      • RIA 검사별 희석실험을 통한 결과의 상한치 검증

        Purpose In the meantime, there have been not many samples that require dilution, and it has been difficult for the examiner to set an appropriate dilution multiple for RIA test item and report the results. Accordingly, it was judged that it was necessary to set the maximum dilution multiple for each test and to verify the upper limit of the clinical reportable range. Therefore, in this study, the maximum dilution multiple for each RIA test was set and the upper limit of the clinical reportable range was verified accordingly Materials and Methods Among all RIA tests conducted at Asan Medical Center, the study treated on 30 types of tests which also conduct the dilution test. Data from March to July 2021 were collected and analyzed. The study was conducted on samples subjected to serial dilutions such as X2, X4 or X10, X10<sup>2</sup>, X10<sup>3</sup>, X10<sup>4</sup>, X10<sup>5</sup>. Results Among a total of 30 test types, 18 test types have more than 5 N values in the tolerance range of 80~120%. As a result of the verification of maximum dilution multiples, the test set to 10<sup>4</sup> is 𝛼-fetoprotein and thyroglobulin, and the test set to 10<sup>3</sup> is CA-125, CEA, and 𝛽-hCG, and the test set to 10<sup>2</sup> is Free PSA, PSA, CA15-3, SCC, Ferritin, PTH, Cortisol, and Calcitonin. Tests set to 10 include three categories: 𝛽2-Microglobulin, C-peptide, and Testosterone. Conclusion It is expected that it will contribute to improving the quality of nuclear medicine blood tests as the results of dilution experiments can be reported quickly and accurately through the verification of the clinical reportable range.

        This study aims to outline the digital process in car design and to define its basic concepts and procedure. The digital design concept like communication, multimedia, interfacing, virtuality, automation have become crucial requirements in designer's work as much as the traditional principles of aesthetics and function. The car design process so far, have been mainly relied on the manual methods by modelers. But, today it is improving the cost, timing, resource and automating routine job of modeling, also profoundly changing the way of the design methodology and practice. But, developing the form of car which is oriented complex surface still have the limitation, expressing the various surface and delicate designer's feeling without making actual physical model. So, it is not the simple way to develop perfect shape organizing all the requirements along with different parts and data. Especially, evaluating the effectiveness of digital process is getting complicated and specialized to carry out the whole process by designer alone. So, designer as a first data producer is responsible for the quality of information and have to know how much the trivial mistake in early stage might be able to influence the whole digital process has not yet been sufficiently investigated. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to pursue the competitive digital process by maximizing the role of designer and understanding the efficiency caused by information network environment. It is very important to understand the feature of digital itself and should be recognized as a kind of the creative process.

        초등학교 안전체험교육 공간 운영 방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the necessary measures for the school safety experience education space to provide the elementary school students with the ability to provide safety education through experiences routinely and repeatedly. For this purpose, we investigated the conditions of safety experience in Jeollabuk-do and the case of other cities as a factor for operating the school safety experience educational space. In order to clarify the appropriateness of this, a questionnaire was conducted for the teachers in the local area. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the use of two classrooms in the place and the scale in the operation of the school safety experiential education space should be sought in various places such as hall, multipurpose room, and gymnasium according to the school condition. Experiential areas should be operated by elementary school students customized, but specialized facilities or large scale should be used for professional safety experience facilities. For efficient operation, the base school wanted to be located in a place where accessibility of other school students was easy, and that a school with sufficient space would be selected. 본 연구는 초등학생들에게 체험을 통한 안전교육을 일상적이고 반복적으로 제공하여 안전행동을 습관화하고 위기상황에 대응하는 능력을 제공하기 위해 학교 안전체험교육 공간 운영에 필요한 방안을제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 전라북도 내 안전체험교육 공간 여건과 타시도 사례를 조사하여학교 안전체험교육 공간을 운영하기 위한 요소로서장소 및 규모, 체험장 및 거점운영 등을 도출하였다. 이에 대한 적정성을 밝히기 위하여 해당지역의교사들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 분석결과 학교 안전체험교육 공간 운영으로 장소와 규모에 있어서 교실 2실 정도를 활용하되 학교 형편에 따라복도, 다목적실, 체육관 등 다양한 장소를 모색해야하는 것으로 나타났다. 체험장은 초등학생 맞춤형으로 운영하되 전문적 시설이나 대규모를 요구하는경우는 전문 안전체험시설을 이용해야 하는 것으로나타났다. 효율적인 운영을 위하여 거점 학교는 타학교 학생들의 접근이 용이한 곳에 위치하여야 하고 충분한 공간이 있는 학교가 선정되기를 바라고있었다.
