        이동평균선의 교차매매전략을 이용한 재고관리 : H사의 사례연구

        최근 제조업체는 급변하는 경영상황에 능동적으로 대응하고 제품군의 지속적인 경쟁력 확보를 위해 적정 한 생산계획을 수립하여 운영하고 있다. 특히 공급계획을 수립하고 운영 관리하는 측면에서 재고관리는 기업의 생 산관리 수준을 알 수 있는 핵심요소이다. 따라서 제조업체의 수요변화를 고려한 탄력적 재고관리는 고객이 요구하 는 납기를 준수하고 적정한 재고보유를 통하여 재고비용의 감소, 나아가 기업의 수익증대를 가져오게 한다. 그러 나 대다수의 국내 중소제조업체는 다품종 소량생산 형태로 고객의 주문이 비정기적이고 변동폭이 심한 경우가 많 아 수요예측에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이동평균법으로 도출한 장단기 이동평균선의 교차매매전 략을 이용하여 차량 보수용부품의 수요추세를 파악하고 적정 재고수준을 알기 쉽게 도출하는 H사의 사례연구를 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 여기에서 제안된 방법은 성수기와 비수기의 수요변동이 큰 기업들의 재고관리비용 절감 에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다. Recently, manufacturers have established and operated appropriate production plans to actively respond to rapidly changing business conditions and to secure continuous competitiveness of product lines. In particular, in terms of establishing and operating a supply plan, inventory management is a key factor in understanding a company's level of production management. Therefore, flexible inventory management in consideration of changes in manufacturers' demands can lead to a reduction in inventory costs and an increase in corporate profits through proper inventory retention and compliance with delivery times required by customers. However, most small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Korea are having difficulty in forecasting demand as customers' orders are irregular and fluctuate in the form of small-scale production of a variety of products. Therefore, in this study, we propose an inventory management technique of Company H that grasps the demand trend of vehicle maintenance parts and easily derives the appropriate inventory level by using the cross-selling strategy of moving average lines derived by the moving average method.

      • 한국 열린교육의 효율적 실천 방안

        Even though ten years has passed since open education had been introduced in korea, our open education is still in infant stage, and inappropriate open education which imitating the surface or the partial feature of open education is unfolding. Open education can not be effectively implemented only when invidualization of teaching and personalization of study are introduced to our teaching-learning phases. The purpose of this study was to search for the direction of open education in Korea. Specifically, this study reviewed the characteristics and background of open education, examined problems which our open education practices are facing, and suggested guidelines for our future open education practices. The conclusion derived from this study are as follows. Firstly, as for the goals for Open education, we should bring about changes in the teacher's conception of open education so that high order cognitive goals have the highest priority and affective goals have the second priority. In this way the failure of open education in other courties, which was blamed for the loweredness of children's basic skills does not have to be repeated in Korea. Secondly, in teaching-learning situations, learners instead of teachers should be in the center of the classroom processes so that learners themselves could assume the responsibility for their learning. To do this, multisequences of contents and varied instructional methods as well as flexible groupings should be adopted in the classrooms. Thirdly, as for the administrative aspects, teachers should be provided with many on-the-job training courses to acquire update teaching skills including text analysis and evaluation procedures needed to implement open education. Teachers should also be provided with abundant instructional materials as well as equipments and facilities in order to adopt flexible instructional sequences, individualized instructions, and varied groupings.

      • 액체 연료 액적들의 배열 및 크기차이가 증발 및 연소특성에 미치는 영향

        The burning characteristics of interacting droplets with internal circulation in a convective flow are numerically investigated at various particle arrangement and size difference. In this simulation some conditions are fixed, surround gas temperature is 1250K, pressure is 10 atm and drolet's initial temperature is 300K. The transient combustion of arranged droplets, the fixed droplet distances of 4 radii to 20 radii horizontally, is studied. And the range of size of droplet is 75㎛ to 100㎛. The results obtained from the present numerical analysis reveal that the transient flame configuration and retardation of droplet internal motion with the horizontal spacing substantially influence lifetime of interacting droplets. At a Reynolds number 10, lifetime of the three droplets with decreasing horizontal droplet spacing increases monotonically. But when droplet spacing decreases further to 4radii, Lifetime of interacting droplets are increase. So Lifetime of interacting droplets exhibits a strong dependence on the horizontal droplet spacing and size difference. It can be investigated well with these conditions to that of single burning droplet.

      • Ruthenium Carbonyl로 부터 제조된 Ru 담지촉매에서의 벤젠수소화반응

        The ion exchange ?? and the carbonyl complex impregnation ?? method were employed to prepare supported Ru catalysts encaged in the pores of X zeolites (NaX, Na-cluster X, KX), and their catalytic behaviors for benzene hydrogenation were compared. The benzene hydrogenation was performed with a micro reactor operating at atmospheric pressure, temperature of 50-250℃, and hydrogen/benzene ratio of 5.33. The activity of carbonyl derived catalysts was significantly higher that of ion exchanged catalysts. Irrespective of preparation method, the activity decreased in the catalyst sequence of Ru/Na-cluster X>Ru/NaX>V/KX, while the tendency to exhibit deactivation decreased in the sequence of Ru/NaX>Ru/Na-cluster X> Ru/KX. The difference in activity and deactivation pattern was attributed to the surface acid and base property of zeolites. The catalytic behaviors of benzene hydrogenation over Pt/Nylon-66, pt/C [K₂PtCl₄], Ru/Nylon-66 and ?? were also investigated. Pt/Nylon-66 produced substantial amounts of the in termediate, cyclohexene. The activity of all the samples showed a temperature-dependent maximum, but the temperature of activity maximum of supported Ru catalysts lower than that of supported Pt catalysts.

        To develop more compact and light generators which have high capacity, the most important thing that should be considered is the inner cooling system. Under all circumstances, the temperature of rotor and stator windings must be kept below the maximum temperature of insulation to maintain reliability and prolong durability of the machine. Therefore, the development of more effective cooling system and the exact prediction of windings are essential to produce our unique generator model which is reliable and competitive in international market. In this study, the flow of cooling air and the temperature distribution of winding is analyzed by using computational fluid dynamics. This analysis can lead to optimize the structure of cooling system and predict a local temperature rise.
