In the present study, design and manufacturing of plastic injection mold with cavity pressure and temperature sensor were performed for tensile test specimen. To design a molding system, standard system of mold-base and international standard of tensile test specimen were used. The dimensions of cavity and core part were defined by this standard. Cavity pressure and temperature sensors were placed on the side of fixed platen of injection mold machine to prevent them from external impact damage. The variations of cavity pressure and temperature in injection mold can be obtained by presented system.
사출성형과정의 잔류응력을 고려한 표준인장시편의 선형구조해석

In this study, an injection mold of tensile test specimen was manufactured by international standard. Pressure and temperature in the cavity of the injection mold was measured by sensors. Simulation of injection molding process was performed with the same condition of experiment and linear structural tensile analysis was also performed with the initial condition of the residual stress induced by injection molding analysis. Normalized elastic coefficient of tensile test was compared with that of structural analysis. It was shown that the residual stress induced by injection molding has an effect on both the experiment of tensile test and linear structural analysis.
21" RF BAND ASS'Y BOX 이송용 적재 시스템 개발

A transfer loading system for 21" RF band assembly box was developed in the present study. The weight of a box is approximately 60㎏<SUB>f</SUB> and total weight of one day job per person is about 4,000㎏<SUB>f</SUB>. For an efficient design and manufacturing process, three dimensional design and engineering technique were applied to the presented system. Motion analysis for a popup unit and structural analysis for belt part subjected to the load of box weight were performed, respectively. It was found that the evasion of duty and labor intensity is reduced after appling the developed system to manufacturing field of small and midium business.
사출속도 및 수지온도가 Polycarbonate 인장시편의 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향

An injection molding system for plastic tensile test specimen was designed based on the international standard and manufactured to investigate the effects of injection molding conditions on the mechanical properties of the molded specimen in the present study. To obtain a correct value of pressure and temperature from the presented mold, cavity pressure and temperature sensors were placed on the surface of the mold. Experiments with variations of injection speed and melt temperature were performed and polycarbonate specimens were prepared for the tensile test. It was shown that injection molding processing parameters can have effect on the mechanical properties of the plastic injection molded part.
