본 연구의 목적은 중증장애인을 대상으로 사이코드라마를 실시한 후 그 참여 경험의 의미와 본질을 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 장애인 시설에 거주하는 중증장애인 10명을 대상으로 사이코드라마를 실시한 후 실연과정에 대한 자료와 면담자료를 Giorgi 기술적 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과 3개의 구성요소와 7개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 3개의 구성요소는 ‘내안에 있는 아픈 과거를 들춰냄’, ‘관계회복을 위한 시도들’, ‘더 나은 미래를 위해 현재에 충실함’ 등이었다. 본 연구를 통해 사이코드라마가 중증장애인들에게 자신을 개방할 수 있는 용기를 주었으며, 타인뿐만 아니라 자신을 만나는 참 만남이 이루어졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 토대로 시설거주 장애인을 위한 사이코드라마 진행의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to study the meaning and nature of the experience of participation after conducting a psychodrama for people with severe disabilities. To this end, data from the psychodrama of 10 persons with severe disabilities living in facilities with disabilities were analyzed by the Giorgi technical phenomenological research method, resulting in three components and seven subcomponents. The three components were: ‘Discovering the painful past in me,’ ‘Tries to restore relations’ and ‘Fidelity to the present for a better future.’ Through this study, we found that psychodrama gave people with severe disabilities the courage to open themselves and that there was a true meeting between them as well as others. Based on this study, we were able to confirm the need to utilize psychodrama for the disabled living in the facility.

중년기 기혼여성의 사이코드라마 참여 후 자아실현 경험에 관한 연구: 포토보이스를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 사이코드라마와 포토보이스를 참여한 중년기 기혼여성들의 자아실현 경험을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도에 거주하는 중년기 기혼여성 6명을 대상으로 사이코드라마 진행후 포토보이스를 실시하였다. 연구 참여자들은 사이코드라마 참여 당시의 경험과 그 이후의 변화경험을 나타낼 수 있는 사진을 촬영한 후 집단토론을 통해 사진에 담겨있는 의미와 느낌을 공유하였다. 자료 분석은 주제 분석 방법을 활용하였으며, 분석결과 3개의 주제와 7개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 3개의 주제는 ‘원하는 것이 무엇인지 알지 못한 채 살아온 삶’, ‘재발견의 시간’, ‘나를 인정하는 삶’ 등이었다. 본 연구를 통해 중년기 기혼여성들은 사이코드라마와 포토보이스를 통해 자신을 알아차릴 수 있었으며, 도전할 수 있는 용기를 가질 수 있었고, 자기를 사랑할 수 있었으며, 나눔의 행복을 실천할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to explore the self-realization experiences of middle-aged married women who participated in psychodrama and photovoice. To this end, a photovoice was conducted for six middle-aged married women living in Gyeonggi-do after conducting psychodrama. Participants in the study shared the meaning and feelings of the photographs through a collective discussion after taking pictures that could represent their experiences of psychodrama participation and subsequent changes. Topic analysis methods were utilized for data analysis, and three topics and seven subtopics were derived from the analysis. The three topics were “Life that has lived without knowing what it wants,” “Time to rediscover” and “Life that recognizes me.” Through this study, middle-aged married women were able to recognize themselves through psychodrama and photo-voice, have the courage to challenge themselves, love themselves, and practice sharing happiness.

화상회의를 이용한 온라인 사이코드라마 참여 경험에 대한 질적 연구

본 연구는 화상회의를 이용한 온라인 사이코드라마 참여 경험에 대한 질적 연구이다. 연구 참여자는 2020년 8월부터 10월까지 Zoom을 이용한 온라인 사이코드라마에 참여한 사이코드라마 전문가 6명이며, Giorgi의 기술적 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 7개의 구성요소와 18개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었으며, 구성요소는 ‘새로운 도전’, ‘만남의 확장’, ‘가벼운 마음으로 참여’, ‘치유의 시간’, ‘집단 응집력 저하’, ‘경험 부족으로 인한 어려움’, ‘성장 가능성 발견’ 등으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 최근 실시한 화상회의에 의한 온라인 사이코드라마가 발전할 수 있는 가능성이 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 또한 온라인 사이코드라마가 치유의 효과가 있다는 것을 입증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 본다. This study is a qualitative study on the experience of participating in online psychodrama using videoconference. The participants were six psychodrama experts who participated in online psychodrama using Zoom from August to October 2020, and analyzed by Giorgi's descriptive phenomenological research method. The results of the study showed that 7 components and 18 sub-components were derived, and the components were ‘new challenge’, ‘expanding meeting’, ‘participation with a light mind’, ‘time of healing’, ‘degradation of group cohesion’, ‘difficulty due to lack of experience’, and ‘discovery of growth potential’. This study showed that online psychodrama by videoconference conducted recently in Korea could develop, and it is meaningful in that it proved that online psychodrama have healing effects.

현대 사회에서 ‘멘토링’은 시간적 기회비용 소모가 크고 효과적인 멘토링이 되지 못한다는 문제에도 불구하고 다양한 분야로 범위를 넓히고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 유사도 측정 알고리즘과 아이템 기반 협업 필터링을 사용한 멘토-멘티 매칭 시스템을 제안한다. 유사도 측정을 통해 멘토와 멘티는 매칭을 위한 시간적 기회비용을 줄이고 유사성이 깊은 멘토-멘티간 멘토링 효과가 높다는 연구결과에 의거 효과적인 멘토링을 할 수 있다. 또한 추가적으로 신규 멘티를 위한 아이템 기반 협업 필터링을 이용하여 멘토의 추천 정확도를 높혔다. 효과적인 매칭 시스템이 되기 위해 시스템에 정보가 쌓이는 시간이 필요하며 멘토 멘티가 생각하는 우선순위에 대한 가중치에 대하여 더욱 연구할 계획이다. In modern society, "mentorship" has expanded to a variety of areas despite the issues of match-making and ineffective instruction. In order to solve these problems, my team proposes a mentor-mentee pairing system that uses a similarity measurement algorithm and parameter based collaborative filtering. Mentors and mentees reduce time opportunity costs by using similarity measurements based on studies that show the effectiveness of tutorship between compatible persons. In addition, using parameter based collaborative filtering increases a mentor"s recommendation accuracy for new mentees. In order to become an effective matching system, it needs to accumulate information to further study and improve the weighing of priorities considered by the mentor and mentee.
