception is a serious disease where part of the intestine slides into an adjacent part of the intestine. Adult intussusception is mainly due to benign or malignant neoplasm. Therefore, in most cases of adult intussusception, treatment by surgery would be preferable to conservative therapy. However, we report on a 28-year-old female patient who underwent intussusception operation delayed 3 months. Abdominal computed tomography 3 months ago showed a small bowel intussusception measuring 20 cm long. Three months later, the previously identified small bowel intussusception appeared without change. The patient underwent surgery, and ectopic gastric mucosa was observed in the biopsy. Therefore, Meckel`s diverticulum was diagnosed.

We report a case of a 73-year-old male with multiple, metachronous primary malignancies. He presented with adenocarcinoma of the stomach with transverse colon invasion followed by bladder cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, urothelial cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma, in that order, over 10 years. While these multiples malignancies were separate entities, they shared several etiologic factors, including smoking. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first description of five metachronous malignancies in a Korean patient. (Korean J Med 2019;94:114-118)
고객가치 제공을 위한 TRIZ 발명원리 분석: TV 제품 특허를 중심으로

This study aims to propose the invention principles of helping to devise patents that can provide customers with better values when companies develop the patents on TV products. 346 patents on TV products were used for the analysis of TRIZ invention principles and the customer value. 8 items for the customer value were categorized through the determinants of TV replacement presented by NPD DisplaySearch and TV patents were analyzed by the items. As a result of the patent analysis, 23 principles among the total 40 TRIZ invention principles were found to be embedded on TV patents, of which 10 principles accounted for 80% of the total. The invention principle ‘Feedback’ occupied the highest frequency of use, and the lowest was ‘Curvature increase/Spheroidality’. The frequency analysis result of customer values included on TV patents showed that the highest ‘Ease of use’ and the lowest ‘Stereoscopic image’. In addition, we found that there is no significant difference between TV patents and NPD DisplaySearch’s ranking in customer value. From the result, it can be concluded that it is effective to use 'Feedback' and 'Preliminary action' principles for devising patents providing highly preferred customer value.

In hot forming process, the dies in which excessive worn or crack occurs is reused after repair. Generally hot forming dies are recycled through a welding repair method. Welding repair methods are highly dependent on the skills of engineer. It causes process defects such as dimensional defects and structural defects. Recently, the metal 3D printing method has been applied to the repair of used dies. The aim of this study is to evaluate the wear characteristics of AISI H13 tool steel repaired by 3D printing method. Three kinds of wear specimens were fabricated by using 3D printing, welding, and initial material. A pin-on-disk wear test was carried out to evaluate the wear characteristics. From the result of wear test, the wear characteristics of 3D printing method was superior to that of the welded material, and was similar to that of the initial material.
고혈압 환자에서 24 시간 활동 혈압과 좌심실비대와의 상관관계에 대한 연구

Background: 24-hour noninvasive ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) has been shown to be superior to casual BP in predicting target organ involvement in patients with hypertension and assessing anti-hypertensive therapy. This study was done to examine the relation of BP decline from day to night to the echocardiographic parameters of left ventricular anatomy in unselected hypertensive patients and normotensive subjects undergoing 24-hour noninvasive ABPM. Methods: The effect of variation of blood pressure on the echocardiographic parameters of left ventricular hypertrophy were investigated in 71 consecutive subjects. (47 patients with essential hypertension and 24 healthy normotensive subjects). 24-hour noninvasive ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and cross-sectional and M-mode echocardiography were done to examine the relation between ABPM and echocardiographic LVH. Results: 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure was lower than casual blood pressure, and weak relation was noted particularly in patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension. The continuous monitoring of BP throughout day shows characteristic circadian pattern. The highest BP was recorded at 10 am and lowest value was at 2 am-4 am. Ambulatory daytime blood pressure (6 am-8pm) was higher 15% than night-time blood pressure (8 pm-6 am), The correlation coefficient of daytime systolic blood pressure was r=0.42 (p<0.01), twenty-four hours systolic BP was r=0.41 (p<0.05). The daytime and 24 hours systolic BP seems to be more closely related to LVH than night-time BP, but the correlation was not high enough in our study. Conclusion: 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is more useful than casual BP in patients with hypertension, and LVH in echocardiography is more closely related to daytime and 24 hours systolic BP than night-time BP.
