Min-Hash를 이용한 효율적인 대용량 그래프 클러스터링 기법

Graph clustering is widely used to analyze a graph and identify the properties of a graph by generating clusters consisting of similar vertices. Recently, large graph data is generated in diverse applications such as Social Network Services (SNS), the World Wide Web (WWW), and telephone networks. Therefore, the importance of graph clustering algorithms that process large graph data efficiently becomes increased. In this paper, we propose an effective clustering algorithm which generates clusters for large graph data efficiently. Our proposed algorithm effectively estimates similarities between clusters in graph data using Min-Hash and constructs clusters according to the computed similarities. In our experiment with real-world data sets, we demonstrate the efficiency of our proposed algorithm by comparing with existing algorithms.

The purpose of this study was to help the people of Kangwondo participate more actively in sport for all. In order to do this purpose we investigated the present conditions of Kangwondo, organizations of sport for all, operational programs and employment- disposition of sport leaders by the government, there after we came to following conclusions. 1. We should employ regional University, Kangwon Development Instituteflffll) to regularly find out about the participation of Kangwon people in sport activities and actively reflect these results in political policies. 2. There should be a way for the personnel of regional conference of sport for all to ensure his livelihood and position in society. There should be financial and administrative supports for the executive office and legal basis for supporting to organizations of sport for all. 3. Events for the Sport Day should be managed well by organizations . group for sports and educational institution, and during the Sport Day sports facilities should be opened for free in order to induce the participation of many various class of people. 4. The government should raise the living cost for sport leader in order to make them work with motivation. Also the government should take into account the regional actual conditions and lower the age limit and the qualification standard.

The purpose of this study is to define the concept of Hilly/Mountainous and Less-Favored Areas from the viewpoint of agricultural infrastructure, and to establish selection criteria and categorize of that areas. Using three type guidelines which were the rates of forest(above 50%), farmhouse population(above 50%) and infrastructure improvement(below 50%), the regions of 605 Eup·Myon were selected to Hilly/Mountainous and Less-Favored Area. And for applying to regional development planning, the regions of eup·myon were classified 4 types using average of the rate of forest and aged farmhouse population(75%, 17.T%). To conserve the farmland in Hilly/Mountainous and Less-Favored Areas, it requires continuous research on systematic approach method. Especially, it is necessary to investigate a development formula according to farmland scale and desolated degree through analysis of the actual condition of farmland.

분석결과를 통해 도출된 서울시 아파트 전세 및 매매가격 결정요인의 특성 변화를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시 아파트의 전세 및 매매가격은 시점에 관계없이 공통적으로 지역경제 변수가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 결정요인으로 작용하고 있었으며, 교육시설 변수와 쾌적성 변수는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서울시 아파트의 매매가격은 시점에 관계없이 상대적으로 단지규모 변수와 단지밀도 변수의 영향이 강하게 나타난 데 반해, 전세가격은 편의성 변수와 건설사 지명도 변수의 영향이 강하게 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 서울시 아파트 전세가격은 2005 년에 비해 상대적으로 2010 년에는 물리·사회적 환경변수, 단지밀도 변수의 영향이 감소한 데 반해, 문화·생태적 환경 변수의 영향은 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서울시 아파트 매매가격은 문화·생태적 환경 변수의 영향이 증가한 것 외에는 큰 변화를 보이지 않은 가운데 지역경제, 단지규모, 단지밀도 등의 변수가 지속적인 영향력을 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 서울시 아파트의 전세 및 매매가격은 공통적으로 2005 년에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났던 주택보급률 변수가 2010 년에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 주택규모 변수는 그 영향이 감소한 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to find the determining factors for apartment rental and sale prices and analyze changing characteristics with 2005 and 2010. According to the analysis of changing of characteristics for determining factor of rental and transaction price of apartment in Seoul, the result shows the following. First, rental and transaction price of apartment in Seoul is strong influenced by variable of regional economy regardless of times and is not influenced by variable of number of education facilities and of comfort. Second, transaction price of apartments in Seoul is strong influenced by variable of apartment complex size and apartment complex density regardless of time. However, rental price is strong influenced by variable of convenience and of well-known construction companies. Third, the impact which are influenced by variable of physical and social environment and of apartment complex size of rental price in Seoul are decreased in 2010 rather than 2005. However, the impact which is influenced by variable of the cultural and ecological environment is increased rental price of apartment in Seoul. Fourth, transaction price of apartment in Seoul doesn’t change much better excluding culture, eco environmental variable, keeping continuous influence apartment complex size, apartment complex density and so on. Fifthly, diffusion ratio of house variable which doesn’t affect transaction and rental price of apartment in Seoul in 2005 affected transaction and rental price of apartment in Seoul in 2010 and influence of housing Size variable decreases.

남북사회문화교류ㆍ협력으로서의 체육교류ㆍ협력 확대방안 연구

The purpose of this study is to consider how to magnify sports exchange and cooperation with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea. Through considerations of all problems of policy which sports exchange and cooperation have with social and cultural exchange and cooperation how to magnify sports exchange and cooperation as follows. All problems of policy which sports exchange and cooperation have with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea: First, it is insufficient to insist strongly an actively driving will and necessity about spats exchange and cooperation. Second, it is insufficient to establish the foundation of popular support and connect the policy about sports exchange and cooperation. Third, the policy cooperation with local governments is unsatisfied, and the approach about liquidity of social environment is not enough. Fourth, it is insufficient to develop a special policy about sports exchange and cooperation, and to train the organizations taking full responsibility and experts. How to magnify sports exchange and cooperation with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea: First, it is necessary to clarify an actively driving will to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Second, it is necessary to revise a middle and long-range master plan to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Third, it is necessary to activate and have sports meeting regularly to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Fourth, it is necessary to set up a cooperation system with driving policies to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Fifth, it is necessary to diversify driving ways to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Sixth, it is necessary to build up an international cooperation system to magnify sports exchange and cooperation.

스테레오 비전 기반의 스마트 에어백 시스템

Occupant classification in the car is an essential issue for an advanced airbag system. The present paper describes a stereovision based occupant classification system (OCS) within an embedded system, by which triggering of the airbag deployment can be intelligently controlled. The embedded system consists of dual Digital Signal Processors; one is for stereo matching algorithm and the other is for computing an SVM algorithm for the OCS. Performance was evaluated using out stereo image database. Results suggest that the system is satisfactory as an embedded OCS system.

강원도 체육환경이 도민의 생활체육에 미치는 영향

The propose of this study is to investigate the effect of exercise environment in gangwon provincial people. This study investigate the cognition of Health and exercise for enlargement of sports for all, leisure, physical activity and contents, existing of sports for all, physical activity environment and cognition existing of participations. The results are as follows; 1. The cognition about health of provincial people is comparatively high but equipments are insufficient and understanding of knowledge is low in the actual circumstances. Therefore, Expansion of equipment is continually achieved for easily participate in local area and positively opening and equipment of public care into private care needed. 2. Directors of Sports for all are arranged and administrated according to the government policy but it's hard to show their ability due to the lack of public information. Therefore, We have to develop program fit in the local actual condition, qualification acquisitors are arranged in vary events which induce motivation through a information and counsel for participation. We realize a living cost for role acquisition of instructor's their volition. 3. Sports for all activity are affirmative effect in family, job and society. But The rate of participation is lowly expected due to official relationship and lack of time. Therefore, We introduce the work of five-day week in sooner or later, enlarge leisure time, makes environment for participate in sports for all.
